breakfast: handful of tofu and 2 coffees
around 2 apples and 2 nectarines
afternoon lunch: a plate and a half of yummy salad. cucumber salad, colesaw salad with nuts and yummy mustardy mayo, bean salad. 1/2 an avacado
about 5 mandarin things
about 3 or 4 bits of bread with marg on
handful of soya nuts
late night feast: 3 or4 vegedogs. half a bit bread with it, vegan mayo, mustard and loads of marg over them, ketcup.
loads of cold water we keep in the fridge
half a banana.some more mandarins
yay no junk food today.

lol bugaboo this made me laugh. the majority of your day was beer! hahaha i love it. i think californians and bcers are similar.

That's true! I believe all West-Coasters are similar...although...I am, in fact, originally from BC (I was born in White Rock and spent my "formative" years in between Washington and BC.):D:D:p

B: Oats with blueberries, 2 coffees with soymilk.

S: Apple and glass of soymilk.

L: Pita with Yves veggie 'chik'n' patty, garlic hummus, tomato, lettuce, onions, mushrooms. Baby carrots, mushrooms and cucumber on the side with garlic hummus for dipping.

S: Sliced kiwi placed on two rye crackers.

D: Lentil Couscous Curry Soup with steamed broccoli and squash.

Dessert: Berry Tofu2Go, Vanilla Earl Grey tea with soymilk.

yesterday...

breakfast: red & green grapes, peanut butter cookie lunabar

lunch: garden veggie soup, potato chips

snacks: half a small mushroom & green pepper pizza, tings, coke zero

dinner: wakame salad, veggie roll, mushroom roll, three small chocolate chip cookies

Org beans on 2 wholemeal toast with marmite and flaxseed stirred into beans

Packet of crisps

Massive plate of chips ( I tried to have falafel and rice but the cafe has run out of it)
Plain baguette

2 clementines and 2 plums

Apple juice and water

(30 minutes walking outside)

Yesterday:

1 cup of coffee with light vanilla soy milk.

1 apple muffin.

Some chocolate.

A handful of tortilla chips.

1 oatmeal square.

Salad: organic spring mix, organic tomato, organic avocado, organic cucumber, pan-fried "chicken" fillets in a zesty lemon herb rub, cranberry viniagrette.

12 cups of popcorn, some with cinnamon sugar.

3 squares of dark chocolate.

- 2 slices of toast w/ marmalade. Citrus green tea.
- I made a salad! A whole avocado, mixed leaves, tomato, snow peas dressed in olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- 2 apples
- Brown rice w/ Vegie Stir Fry (Broccoli, Bok Choy & Baby Corn)

baked cabbage and tofu with soy sauce and olive oil
dry-roasted potatoes
cucumber, spinach and lettuce from the greenhouse

Breakfast : Cereal with oatly. Strong black coffee.
Snacks: Oat cakes with cashew-butter.
Lunch : Baguette with rocket, beetroot, tomato, onion and mushrooms. Packet of crisps.
Dinner: Left over leek, courgette and tomato flan (cold), baked beans and chicory in cheesy sauce.

Currently enjoying a smoothie made with orange juice, banana, apple, pineapple and strawberries.

b: 2 bits of toast (white bread + marg), 2 blakc coffees cause no milk
L: half a packet of noodles and a small bowl of museli
D: vegetable soup and a piece of bread

snacks, around 2 oranges, some mandarins, a pear, prolly another 1 or 2 bits of toast. did not execise today

breakfast: apple, flax cereal w/ rice milk

lunch: tofurkey brat halved on two wheat buns w/ grilled onions & dijon mustard, sunchips

snack: red & green grapes, strawberry banana soy yogurt, coffee w/ soy creamer

dinner: eggless egg salad sandwich on wheat bread w/ lettuce, baby carrots w/ ranch dressing

snack: sunchips, tangerine orange tea

For breakfast, I had a bagel with toffutti cream cheese.

For lunch, I had baked ziti.

For dinner, I had a vegetable dish with "chikn" strips.

I also had tons of coffee and energy drinks.

yesterday:

someone brought in a basket of crap food to bribe us into treating their dog special at work... it was completely unneccesary and now I'm regretting it!

coupla handfuls kettlecorn
coupla handfuls salt n vinegar chips
coupla handfuls hard pretzels
coupla handfuls mixed nuts w chocolate
a few mike n ikes

coffee w soymilk
leftover lentil loaf
steamed veggies w tahini

a lot of handfuls peanuts

vodka n soda
soda soda
bottle of wine

NOT a good day

BREAKFAST:

Homemade sauted new potatoes, mushrooms, releat veggie mince and healthy eating baked beans in a tortilla wrap with ketchup and soy sauce!

Glass of Pineapple juice

LUNCH:

Peanut butter and jam in a wholemeal pitta bread

Glass of water

DINNER:
Probably a soup or something. It's kinda hot so I want a salad but I have no fresh vegetables in the house and I don't get paid until the bloody 10th September. OH NO!!!!

smoothie: tomato, 3 bananas, strawberries, yellow kiwi, water, agave nectar, 3 tbsp of cacao, apple
snack: banana
salad: lettuce, linseed, red bellpepper, cucumber, nut&seed paste
handful of cashews for dessert
now enjoying my hot water - cacao - agave drink

B: Oats with a banana, two cups of coffee with soymilk.

S: Bowl of sliced strawberries with soymilk, a kiwi, a handful of chickpeas.

L: Pita with garlic hummus, chickpeas, tomatoes, lettuce, mushrooms, onions, green peppers. Mushrooms and cucumber on the side with garlic hummus. Two small pieces of watermelon.

S: Five spoonfuls of Hemp Maple ice cream. SO FREAKING GOOD!!!

D: Stir-fry: Brown rice, cauliflower, baby carrots, broccoli, and "It's All Good" Gardein brand Veggie Chik'n Breast in an herb dijon marinade...as long as they're vegan. If I don't get an answer from the site (or from someone on here who knows), I'll go buy some tofu and have that with it instead.

3 plums, goji berries
Baguette with pure spread

3 bags of crisps
More than half the large Green and Black's mint chocolate bar :o (which is heavenly btw!!!!):)

2 roasted green peppers stuffed with brocolli, carrots and brown rice

Water and green tea
(30 mins walking outside in park)

Oh, yes. That is good. The cherry variety is particularly fine too.

Breakfast : Cereal and oatly. Coffee.
Lunch: Last piece of leek, courgette and tomato flan with salad.
Dinner: Aubergine and chick-pea curry (seriously hot, the way curry should be) and mixed rice.
Desert: Baked apple with vanilla soya glace.

wholemeal toast x 2 with pure spread n yeast extract..sliced up royal gala apple..vanilla rice milk..BEST breakfast ever..sort of :D

2 dates from the really ace asian foody stall market place..sample!

one avocado..leftover courgette/red pepper sauce over tabbouleh..diced tomatoes and cucumber

bottle water..carton alpro soya choc
white christmas tea

wholemeal pitta bread..tomatoes..fake meat stuff..raw pepper..branston pickle..wooot!! lemon cupcake..more rice milk
