Breakfast: The usual ... raspberry alpro yoghurt with nutty muesli on top, black coffee
Lunch: Baked beans with marmite on granary toast
Dinner: Chunks of Sosmix sausage with veggie stirfry, cider

Breakfast: smoothie with half a punnet of strawberries, 2 banana's and soya milk.
Lunch: an apple
Dinner: spicey lentil soup made me carrots, onions, celery, lentils, bouillion and spinach with some wholemeal bread and soya spread and celery sticks.
5 or 6 cups of tea with soya milk. I like tea...too much :)

leftover eggplant curry with basmati rice
2 slices multigrain bread with raspberry marmalade
3 peanut butter cookies
1 peach
some more bread with hummus and tomatoes
bowl plum soy yoghurt
some potato salad with capers

1/2 jerkey stick.
grapes, plum.
2 vegan cutlets.
tofu scrambled.
garlic homefries.
1/2 baked bagel w earth balance.
grapes.
handful peanuts.
couple cc cookies.
1/2 bagel w hummus, tomatoes, tahini.
dont know whats for dinner yet, but it will involve veggies.

bento box containing: brown rice with veggies, 2 cabbage dumplings, noodles
curry cabbage (half a head of cabbage) and 3 slices of cauliflower paratha bread
The curry cabbage I made was so good! I followed a recipe in an Indian cookbook.
I think I ate too much today...

mmmmm curry cabbage sounds good. although I like plain boiled cabbage so much I think I'm afraid to mess with it.
breakfast: canteloupe, flax cereal w/ raisins & ricemilk
lunch: same as yesterday
snack: strawberries, tings
dinner: wheat linguine w/ mushroom marinara & almond parmesan, carrots & peas w/ eb & dill, dark mint chocolate
before bed: raspberry tea

Yesterday.........
Breakfast - Ice cream sundae made out of Booja booja stuff in a tub in five flavours, B'nice rice cream in 3 flavours, Tofutti in mango and passionfruit and ice cream sprinkles.
Lunch - Strawberries, Raspberries, Mango and Persimmon
Dinner - Raw mushrooms and more of the Strawberries and Raspberries
Lots of water all day

Crisps/Chips (salted)
Parsnip Chips (parsnip, salt and pepper)
Vegan "mars" bar
Gluten Free Porridge ("oats", sunflower seeds, linseeds, sesame seeds, soya milk and syrup)
Apple Juice
Spicy Bean Casserole (red lentils, onion, parsnip, carrot, potato, vegetable stock, seasoning, herbs)Not in order.
I need new YEAST FREE vegetable stock.
I am trying to use all food I have before Monday, when I go away. lol

My idea of a breakfast. :D
You have a lot of ice cream...did you buy it online or something where you have to have 6 types, or are you lucky enough to live near a shop? :confused:

Bowl of chips with bread roll
Packet of crisps
Large jacket potato with lettuce, tomatoes, grated carrot, cucumber, walnuts and cashew nuts with lemon juice and olive oil

B: Oats, Blueberries, Tangerine, Vanilla Apple White Tea
S: Brussels Sprouts, Nutritional Yeast Flakes, Apple, Protein Shake (one more to go and I'm not buying them again)
L: Chickpeas and cucumber on a pita with garlic hummus.
S: Three cups of hemp coffee with soymilk at a new cafe (which will soon have vegan food!!!) in Niagara Falls. Mmmmm. I can't remember the name of it, but for future reference, it's at the corner of Main and Barker Street in Niagara Falls, Ontario. It's run by a dreadhead and decorated with a lot of pot leaves and wild art/classic rock/punk stuff. We played Scrabble and read the local media newspaper.
D: Two potato spring rolls and Pho Tofu Soup - Second Bowl Vietnamese Cuisine in Niagara Falls. The spring rolls were very greasy (and they accidentally gave us three potato rolls and one seafood roll - thank goodness I didn't unknowingly eat it) and the soup wasn't that great. I've certainly had better meals there before.
I apologize for sharing all the extra info - I'm just excited about it, hah.

1 organic black plum.
1 bowl of sprouted grain & almond cereal with light vanilla soy milk.
1 cup of coffee with light vanilla soy milk.
1 clementine fruit spritzer.
1 organic oatmeal raisin square.
1 x 6oz container organic blueberry soy yogurt.
1 bowl organic butternut squash soup.
1 garlic breadroll.
1 single serve pineapple pie with vegan cream.
Lots of water during the day.

3 fishless fingers in a wholemeal roll with lettuce, fresh spinach, tomatos and mayola. Dipped in ketchup
Large glass of pineapple juice
LUNCH:
Spring roll and left over releat chicken black bean stir fry. (Black bean sauce. releat, bean sprouts, baby corn, red peppers and carrots)
Large glass of water
DINNER:
Releat chicken korma on a bed of wholemeal rice. (Meridian korma sauce, releat, onions and brocolli)

Just had toasted sandwiches with cheeze, tomato, mushrooms and onion for lunch.
I keep forgetting I have a sandwich toaster which is a shame 'cause I really like toasted sandwiches!

lunch: iceburg salad w/ mango dressing, spring roll, sesame-style veggie protein, steamed rice, sesame ball w/ red bean paste
snack: pear
dinner: chips & salsa, burrito (black beans, salsa, lettuce, guac, mushrooms, cilantro), beers

dinner: handful of soaked brazilnuts

Crisps and chocolate and now I'm having white wine.:o
(Did 45 mins of meditation and I fell asleep but then I got a major realisation later today so it must have worked.:))

d: three different kinds of bean salad and various flatbreads, a bit of raw veggies, a slice of watermelon, a few tortilla chips and soy chocolate pudding.
(my family doesn't go all-out on family picnics. aside from three bean salads, there was a pasta salad, a macaroni salad, a lettuce salad, and some lunch meats. there was one small veggie tray with no variety, and the veggies didn't even look appetizing in any way.)

B: coffee and soyamilk then a sammy with lettuce and mexican flavour scheese soy cream cheese stuff. (is yummy)
Snack: a choco soya small drink
Lunch and snacks and dinner: 3 bits of bread and hummus
2 apples
some pineapple
2 mandarins
2 bowls of soybean/green bean slices and green leafy stuff salad
Junk food late night snack: corn chips, like over a big bag full oops lol

Today:

1 organic oatmeal square.
50g baked organic tortilla chips with organic mango salsa.
1 "chicken" breast in dijon marinade and on the side
a mixture of wholewheat organic pasta, organic broccoli & organic carrot smothered in shitake mushroom gravy.
1/2 cup mudd pie flavour rice "icecream" with organic chocolate syrup.
1 cup of apple spice tea.
3 squares of chocolate.
