Cup o Tea - Yes yes you do want that! It was sooooo yummy!

In the end for dinner today I had:

Hollowed out baked courgettes, filled with fresh garlic, a rice and green lentil mix, fresh basil, chopped tomatos and butterbeans. Sounds random.....but it was yummy!

May sound weird Roxy, but I love the way you eat. It's unique. Very nutritious and seemingly well-planned, but you love to indulge just a little every day :o

Thanks Cup O Tea :)

I actually count my calories every day :o I recently lost 21 pounds, and have kept counting my calories to help me maintain. This might not be such a good idea, but I feel like it helps me have control over my intake.

Every week I have a "cheat" day though, where I eat whatever I want, and don't worry about counting calories or restricting myself.

Everything in moderation, as they say ;):)

Well congrats on the weight loss :)
I, too lost a lot of weight recently. I don't count calories anymore as I found it kind of took over my life, but I lost about 25lbs by exercising and gradually going from omni to vegan. I feel SO good these days. I still do kind of watch what I eat, but today I discovered hemp ice cream :O Uh-oh

Ohhhh yummy! I've never tried hemp icecream, but I bet it's good :) I discovered rice icecream a couple of weeks ago and I really liked it. It's the Good Karma brand. If you see it - give it a go. I especially liked the mint chocolate swirl.

Thanks and congratulations on your weight loss too!

Was that the Gardein variety? If so, I had it a couple nights ago and it was soooooo good! The best I've had from that company.

A salad and some hummous for lunch
Some G&B chocolate for snacking throughout the day.
Going out for a Japanese tonight for dinner, haven't seen a menu yet though. Although, there is another vegan going too, so I won't be the only picky bugger there pestering the waiters with questions :)

Yeah - it's the "It's All Good" one. It's my favourite from all of the ones I've tried too. I've tried them all, except for the "beef" strips. The "chicken" filets in the zesty lemon herb rub are my next favourite ones.
