great looking muffins Melanie :)

today:

coffee with soya milk
raisin wheats cereal with soya milk (ran out of rice milk - i remember now why i don't put soya milk on cereal. it's gross :p )

edamame and green bean salad
2 pitta breads with houmous

steamed veg (carrots, broccoli, baby corn, asparagus) with cheese flavour sauce and rice
1 satsuma

lots of water during the day

so far today...

tofu scramble with fresh spinach and salsa,
hash browns, whole grain toast w strawberry jam.

too many crystal light and vodkas... hey, its ma day off :cool:

i think i'm about to eat the rest of my cashew crunch too. :D

later?

I'm thinking veggie burgres with imitation bacon bits w the the rest of the follow your heart cheese melted on top, and onion and bbq sauce, on grilled bread buttered w earth balance.

...and probably a 'milkshake'- neopolitan soy delicious, frozen strawberries and soymilk blended together with an uncle eddies pb cc cookie.

3 wholemeal toast with peanut butter

4 packets of crisps (I have fallen dramatically off wagon)

White grapes

Brown rice, greens and carrots

Chocolate bar
4 crackers

breakfast:
A bowl of weetabix & oat milk
Beans, two grilled tomatos, hash browns & a slice of brown toast
Bottle of water 500ml
LUNCH:
Leftover butterbean, kidney bean and sweetcorn mix in a tomato/herb sauce on plain rice with added braised tofu.
Fruit salad
Bottle of water 500ml
DINNER:
Aubergine, courgette, green bell pepper, mushroom and asdas own veggie mince in a red wine and herb sauce with some wholemeal spaghetti, iceberg lettuce and roast tomato and basil dressing. (yummy)
Glass of water

(Still trying to be healthy...losing abit of weight aswell!)

Breakfast: Bowl of assorted cereals with sultanas and soya milk. Plum.

Lunch: Curried veg with crispy roasted polenta. Steamed syrup pudding with custard (cold). Banana, orange, plum.

Snack: Apple, pear, yoghurt.

Dinner: Linda McCartney pie with sweet and normal potato mash, steamed kale, steamed corn on the cob, gravy. Chocolate pud.

it says it's okay the next day, which I guess it is, but it was WAY better right after I made it. not so appetizing in solid form.

yesterday...

breakfast: canteloupe, breakfast burrito

lunch: salad (leaf lettuce, avocado, strawberries, pecans, herb vinaigrette), roasted garlic focaccia bread

snack: two nectarines

dinner: six pieces veggie sushi, spring rolls w/ duck sauce, white rice, cabbage & broccoli, baby bok choy, spicy tofu w/ veggies, fortune cookie, hot tea

L- Tomato soup with some wholemeal bread

Jamboxrock - I want to get some focaccia bread to use as a pizza base but I can't find a vegan one.

(entire) Plamil nut and raisin chocolate bar

8 realeat sausages
Salad of kidney beans, green pepper, tomatoes and cucumber with plamil mayo on a very large jacket potato

2 bags of crisps

White grapes and a banana

Green tea and water

Aphrodite, that roasted garlic one is the only one I've had since being vegan, but I haven't looked too hard. It's from a bakery about two hours from here that sells to a local grocery store and to the restaurant my salad was from. They also make amazing everything bagels :D

Mesa Sunrise cereal with rice milk

banana nut granola bar
packet of lemon-flavoured raisins

2 pitta breads with houmous
2 satsumas

veg chilli (tomatoes, onion, peas, yellow pepper, kidney beans) with rice and sprouted mung beans
3 plums

lots of water all day

i had a bit of toast with almond butter and strawberry spread and some orange juice..v nice..

bottle of cranberry and raspberry juice..also nice

sarnie with salady bits and some fake meat stuff and chilli sauce

mushroom and cheezly pizza..passata sauce..those 49p pizza bases from morrissons are really quite good you know.

lots of water..v thirsty today :confused:

bit of the mini's birthday cake with swedish glace..go on scarlett..you know you should have a dollop...

snack: tons of peanut butter pretzals and banana peanut butter fruit leather

lunch: tofu, tomatoe, veganaise, wheat sandwich. chips

snack: orange

dinner: maybe a soup....

a rockstar and water to drink....

thank you aagin jambox! i ran outta cheese, but have those ingredients... and all the rest of the stuff for pizza.

its 2:40 and i've only had a veg burger with tomatoes on whole grain bread, and coffee.

looks like I'm about to heat up my apt sumore w a pizza.

huge bowl green been salad with mustard dressing

some cocktail tomatoes

few chunks spicy pickled Chinese tofu

1 bowl pasta with tomato sauce and white beans

... most stressful working day ever!

Breakfast:
-flourless toast with peanut butter

Lunch:
-Hummus sandwich with lettuce, pickles, pepperoncinis, and mustard

Dinner:
-Haven't made it yet but I am thinking about pasta with a sweet basil pesto sauce

Aphrodite, I've been making vegan focaccia quite a bit lately, just at home. You can go to http://www.vegan-food.net and search for the Olive Focaccia. Instead of olives though I usually put in chopped up garlic and jalapenos. yum yum yum. It says in the recipe to use an appliance to knead the dough but I just use my hands. Just make sure you keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn't get too brown in the oven.

lunch: wheat setian-roni rolls dipped in pizza sauce & almond parmesan, sauteed mushrooms, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

snack: canteloupe, peach soy yogurt

dinner: tofu pad thai (frozen meal)

bout to have some peanut butter granola w/ ricemilk, then probably sleepytime tea.

BREAKFAST:
Four slices of white ( :rolleyes: ) toast with peanut butter, jam and marmite.
Bottle of Water 500ml
LUNCH:
Leftover red wine and herb mince with aubergines, courgettes, onions and mushrooms.
1 brown roll with soya butter
DINNER:
Redwoods sausage, bacon, onion and avocado salad with roast tomato and basil dressing.
Glass of chocolate soya milk
SNACK:
Large slice of bread, soya butter and ketchup (mmmm)

So far today ive had some rye bread and yeast extract for breccy, a tropical smoothie from local cafe mid am which was very nice:)

Lunch was a few Sainsburys veggie dunkers Im trying to use up from the freezer as they have been there ages as no ones too keen on them:rolleyes: with a big mixed leaf salad, and a small wholemeal roll.

Also got tub of strawberries and 2 nectarines with me for pm snacking and a soya yoghurt,

Think dinner is either savoury rice and tofu or bean chilli and plain rice?

3 fishless fishcakes, oven chips, 2 white (!) bread rolls

Banana with little bit of SG vanilla ice cream,

About 12 crackers!

orange juice..waaay too much..when it's cold straight from the fridge a tidgy glass doesnt always do it :o
1/2 toenail muesli - 1/2 strwberry crunch..soya milk

2 slices w/meal bread..strawberry spread + almond butter
little banana

lots of water
making roast veg (courgette, red onions, red, yellow and green pepper, aubergine)..will mix it with sweet chilli sauce and cous cous when it's cooler later. Mmmmm!!

snack: canteloupe, almonds

dinner: tofu & spinach soup, broccoli w/ garlic sauce, white rice, two fortune cookies

after work: sourdough pretzels (triple as much as I planned on eating - felt the need to finish the bag!), black cherry berry tea
