today:

coffee with soya milk
millet flakes with rice milk

'cheesy' beans on toast
1 pear

a few fruit jelly sweets
a couple of fruit shortcake biscuits

veggie chilli with rice

lots of water and orange squash during the day

lunch: two plates of salad from a salad bar, french fries w/ bbq sauce, diet coke

snack: banana & blueberry smoothie, cherries

dinner: caesar salad (romaine, cucumber, green pepper, grape tomatoes, caesar-ish dressing), green goddess potatoes w/ chickpea gravy

bout to have some flax cereal w/ raisins & rice milk, then maybe tea before bed

Today:

1 cup of coffee with Silk creamer.
1 bowl organic frosted flakes with fresh organic raspberries and vanilla soy milk.

1 sandwich: wholewheat roll, vegan mayo, cranberry sauce, 3 Tofurky deli slices.

1 caramel apple snack bar.
1 slurpee.

1 piece raspberry flavoured candy.

Burger: wholewheat pita bread, organic mixed leaves, organic tomato, slices of pickles, vegan mayo, ketchup, Mountain veggie burger patty.
35g salsa picante tortilla chips with home-made guacamole.

1 cup of Sleepytime tea.
3 Oreos.

-Broccoli Slaw: broccoli, red cabbage, and carrots mixed with vegenaise,
mustard, and black pepper.

-Banana Smoothie: Two bananas (puréed) and about a cup of vanilla soymilk

-Two Boca Spicy Chick'n Patties with barbecue sauce and two slices of "Yves"
veggie salami.

-Amy's brand Organic Vegan Enchilada with spanish rice and beans

BREAKFAST:

Toasted bagel and strawberry jam

LUNCH:

Sweetcorn and cucumber pasta
Crispy chocolate bar
Some dried fruit and nuts

DINNER:

Two cous cous and raisen burgers, massive salad dressed with tomato and basil dressing and some oven chips

A treacle pudding with custard (ALL prepackaged stuff!!)

ratatouille + brown rice

2 glasses of tomato juice

many many plums

sunflower seed bread, cooked beetroot + horseradish to come

prune juice, an apple becase i didnt have apple juice (need it for this cleanse) and grapefruit juice. later some apple juice after steev picks some up.

1 packet of cherry-flavoured raisins
houmous and carrot sticks

lots of blackberries i picked myself
raspberry and vanilla soya yogurt

baked potato with green salad, baked beans and melting vegan cheese

1 pear

lots of water all day

rice with tomato sauce and olives

some fussili with chili-peanut sauce

1 apple

2 coconut-flavoured rice crackers

1 pretzel

soon to have some fried rice with veggies

4 crumpets and soya spread
Crisps
Chocolate bar
Pizza with onions, green pepper, jalapenos and tomato with a bowl of sweetcorn (didn't realise it came with onions but they were quite nice once in a while)
2 toast

Green tea, pomegranate tea and now....Rose wine

Extremely yummy and unhealthy day.:)

breakfast:
2 cups coffee w soy milk.
baked breaded tofu, mashed potatoes and gravy. (leftovers)

lunch:
everything bagel with grilled tofu, s & P, bbq sauce.
tomato and onion marinated in italian dressing.
screwdriver.

dinner (will be):
black beans on a baked potato.
a whole roasted tomato.

1/2 nakd berry bar
3 gherkins
Sausage casserole (veg sausage, carrots, leek, parsnip, peas, mushrooms, potato, lots of different types of beans)

I've just eaten vegemite on pitta, dipping into hummous for my lunch. It was reet tasty! And I'm rather full, so might have to have a kip under my desk for a bit.

I made some sweet potato and lentil burgers last night and left them in the fridge to cool, so will be having them for dinner tonight. Crossing fingers that they will be tasty and not fall apart :)

yesterday...

breakfast: flax cereal w/ blueberries & rice milk

lunch: basil pesto hummus w/ pita, salad (leaf lettuce, radichio, tomato, apple slices, pecans, wildberry vinaigrette), coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

snack: peach

dinner: two big slices of pizza w/ tomato, onion, green pepper, mushroom, spinach & artichoke hearts

after: beers & popcorn

BREAKFAST:

Bean spread, soya marg on two slices of brown toast with ketchup

LUNCH:

Chic pea dahl and a brown roll with soya marg

DINNER:

Brown rice with a mixture of tofu (fried in seaseme oil), spring onions, red onions, red peppers and mushrooms in a soy sauce.

(my omni friend ate it all and had seconds...comming from someone who doesn't like tofu muhahahahaha)

Swedish glace with some strawberry sauce...mmmmmm! :D

Yesterday:

1 cup of coffee with Silk creamer.

Some chocolate

1 Wholewheat pita bread stuffed with vegan mayo, cranberry sauce, Tofurky deli slices, mixed organic leaves.
A few salsa picante tortilla chips on the side.

1 slurpee (my workmates seriously got me addicted to these and now it's an awful habbit I need to kick)!

1 rum drink.

1 veggie burger (wholewheat pita, Mountain veggie burger patty, organic tomato slices, pickle slices, organic mixed leaves vegan mayo, ketchup).
Salsa picante tortilla chips on the side with home-made guacamole.

3 Oreos.

- pineapple chunks and a banana
- bowl of brown rice w/ a couple of pumpkin chunks in it
- stir fried vegies and brown rice
- bite of my husband's vegan chocolate muffin

Lunch - Falooda with rice milk and B'nice, fairy bread, strawberries
Dinner - Raw mushrooms, leek, aubergine, watercress, courgette, raspberries

Yesterday:

Breakfast: Black coffee, blackberries and raspberries with strawberry flavoured alpro yogurt and topped with a load of muesli

Lunch: Carrot, chickpea & onion soup with granary bread

Dinner: Beany pie topped with mash, cabbage and washed down with red wine and dark chocolate :)

Today:

Breakfast: Black coffee, granary toast, vegan marg and damson jam

Lunch: Soya burger in a wholemeal bun, lots of lettuce and some kind of vegan-y processed cheese stuff - bleugh! The rest was nice, just not the "cheese".

Dinner: Takeaway vegetable biriani and vegetable samosa :) 2 pints of Strongbow :D

breakfast: two pieces wheat toast w/ mashed banana & avocado, green tea

lunch: salad (romaine, cucumber, grape tomatoes, seasoned olive oil vinaigrette, almond parmesan), wheat macaroni & chreese w/ peas. I ate the whole box. definitely felt like a piggy!

snack: smoothie (banana, mango, kiwi), coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

dinner: personal pizza on wheat crust w/ garlic, spinach, mushroom, green pepper, broccoli & extra chunky marinara
