had a 95% raw day today!
2 bananas, peach-apple-carrot juice, apple
salad: lettuce, zucchini, flaxseed, sunflowerseed, various nuts, yellow pepper, bislook, soyoghurt

it all started going wrong at breakfast when on a whim i decided to eat leftover ice cold potato salad and chilli sauce..
nothing for lunch cos the spuds had filled me up..then i needed a nap cos the carbohydrates sent me all whippy. :confused:
a red pepper, 2 field mushrooms and half a pack of cauldron falafel that were possibly going manky all mushed up in a pan til everything was a dark brown colour
*weeps*
i need guidance...GUIDANCE!!!

Heh, I can't help you EmmaP - I had 3 tofu weiners straight from the fridge for breakfast, which made me feel full and a bit sick, then later I had a huge bowl of mashed potato. Later I had most of a tub of lemon sorbet. The only halfway sensible thing I've eaten today was a lentil, potato and cabbage curry I just made. :o

Bowl of salad with EVIL mayo
3 bags of crisps:o
2 chocolate bars:o
Soya mince pie
Broccoli with lemon and flaxseeds
Two pieces of seeded bread and peanut butter
Water and about 5 cups of green tea

sandwiches (sage and onion slices with salad)
a few chips
a banana
a little bit of vegemince with pasta in a tomato sauce (can't eat much pasta, it does odd things to me :confused: )
a helping of chocolate Swedish Glace
and!
a peice of carrot and raisin cake

breakfast: two bananas & a peach
snack: piece of wheat toast w/ pb, green tea
lunch: spaghetti tetrazzini w/ tofurkey italian sausage, xocoatl chocolate
snack: canteloupe, strawberry banana soy yogurt, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer
dinner: raw broccoli w/ thousand island dressing, amy's frozen meal (tofu scramble, hash browns, tomatoes)
soon: sleepytime tea

tofu and spinach skillet with salsa.
whole grain toast with jelly.
hashbrown potatoes.
coffee w soymilk.
1 avocado.
handful carrots.
taco filling on ww tortilla w tomato, lettuce, tapatio.
coupla screwdrivers & half a container sesame sticks, peanuts and cashews.
waitin' on my burger on ww roll w vegainaise and 365 citrus chipotle bbq sauce. :-D
(gimme lean beef style, soy sauce, lemon juice, blk pepper, bread crumbs, dehyd onions, egg replacer, nutritional yeast, flax meal, soy milk)

bowl rice with green tea
1 huge bowl black bean soup with tomatoes, red bell pepper and chili
an enormous amount of fried rice with carrots, shredded cabbage, peppers, and snow peas :o
Looks like cooked too much rice yesterday, huh ?
I'm having a horrible time at the moment so I'm happy that I manage eating at all... munching an apple for at least a wee bit healthy food now and then going to bed.

Yesterday:
2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.
2 slices organic French bread, toasted with Earthbalance & organic cherry preserves.
4 pieces of chocolate.
1 maple granola bar.
bowl of organic cherries.
All organic home made pasta salad: spiral pasta, tofurkey deli slices (sliced), tomato, red onion, italian parsley, avocado, poppyseed dressing.
2 glasses of white wine.

breakfast: cheerios w/ rice milk, canteloupe
lunch: two seven layer burritos minus dairy plus hot sauce, diet pepsi
snack: banana, kiwi
dinner: two riceless sushi rolls (one w/ almond butter & carrot, one w/ better than cream cheese & cucumber), veggie lo mein (made w/ wheat & flax spaghetti), one chocolate truffle, wine

today so far:
too much coffee
3 cups herbal tea
about 2 l water
3 onigiri
4 slices ciabatta bread with hummus
1 tomato with salt + pepper
1 apple
2 black bean burgers in mushy buns with all the fixings

Porridge with soya milk and flaxseeds
Bagette with soya spread
Big punnet of strawberries
Chopped up half a cucumber and 3 carrots
Handful of nuts and raisins
5 cups green tea and water
I think this is quite good and healthy for me so far...
...but now have put some jacket wedges in oven and have opened a bottle of wine.
But I still think it is better than usual.:)

Sounds healthy to me :)
I had no breakfast cos I slept in :(
Lunch: Baked potato with sweetcorn, lettuce and celery and a bread roll.
Snack: Strawberries. Pitta. 4 marie biscuits with chocolate spread and a cup of tea.
Dinner: Brocolli and cauliflower cheezly bake with two hotdogs :D
Cranberry juice.

No breakfast at home because I slept in, but a big portion of nectarine and marzipan cake when I got to work :)
Random crap for lunch as I was in an 8 hour long sales meeting :eek:
A very large plate of biryani and dhal for dinner
Now drinking absinthe mixed with cinamon sambuca :)

I ate loads today hehe.
Breakfast: Corn flakes with rice milk
Lunch: Erm just had a few biscuits
Dinner: Potatoes
Dessert: Banana split with strawberries
Then had a salad earlier this evening, then ate a huge bag of kettle chips lol.

whole wheat wrap with veggies I steamed: organic broccoli, cherry tomatos, and red pepper, with some ginger, vinegar, and garlic
cup of almond milk
soy yogurt
channa masala (finished off that batch so won't have any for awhile)
may have another glass of almond milk before I leave for work
My brother works in a sandwich place now, so he helped me roll up my wraps the good way that they don't open up/fall apart. Apparently, you need to grill them so the tortilla seals up. I made a couple of the veggie wraps and then laid them on the warm pan, and it sealed them up and made them crispy~!

I made a couple of the veggie wraps and then laid them on the warm pan, and it sealed them up and made them crispy~!
That a good tip, cats pj's! My sandwiches and burritos always, always fall apart.

breakfast: cheerios w/ blueberries & rice milk
lunch: veggie lo mein (w/ wheat flax spaghetti), xocoatl chocolate, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer. the chocolate and coffee together gave me an awful high that I do not plan to repeat.
snack: applesauce
snack 2: banana
dinner: chips & salsa, burrito w/ grilled peppers, onions & mushrooms, spanish rice, refried beans, mango margarita
