I overdid it today!
bowl of channa masala
Odwalla bar (carrot raisin)
vitamin C smoothie
tiny amount of quinoa noodles
4 slices flax bread with tomato sauce and vegan parmesan
bean and veggie burrito
a sundae of vegan cookie dough ice cream with crushed up Newman O's cookies, strawberries, and some black cherries
a natural tea

Breakfast: Two cups of coffee with soy milk and sugar. A bowl of plain Cheerios with soy milk.
Lunch: Some crackers with my roommate's delicious homemade red pepper hummus. A bowl of apple sauce.
Dinner: Rice noodles with stirfried mushrooms and asparagus in a yummy peanut sauce. A freezie for dessert.
And for a snack, I'm about to eat a small bowl of the lentil salad my roomie made.
I've also had about 4837482937 cups of water throughout the day.

Peanut Butter Puffins ARE delicious. I kind of feel like I'm being bad when I eat them...
breakfast: oatmeal w/ raisins & cinnamon, green tea
lunch: very large wrap sandwich (wheat tortilla, roasted red pepper hummus, lettuce, tomato, shredded carrot, green pepper, cucumber, sprouts, avocado)
snack: mixed berry soy yogurt, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer
dinner: salad (leaf lettuce, strawberries, pecans, avocado, herb vinaigrette), piece of garlic focacia bread, banana sorbet
after work I had some drinks, and now I feel lousy and am going to pass out...

B: simply O's organic cereal with unsweetened soymilk and raspberries, grapefruit juice.
S: soy coffee
L:avocado and tomato sandwich on whole wheat bread, avocado and strawberry salad.
S: pineapple chunks
D: pita pocket with hummus, tabbouli, tomato, 3 stuffed grape leaves, chickpea salad.

Hi Scarlett. Peanut butter and avocado together?! Hmmm. There's an idea.
It's usually yeast extract and avocado but I'd run out so though why not, I quite liked it :)
Today:
Porridge/rice milk
Rice/3 bean/tomato/mushroom/peppers/courgette salad
Homemade pizza - mushrooms/peppers/tomato/red onion - but far too much of it :o

breakfast: peanut butter & strawberry jam sandwich on wheat toast
lunch: burrito (redried beans, salsa, romaine, better than sour cream)
snack: baby carrots, cherries, strawberry banana soy yogurt, coke zero
dinner: edamame, 12 pieces sushi (cucumber, carrot & avocado), apricot sorbet
after work I will surely have a beer or two.
edit: late night snack: another burrito (refried beans, salsa, romaine)

yesterday:
2 flat pita breads, filled with tomato, cucumber, chickpeas, olives and tahini, wrapped up
1 small bowl taboulli
spaghetti with ready-made tomato sauce (T_T YUCK! But had to attend the housewarming of my best friend who is totally broke at the moment... I was the only one who had the glorious idea to bring something!)

pasta with courgettes, tomatoes, olives, capers + pine nuts
2 peaches
best ice-cream ever (raspberry, melon, lemon)
2 pretzels (big ones) + yeast extact (hooray, after I was deprived of them for months)
salad (radicchio, tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, red pepper, mushrooms)

Today doesn't look so good though. However, I did manage to have a healthy lunch at a vegetarian cafe.
Today:
1 cup of coffee with Silk creamer.
1 Tofu Veggie Roll with tamarind chutney (roll was mixed veggies, potatoes, chickpeas & tofu inside a pastry shell - much like a sausage roll, but way bigger and way better).
1 organic fresh squeezed apple juice.
some leftover curried chickpeas.
1 nan bread with Earthbalance warmed under the broiler.
(had to eat these before they spoiled).
1 glass of red wine.
1 cup of Sleepytime tea.
1 piece of chocolate hazelnut Chi cake with organic raspberry sauce and a little squirt of squirty cream.

Thanks Cat :) I don't feel like I have a very exciting menu though. Did you manage to try a place called Sweet Cherubim while you were here? That's where I went today.

I don't think so. I've been in this city for a little over 5 years and it's been here all that time.

Ummm, going vegan again, this time, i manage, oh my... :rolleyes:
I'm moving house and we try to get rid of as much food as we can. I'm going to a camp a day after tomorrow so I don't hae much food left. I eat what I have today :p
green beans with some raw chopped cabbage, a glass of calcium and vitamin fortified juice
2 bananas
buckwheat groats with red beans & dark greens (i dont know the name of it in english, -_-), a glass of fortified juice again
soymilk with wholegrain cereal, fortified juice
a lot of herbal tea and water.

can of black bean soup and 2 slices flax bread
handful of cherries
2 chocolate chip cookies and some samples of cookie dough (I was baking cookies. They were too sweet and I feel... ick.)
I might make something else tonight. (CHICKPEAS!)

brunch: vegan benedict (ciabatta bread, baked tofu, cooked spinach, tomato, grilled red onion & hollandaise sauce), side of fruit (one big strawberry, canteloupe & honeydew slices, red grapes), coffee w/ soymilk
snack: smoothie (mango, papaya - first time I ever bought one, lime juice, agave nectar), wasabi rice crackers
dinner: big piece of pizza (spinach, roma tomato, sun-dried tomato, tofu), side salad (leaf lettuce, shredded carrot, cherry tomato, broccoli, cucumber, alfalfa sprouts, vinaigrette), two small bread rolls w/ marinara, red wine
currently: cookie avalanche ice cream
this is what happens when my boyfriend goes out of town. I get all food-complicated and drink wine and eat ice cream!

2 pieces of sourdough toast with Earthbalance and organic raspberry preserves.
1 Pecan Pie Larabar.
1 big bunch of organic green grapes.
1 Guru natural energy drink.
1 veggie "chicken" breast in dijon marinade.
organic baby new potatoes halved & fried in olive oil & italian herbs.
Organic Salad: mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, rasberry vinigrette.
3 glasses of wine.
1 piece of home-made Mexican chocolate cake.

Breakfast: Porridge with raisins and soya milk. Some grapes.
Snack while waiting for lunch: Half a still-warmwarm home-made bread roll with home-made red pepper hummous.
Late Lunch: Nut cutlet in a still-warm home-made bread roll, with gherkin, ketchup, spinach, mustard mayo, with oven chips, hummous. Small piece of lemon cake.
'Dinner': Pint of smoothie (2 apples, pear, cooked beetroot, red berries, water). Chocolate dessert.
