it looks like I should have something else today, but I'm really not hungry. My appetite is gone the last few days...WEIRD
EDIT: regained my appetite and had the rest of the pasta from before, some tortilla chips, and a couple bites of the channa masala I was preparing for tomorrow's lunch. So good!

This is a good exercise, but it freaks me out trying to list everything I eat in a day! Aaaugh!
It reminds me of a feature of Saturday Night Live a looong time ago (1975) called "What Gilda Ate;" fortunately the transcript (http://snltranscripts.jt.org/75/75cwhatgildaate.phtml) is online:
What Gilda Ate
.....Rob Reiner
.....Gilda Radner http://snltranscripts.jt.org/line.jpg Rob Reiner: And now, a new feature on "Saturday Night", "What Gilda Ate. Gilda?
Gilda Radner: Thanks, Rob. Okay, I started the day with one piece of dry toast and two egg whites scrambled in a no-stick Teflon pan; and then I had a little piece of chicken from some leftover Chinese food that I had in the refrigerator, and one breaded sweet-and-sour shrimp, but I picked all the breading off. And then, at lunch, I had a half of a club sandwich, but I took out the middle piece of bread and I left the crust, but I traded the other half for a half of Western omelette with cheese; and then I finished before everyone else, so I had a roll with butter and three french fries off of somebody else's plate, and a Tab. But I didn't order dessert. But on the way back to the office, I had a Fig Newton and an Almond Joy candy bar. And then, when I got back to the office, I told everyone I was going to the bathroom, but I really went to a coffee shop and had Apple Pie a la Mode, and I ate the whole thing. And on the way back up, in the elevator, I found a Milk Dud covered in tobacco at the bottom of my purse, and I ate it. And, then on the way back to work, I went to the drugstore and bought an M&M Peanut Munch Bar..
Rob Reiner: [ finally interrupts ] Thank you very much, Gilda, that's enough!
Gilda Radner: But I'm not finished yet..
Rob Reiner: I know, but we have to go on with the show, I'm sorry.
Gilda Radner: Oh.. [ shrugs ] I'll just go get a snack.. [ exits stage ]

Hi Scarlett. Peanut butter and avocado together?! Hmmm. There's an idea.
Was doing food tasting today with my class of 8 year olds. They were tasting (vegan!) stuff ready for designing their own sandwiches. They tried avocado and we got some interesting combinations like apple, peanut butter and jam, but noone (including me) thought of avocado and peanut butter.
It was the first time LOADS of them had tried pepper. Weird.

Breakfast: Fruit smoothie with raw porridge oats, banana and goji berries all mixed in - yum!
Lunch: Large raw salad with baby tomatoes, various veg and olive oil.
Snack: Nakd bar - raw chocolate, I'm not a big fan of chocolate but this bar made me pass out with pleasure people:eek:
Evening: Raw nori sheets filled with cashew nuts and various minced raw veg dipped in tahini and a tasting session consisting of stuff we have bought today:
dark tahini - lovely
dark organic peanut butter - yum
marmite substitute (for B vits only - I drink it in hot water), we ditched marmite because of the unilever thing and bought natrex which has virtually no salt - not sure about this, without salt yeast extract sure does taste weird! It will probably grow on me in time.
I'm not 100% raw, probably 80% for now.
