Banana and soy yogurt. For breakfast. Gags.. I hate bananas.
Feel free to send your bananas this way maya, i <3 <3 bananas but they're s damned expensive still, grow you mighty crop grow! :D

I can't imagine life without bananas...or at least without cheap bananas. They're just about the cheapest thing you can buy here. *sends a banana to claireyveg*

breakfast: three raspberry scones (trying to finish them before they go bad!)

lunch: wheat spaghetti w/ mushroom sauce and vegan parmesan, green beans (from a can), blue corn chips

snack: black grapes

dinner: quinoa salad w/ citrus-cilantro dressing, raw baby carrots w/ balsamic vinaigrette (I reeeeeally want sushi but am trying not to spend money. I'll give in within a few days...)

Breakfast: multigrain hot cereal; 1 oz leftover grilled tempeh

snack: Unsweetened hot chocolate almond milk, heated with stevia

Lunch: salad with lowfat dressing; grilled tempeh; couscous; an apple

Snack: Creme caramel soy fro yo

Dinner: small sweet potato; salad, 3/4 c black bean chili

Later: popcorn with EB

Gluten Free Porridge, made with Gluten Free Porridge Oats and Soya Milk (fortified with B12 and omega 3 & 6). With added Sunflower Seeds, Linseeds, Sesame Seeds, Almonds, Walnuts, and Raisins. Also Maple Syrup to sweeten.

2 packet of Original Crisps

4 slices of Gluten Free Bread, toasted, with Strawberry Jam.

Chips with Ketchup


I am going on a new "diet", a healthier one, I will eat more fruit, only in the morning, or 30 minutes after eating anything else. I will food combine properly...I will drink more water...blah blah blah, you get the message. lol

Breakfast: 2 cups black coffee

Snack: Banana

Lunch: Salad and an orange

Snack: 1.75 cups frosted flakes and 1 cup soy milk

Dinner: 1 bowl whole wheat elbow pasta with tomato sauce, diced tomatos, and onion, a slice of bread, and a can of green beans

2 cups of coffee with Silk Creamer.

1 bowl of organic corn pops with vanilla soy milk.

1 bowl of home-made vegetable/lentil soup (onion, carrot, celery, garlic, green lentils, pasta, tomatoes, herbs and spices)

1 cup of organic Earl Grey tea with soy milk.

3 oatmeal cookies.

1 Yves Veggie Lasange bowl.

1 glass of guava juice.

2 slices of wholewheat toast with Earthbalance and Strawberry & Grand Manier Jam.

1 cup of organic Earl Grey tea with soy milk.

yesterdays' eats:

bfast: oatmeal, banana
snack: apple, 24 oz iced cinnamon soy latte
lunch: HUGE vegetarian burrito filled w/ rice, beans, guac, and salsa
dinner: amy's brown rice and vegetable bowl....first one i ever had and it was really good :)

dried oatbran and oatmeal with flaxoil and frozen vegetables (carrots, brocolli, cauliflower)

lunch:
chickpeas with hemp oil

snack:
dried oatbran with peanuts

dinner:
chickpeas with canola oil and frozen vegetables (carrots, brocolli, cauliflower)

I'm so out of fruit and vegetables it's not funny... :(

Beakfast - homemade bran muffins, soya cappuccino

Lunch - Spaghetti with homemade pesto, canned pineapple

Dinner will be bean soup, spiced up with a bit of cumin and lemon, some tired zucchini :D

Maybe a soya yogurt thrown in there somewhere :)

.............so far for me, nothing nutritious!! :eek: . I'm VERY tired, having been up half the night listening to my roof leaking :( .

Chocolate Fudge Cake
1 piece of white toast
Half a huge tub of sweet Popcorn
more Chocolate Fudge Cake
Pitta bread with Homous and Cucumber
Tonight I will have Mashed Potatoes and Cabbage, and a little bit of Veggie Mince.

I've been very good today, I've had:-
organic bran flakes and coffee
scrambled tofu on toasted whole grain bread
only 1 slice of chocolate cake
and now I'm making lasangna.:)
Oh, I forgot, I had a plate of chips and 2 slices of cheatin' rashers in between all this!

salad (radicchio, tomatoes, yellow pepper, cucumber, celery, chickpeas)
sunflower seed bread + yeast extract
2 carrots + hummus

pot of peppermint tea
apple, peach

brown rice, coconut lentils + savoy cabbage
2 pieces of 99% dark chocolate

Haha, how unhealthy, it is nearly 11 O Clock at night. :o My mum has been shopping but I can't think what to eat, I hate not having things planned. :( :(

-2 pancakes with EB and maple syrup
-1 cup of soymilk

Snack:
-raw broccoli, cauliflower, and baby carrots

Lunch:
-Raw veggies: green beans and green peppers
-Black beans and brown rice with Bragg's

Dinner: (Huge dinner!)
-Romaine with lowfat rasp. vinaigrette dressing
-Homemade lo mein with tempeh
-2 mini spring rolls, baked
Dessert: 1/2 c creme caramlet soy fro yo

Later:
-Fruit smoothie

woke up late - im on break!

S: pretzels

L: romaine salad w. broccoli - some dabbed in a lil balsamic vin.
bite of pasta salad to taste - it was eh
peach slices and lots of grapes!

D: mini soup container - mushroom barley soup
broccoli w. 2 types of tofu (buffalo and asian) and 2 mini rosemary potatoes (i think thats what the mini ones are called?)
demi wheat baguette

I'm PMSing so definately craving the carbs! and salt haha.

Dessert - I actually am toying w. the idea of some candy! :D swedish fish style - wee'llll seeee. maybe a drink or two. not really sure since i drank last night. :p

EDIT: lots of swedish fish! :D

lunch: veggie pita wrap dipped in ketchup, handful of cashews, apple

snack: odwalla bar

planned for the rest of today---

dinner: most likely a huge salad

snack: huge glass of warmed vanilla soymilk topped w/ cinnamon and maybe some extra sugar....delish!

Breakfast: Popcorn (we had a party in my first hour class today!)

Lunch: salad and soy yogart

Snack: hadful of cashews

Dinner: Not sure, probably vegetable soup and I know I'm going out for drinks and chips & salsa

Breakfast: Koala crisp with soymilk

Snack: 2 cups of fresh squeezed orange juice, mmmm

Lunch: minestrone soup, an onion breadstick, a bag of chips and a small carton of chocolate soymilk

Supper: will be a couple vegan taquitos (both "beef" and garlic "chicken" flavours) with some cooked baby carrots, mmmmm And maybe some brown rice if I have the will to make it :p

Breakfast:
Banana flavoured waffle with maple syrup
Banana

Lunch:
Tofu scramble made with lots of veggies (onion, green pepper, broccoli, mushrooms, tomato, garlic) and melted soy cheese eaten with 2 corn tortillas and salsa
L-Lysine supplement (cold sore remedy)
Handful of mini chocolate chip cookies

Afternoon snack:
A few peanuts
Cup of tea
Maybe a banana (I don't remember!)

Supper:
Salad (romaine lettuce, tomato, green pepper, red pepper, radish, cucumber, bac'n bits, croutons, bottled dressing, apple cider vinegar)
L-lysine with some bread to make easier to swallow the huge pill
A few handfuls of peanuts

Dessert:
Hot chocolate

Evening snacks (not all at once):
Bowl of cereal with soy milk
Pita bread with pickled eggplant and zatar+olive oil
1 calcium+vitamin D candy
A few mini cookies
Cup of tea, decaf

I realise now that I don't eat a whole lot more than other people. I just take my good old time writing every detail down. :p It ends up looking more.
