porridge with agave nectar and raisins (oh, and some soya cream :o)

chocolate

2 pittas with peanuts, homous and cucumber

4 digestive biscuits

a raw carrot

2 homous, potato and onion pasties

a banana

breakfast: pb granola w/ rice milk

lunch: tofurkey sandwich, carrot sticks & green pepper strips w/ goddess dressing

snack: smoothie (banana, pineapple, strawberries)

dinner: tofu burger patty, green goddess potatoes (mashed red skinned & sweet potatoes w/ kale), chickpea gravy, steamed broccoli

after dinner I made a sour apple vodka tonic, and I just may have one more before bed...

Today:

2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.
1 bowl of Raspberry Ginger Peace Cereal with vanilla soy milk.

Scrambled Tofu (tofu, italian herbs, tumeric, organic bok choy, organic orange pepper, organic brocolli - all topped with some shredded vegan cheese and ketchup).
1 toasted wholewheat breadroll with Earthbalance on the side.

1 cup of raspberry lemonade.
3 oreos.

1 veggie burger (wholewheat roll, Mountain veggie patty, tomato slices, pickle slices, ketchup).
20g natural potato chips on the side.
1 cup raspberry lemonade.

1 cup of Sleepytime tea.
3 oreos.

your scrambled tofu sounds good, Roxy!

yesterday i had:

coffee with soya milk
1 fresh avocado

fruit and oat cereal bar
another coffee with soya milk

wholemeal roll with veggie ham slices and salad cream

aduki bean sprouts, shredded carrot, courgette and onion, lightly stir-fried in a little garlic and tamari and topped with sesame seeds and kelp powder
fresh strawberries
2 bourbon biscuits

lots of water during the day

Cereal with soya milk

Cashew nuts

Baguette with lots of soya cheese and cucumber

Toast with soya spread

Vegetable stir fry (which wasn't very exciting I'm afraid - not even any rice with it, I don't know what I was thinking)

A chocolate bar

Pomegranate tea and lots of water

Almost a bottle of red wine!

Rolled oats porridge with demerara sugar and cinnamon

A nectarine

Potato, courgette, onion and bell pepper bake with green salad and chickpeas on the side

Tofutti strawberry and chocolate ice cream and chocolate chip muffin (we had family over for coffee)

Chips (crisps) and coke

Tea and some dark chocolate

And lots of water with mint leaves in it

3 sausage patties and a plate of stripples (fake bacon)
root beer, pineapple juice.
tofu sandwich with tomatoes and basil.

B: 2 packets oatmeal

L: pink lady apple and a plum

S: few saltines
1/2 piece of fitness bread w. little bit of EB
few bites of a mini vegan hazelnut tart -- new whole foods items! had to try!

D: out to eat with the fam! aka madre and sister

Day four

B - green smoothie - my standard - kale, collards, pear, blueberries

oatmeal

L - large salad - spring mix, sprouts (homegrown), cuke slices, carrots - with balsamic vinegar

2 pcs Ezekiel bread

1 c leftover chili from last evening

D - c of limas (made in pressure cooker) with ff corn-butter from fatfree.com

salad

Baked potatoe - with more of the corn - butter substitute. It was excellent on the potatoe

OOPS - had about 10 cashews after work - As Dan Ackroyd said in Dragnet: "Even in the city of Angels some halos slip" http://www.fatfreevegan.com/yabb/images/grin.gif

Exercise: 1 hr. at gym in the morning (5:45 AM ) 20 min on stationary bike. 12 min on treadmill.

Not too bad - No excuse for the cashews - 20 lashes with a vegan noodle.

I ate 3 meals out today :D

Breakfast:

1 soy latte.
2 vegan pancakes with maple syrup.
2 vegan sausages.

Lunch:
1 vegan burrito (rice, blackbeans, lettuce, salsa & hot sauce).
1 bottle of pop.

Dinner:
fried veggie "chicken" pieces.
BBQ "pork" rolls
Fresh spring rolls
(dinner from Vietnamese Vegetarian Restaurant)

That watermelon smoothie DOES look good. It unfortunately also looks like an incident I had with food poisoning that has left me unable to eat watermelon for over a year :( tmi...

breakfast: canteloupe, pb granola w/ ricemilk

chicken fried seitan steak, green goddess potatoes, steamed broccoli, all covered in chickpea gravy

snack: wasabi peas, almonds, banana

dinner: steamed zucchini & carrot, tofu scramble pocket sandwich

(upon second look at the picture of my lunch, the gravy also resembles an unfortunate incident of regurgiation. ah well, it tasted good!)
