i ate dried peaches.
lots of them. and i have a stomachache again.
ive gotten a stomache ache everyday after eating for the past week:confused:
can anyone say too much coffee is giving me an ulcer???:rolleyes:
why oh why do i love coffee so much, yet it doesnt like me.
oh, unrequited love, please acknowledge my suffering.
im playing drama queen tonight:p

- 2 slices of toast w/ orange marmalade
- apple
- avocado & salad roll
- large juice from Boost (pineapple, orange & lemon)
- vegan chocolate muffin
- dinner will be pasta w/ sauteed mushrooms

- leftovers from last night: brown rice, veggie curry with coconut milk (potato, mushroom, broccoli, carrot)

BREAKFAST:
Four slabs of weetabix with unsweetened soya milk
LUNCH:
SPicey rigatori pasta in a tomato sauce with a huge helping of spinach and tomato salad.
Bannana
DINNER:
3 Linda McCartney sausages with steamed brocolli, leeks and new potatos smoothered in gravy.
some swedish glace ice cream and strawberry sauce

Cinnamon and raisin bagel
1/2 nakd berry bar
Strawberry, raspberry, banana smoothie
2 ricecakes with yeast extract, salad (courgette, potato, couscous, tomato, chickpeas, red onion, red & yellow peppers)
Small bag of kettle chips
Dinner will be whatever my husband can be bothered to cook (by the time I get home I will want to collapse) so no doubt something you can just pop in the oven and requires no preparation :rolleyes: :D

yesterday:
coffee w soymilk
1/2 pb&J on whole grain bread
1/2 baked potato w black bean soup on top
bagel dipped in vegetable soup
few bites vege soup
2 cans Hansen's soda
1 bowl fruity cheerios w soymilk
1 bowl frosted flakes w soy milk
handful peanuts.
today so far, soda, coffee, waitin on my breakfast
bf cookin' :)
tofu, broccoli, cauli, carrots, squash, onion, tomato, potato skillet. yum

Breakfast: Raspberries & a strawberry alpro yoghurt with lots of muesli piled on top, black coffee
Lunch: 3 thick slices of granary toast with mushroom pate on top ... really yummy! More black coffee
Dinner: 3 vegan sausages, homemade wedges and peas. Bourbon biscuit (gorgeous! Not had one for years!) and the usual cider :)

What's a cleanse? Same as a fast?
B: Mixed cereals with sultanas and soya milk. Some grapes.
L: Soup and wholemeal seeded bagel. Banana, apple, orange, yoghurt
S: 2 slices wholemeal bread, one with cherry jam on, t'other with wholenut peanut butter on.
D: Braised tofu, cauliflower, onion, leek and mushrooms, in a white wine and mushroom sauce, with baby new potatoes.
ETA: And a big bowl of raspberries and blueberries with custard.

Breakfast: Envirokidz cereal with raspberries and rice milk. Strong black coffee.
Snack: Banana.
Snack: Oat cakes with peanut butter.
Lunch: Baguette with carrot, tomato, mushroom and onion and plain crisps. Juice.
Dinner: Home made tomato (tomato, celery, onion, chillies for kick and macaroni for bulk) soup with olive ciabattis.

breakfast: flax cereal w/ blueberries & rice milk, a pear
lunch: sloppy lentils w/ kale, garlic herb focaccia
snack: smoothie (banana, strawberry, mango, strawberry banana soy yogurt), coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer
dinner: baked potato topped w/ black beans, salsa, green onions & sour supreme
after work: two small gluten-free snickerdoodles (taste testing...), spoonful of pb, peppermint tea

It's what you call a raisin :)
Today:
2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.
1 bowl organic frosted flakes with vanilla soy milk.
Organic salad: mixed leaves, peach, orange pepper, tomato, "chicken" pieces in zesty lemon herb rub, crutons, cranberry dressing.
1 cup raspberry lemonade.
2 pieces organic multigrain toast with earthblance and vegemite.
Some mud pie rice icecream with chocolate syrup.

Two wholemeal pitta breads filled with hazelnut butter, green bell peppers, spring onions, mushrooms and some baked beans
Bottle of water
LUNCH:
Vegan chilli and rice with a huge spinach salad
Bannana
Bottle of diet coke
DINNER:
Had to order in Papa Johns pizza as we had a power cut and lost all the food in the fridge!

Yesterday:
Breakfast: Toast with peanut butter and Natex; handful of parsley on the toast; banana, plum
Lunch: Homemade (leftover from previous night) lentil-and-veg soup, rice crackers, hummus, raw carrot, celery; grapes, nectarine
Dinner: Half avocado with vinaigrette; peppers stuffed with brown rice, mushrooms, tomatoes, onion, courgettes and almonds; figs, plum
Snacks: oat cakes, chocolate, dried cranberries
I don't want to nag but are you all eating enough fruit and vegetables? Also - Foxy, why aren't you eating anything? I thought you were meant to be getting your protein and energy levels up :confused:

Yeah, it's a specific type of raisin. Over here raisins tend to be smaller, darker and less juicy than sultanas.
I didn't make the sauce, Snorkmaiden, it was the Meridian Free-From sauce.

Meridian make good sauces don't they Pob?
yesterday i had:
coffee with soya milk
fruit & fibre cereal with rice milk
fruit salad (apple, grape, pineapple, plum)
houmous and wholemeal pitta breads
tropical fruit flavour soya milkshake
4 poppadoms with mango chutney
broccoli and chick pea curry with basmati rice
lots of water all day

The Meridian sauces are pretty good - bit salty to have too often.
We had a Geeta's curry sauce the other day (labelled vegan). That was really excellent.

I ate the second biggest sweet potato in the world and some hummous. Yummy in my tummy! :)

I'm trying to take it easy today with what I eat in case I'm sick again.
Breakfast - Toast and a lovely cup of tea
Lunch - Boiled potatoes and carrots with vegan spread
Snack - Sainsbury's basic chicken curry noodles.
