Breakfast: 2 slices granary toast with Pure marg and damson jam, black coffee
Lunch: Kind of non-existant as stopped off at a crappy shop - they sold "homemade" hot meat pasties but bugger all vegan stuff so I ended up with a little pack of nuts and seeds :( Grr!
Snack: 2 slices granary toast with peanut butter, more coffee
Dinner will be a tofu stir fry in a little while :) Oh, no doubt there'll be some cider too ...

We went to a vegetarian Indian restaurant for dinner last night:
For a starter, I had the vegetarian samosas which were huge and really tasty.
For an entree, we shared some basil and garlic naan bread, which the waiter assured me was vegan.
We also had the Kabuli Channa Masala (chickpea curry) and the Navrattan Korma (mixed vegetable curry) with rice.
Stopped in at a coffee shop for a soy cappacino on the way home :)

I drain off most of the liquid, break it apart a little, and bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes until the top edges dry out. Perhaps it's not exactly crispy, but it's good all the same.
