a lettuce wrap... my own concoction from the free vege sandwiches that someone brought to work today... im sure that the bread wasnt vegan so i just took extra lettuce and the fillings from one sandwich and wrapped it all up.

a couple of plums, some baby carrots, mixed raw nuts, dried mango, strawberries... and a bit of chocolate as snacks

and a bowl of raw granola and hommade almond milk as dinner... with added rasins and and strawberries... its been too hot out to cook!

oh yeah and i shared some tofurkey slices with my pup. she loves those:D

2 packets of crisps.
7 rye crackers.
Sandwich of bread and vegetable fingers with tomato ketchup.
Loads of rhubarb and custard sweets

Then I felt guilty and unhealthy so I had -

3 lovely sweet oranges
Brown rice and stir fry of carrots, red pepper, sweetcorn, peas and green chilli pepper fried in olive oil and soya sauce.
