Today:

2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.
1 Sandwich: organic multigrain toast, vegan cream cheese, cranberry sauce, Yves veggie "turkey" slices.

1 cup of couscous with currants and fresh chopped organic apricots.
A few organic tortilla chips.

3 Oreos.

Salad: organic mixed leaves, organic cucumber, organic tomato, croutons, veggie "chicken" in a mediterranean spice rub, cranberry viniagrette.
1 cup of Raspberry Lemonade.

1 bowl of mint chocolate swirl rice cream with chocolate syrup. OMG - This was sooooooo deliciously good! :D

Breakfast: Mixture of cereals with sultanas and soya milk (just for a change:rolleyes:).

Snack: Crisps, chocolate dessert, plum.

Lunch: Baked beans with sausages and mushrooms on toast. Yoghurt, banana, pear, plum.

Snack: Orange, apple.

Dinner: Lasagne and far too many slices of home-made pizza-style garlic bread. Treacle pudding and custard.

I dunno what happened to trying to be good and eat more salad and less stodgy food :rolleyes: Is it winter yet so I have an excuse for eating like this?

Oh, yeah, what the hell is toenail muesli, EmmaP?????

After four weeks in france where I was involuntarily put on a diet I'm back home and eating all day long ;)

coffee + soya milk
muesli, banana, peach + soya milk

pasta with a sauce made of tomatoes, olives, capers, red pepper, chili, basil
mixed leaf salad
organic lychee lemonade

coffee + soya milk
4 caramel biscuits
bowl of redcurrants from the garden

pumpkin seed bread + yeast extract
salad of tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper + carrot
2 pieces of dark chocolate

Banana and green tea

2 wholemeal pitta bread with peanut butter

Homemade lentil stew which had carrots, sweetcorn, tomatoes and flaxseeds

I was doing really well and since VF has come back on I have eaten:
2 packets of crisps and a chocolate bar (reading through new posts!:eek:)

Pitta with tomatoes and olives
3 celery sticks with vegan mayo
Crisps

breakfast: pb granola w/ ricemilk, half a grapefruit

lunch: wheat spaghetti w/ mushroom marinara, green beans, dark mint chocolate

snack: banana & pineapple smoothie, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

dinner: tofu & seaweed soup, broccoli w/ garlic sauce, white rice

after work: peppermint tea

Breakfast: wheat crackers

Lunch: Boca chik'n patty sandwich with mustard and vegenaise
a fuji apple

Dinner: Tomato soup with hot sauce and oregano, with sprouted grain bread

Wow I didn't have any vegetables today. reminds me of my omni days. too bad. I'll have to make up tomorrow.

-homemade granola on oatmeal and peanut butter on spouted wheat bread
-pita chips and hummos and soy milk with cinnimon flavoring in it
-curry tofu on a bed of brown rice, barley and wheat berries

Organic beans (with flaxseed) and 2 pitta bread

Glass of choc soya milk
Bowl of choc Swedish Glace ice-cream (it was all melty and lovely)
Crisps

Jacket wedges with pitta bread, tomato ketchup and vegan mayo

About 20 glasses of water because of weather

So nice!!!

Breakfast: Vega with orange juice and blue berries.

Morning snack: 300 grams roasted almonds (I couldn't stop)

Lunch: Stir fry tempeh with broccoli, green beans, red/yellow/orange peppers, okra, snow peas and shitakki mushrooms over sweet brown rice. (leftovers)

Dinner: Don't know what I'll make tonight... since I have the kids this weekend, I'm thinking vegan pizza :)

-a coffee drink made with soy milk

probably have some fruit and cashews as a snack.

breakfast: one piece wheat toast w/ almond butter & strawberry jam, half a grapefruit

lunch: wheat spaghetti w/ mushrooms marinara, green beans

dinner: chips & salsa, burrito w/ grilled mushrooms, onions & peppers, spanish rice, refried beans, beer

B - 2 slices of rye bread with yeast extract on

L - 5 bean chilli in buritto with big mixed salad, salsa

D - too full for dinner but managed a slice of choc cake:o well its the weekend is my excuse;)

Drinks - lots of water and 2 pints of beer at the pub

Yesterday:

2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.
2 Wildberry buckwheat waffles with organic blackberry jam.

2 pieces of organic multigrain toast topped with mashed organic avocado and salt & pepper.
Half a small bottle of diet pop.

Dinner at work: mixture of stirfried pieces of Tofurkey Kielbasa, organic orange pepper, organic green pepper, organic green beans mixed with nutted couscous and a fresh organic apricot chopped up and mixed in too. Ate it cold because I refuse to heat anything up in that festy work microwave.

Snacks after work :D
3 Oreos
1 glass of white wine.
A few potato chips
A few tamari crackers.
(I get the late night munchies after night shift lol :D)

three freshly baked rolls with... rolls ^^ because I didn't have any more time left

1 beer/lemon mix thing

vegan paella with all sorts of veggies and the only proper German vegan fair

1 bowl sweet-sour asian noodle soup

lots of olive oil/oregano crisps

B - Two Tofutti "cream cheese" (Herbs & Chives) sandwiches with kalamata olives and red pepper and chocolate soy milk

L - An apple and a strawberry soygurt

D - Tofu quiche with onion, leek, zuccini, red pepper and kalamata olives (I love these) with green salad on the side

lunch: sandwich (three seed wholegrain bread, hickory tofurkey, tofutti american slice, baby greens, plum tomato, vegenaise, dijon mustard), carrot sticks w/ goddess dressing

snack: apple w/ almond butter, green tea

dinner: salt & pepper kettle chips, grilled portobello & zucchini, pasta salad (wheat rotini, peas, roasted red peppers, italian dressing, almond parmesan), beers
