Yesterday

Chocolate ice cream (far too much!)
Gluten Free crackers with chive cream Sheese and cucumber
Vegetable and Bean Hot Pot (swede, parsnips, onion, carrot, turnips, tomato puree, herbs, seasonings, potato)
Apple and Mango juiceToday

Gluten Free seeded rolls with houmous, organic leafy greens and cucumber
Gluten Free crackers
Chips (fries)
Crisps (chips) and houmous
Baked beans (half a tin)
Apple juiceNutritious. :mad:

I'm going to start writing it down again, as it might kick start my "eat healthy" routine again! I need to eat better, as I am sick of wasting food!

So tomorrow I need to make something with tomato puree and root vegetables in it! lol Can anyone think of anything?? lol

(bomb-diggy, sweet, plump) green grapes (lots of em. they were so good. i dont even like grapes, but darm. i'ma eat summore in a min)
veggie sub- ww roll, lettuce, spinach, onion, avocado, tomato, olives, s&p, vinegar. mmmm.
beer. (will have more in a min of that too)
soda. soda. soda.

Breakfast: smoothie made from fresh-squeezed oj, frozen banana, frozen strawberries, liquid stevia, and rice protein powder. The healthiest and tastiest thing I ate all day.

Snack: an apple

Lunch: Scavenger soup. This is what I call it when, the day before I get paid and can afford to buy groceries, I scavenge the odds and ends from my fridge and freezer and throw them in a pot with some veggie stock and seasonings. Today it was the last of a block of tofu, some frozen corn, a carrot, and some leftover rice pasta.

Dinner: two peanut butter sandwiches on toasted Ezekiel bread. I had enough raspberry jam for one of the sandwiches.

Green tea, herbal tea, and water throughout the day.

breakfast: half a canteloupe

snack: piece of wheat oat toast w/ pb

lunch: spinach & romaine salad w/ red onions & agave mustard dressing, spicy cilantro hummus w/ wheat pita, cucumber & green peppers

snack: smoothie (banana, strawberry, mango, kiwi), coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

dinner: two indian samosa wraps

snack: tings (!!!), black cherry berry tea

l: leftovers from my fettucine "alfreda"...not alfredo.

d: brown rice with homemade garlic dill "cream cheese" and broccoli, celery, green beans, onions, and soy sauce

dessert: vodka vodka vodka

Everybody's been eating so well and such yummy things lately. I haven't. I've been embarrassingly unhealthy and that's why I haven't been posting. :o

Morning tea: rooibos tea with soy milk, an orange

L: cucumber & tofu sushi, yeast-free rye bread with veggie spread (2 slices), peach iced tea

Afternoon tea: red apple

BREAKFAST:

Chocolate chip cookie x2
Glass of OJ

LUNCH:

A bagel filled with garlic and chive scheese, lettuce, tomato and polony slices.

Glass of oj

DINNER:

Stuffed butternut squash half, stuffed with organic sage and onion stuffing and on the side new potatoes smoothered in butter and rosemary and fryed onions and leeks dressed with soy sauce and balsamic vinager. Also a small side salad.

SNACK:

Two slices of toast with jam and peanut butter

Breakfast: Frozen raspberries with raspberry alpro and nutty muesli on yop

Lunch: Working at the allotment so I munched on raw sweetcorn and carrots - freshly picked and straight in my belly :) Raisins and nuts too.

Dinner: Sosmix sausages, bubble & squeak and watercress ... oh, and cider too :D

Well seeing as todays food intake is finished I'll add that too:

BREAKFAST:

Bagel with spicey bean pate, tomatos and lettuce.
Glass of oj

LUNCH:

Two corn flake chocolate crispy cakes

DINNER:

Spicey potato wedges topped with REALLY spicey 3 bean (pinto, adzuki & butterbean) chilli, tofutti sour cream and a large salad dressed with tomato and basil.

SNACK:

BEER!!!

Breakfast: Muesli with Oatly. Coffee.
Lunch: Beans on Toast
Dinner: Veggie-mince spag-bol with olive ciabatti. Vanilla Swedish Glace covered in a chocy desert and Green and Blacks cocoa powder.

Yesterday:

B: Oats with blueberries, glass of silk.

S: Slice of cranberry pumpkin seed bread, warmed up with margarine.

L: (At East Side Mario's) Garden salad, vegetable soup.

D: Grilled 'Chik'n strips' on pita with garlic hummus and tomatoes. Mushrooms, cucumber and baby carrots on the side.

Lots of water, Pomegranate green tea, 'Amazing Vanilla' Rooibos tea from Teaopia.

B: Mixture of cereals with sultanas and soya milk.

S: Iced chocolate muffin. :)

L: Two wholemeal rolls with hummous, braised tofu, sweetcorn, iceberg, and sliced tomato. Few Sweet Chilli Kettle Chips, banana, yoghurt.

Too come:

S: Apple, pear, banana, grape.

D: Pasta in ratatouille type sauce.


The braised tofu worked really well in the rolls. I spread the hummous on the rolls like butter, then laid chunks of the tofu on, and piled it up with the other stuff. Braised tofu was a bit of an acquired taste but I like it now :)

B: Oats, blueberries, coffee with sweetener and soymilk.

S: Peach, glass of soymilk.

L: Stir-fry. (Zucchini, carrots, onions, mushrooms, tofu and rice)

D: Chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumber, onions, mushrooms and lemon dill hummus in a pita.

S: Tangerine.

Lots of water and green tea.

yesterday...

breakfast: two plums, flax cereal w/ raisins

lunch: romaine & spinach salad w/ red onion & agave mustard dressing, toastead wheat pita, cucumber & green pepper dipped in spicy cilantro hummus, coffee w/ f.v. soy cream

snack: banana

dinner: wheat linguine w/ mushroom marinara, roasted brussel sprouts

during fantasy football draft: beer and pretzels. how manly...

3 plums, 2 bananas and a kelp tablet

An avocado and a tomato with 2 slices wholemeal bread
Handful of cashew nuts

A yellow and a red pepper roasted with olive oil and stuffed with carrot, tomatoes, kidney beans and brown rice.

Okay then I went off rails a bit and had a chocolate bar and crisps.

Green tea and water

10 minutes walking outside and 30 minutes on rebounder
15 mins meditation
(I am going to put in if I did any exercise and meditation on here so I can record it. Hope nobody minds, well I don't care if they do actually.:p)

Wow, that sounds exactly like my meals, hah.
Nearly every day I have oats, blueberries and green tea for breakfast, followed by an apple as a snack (actually, I had that every day for over a month) and something on a pita for lunch. I also have broccoli with my dinner most days, veggie burgers about once a week.

I haven't been on the site in months, but I am getting in a vegan rut, so I guess it's time to get back with like minded people, huh?

Breakfast: coffee, banana, slice of toast with PB

Lunch: Leftovers: bowtie pasta w/olive oil, garlic, portobellas and gimme lean sausage style (crumbled) dash of salt, pepper, and red pepper flake for a bit of spice.

Dinner: not sure yet, probably a roasted garlic Boca Burger on a bun, with a side of Broccoli and some melon for dessert.
