Woo, I never realized Subway had vegan sub options. Thought I'd have to stick with a wrap or salad!
Yesterday:
B: Oats, strawberries, two cups of coffee.
S: Granny Smith Apple.
L: More mexican black bean salad in a pita. Cucumber and carrots on the side with hummus. Slice of ezekiel bread toasted with peanut butter.
/bloat
S: Kiwi, too many cups of coffee and vanilla apple white tea.
D: Side salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber. Tofu with brown rice, squash, cauliflower and broccoli. Clementine.
Can you tell I need to buy groceries? Hah. Getting to be too repetitive.

Cup'O'Tea, Subway's Italian bread is vegan. The wheat has honey in it. I like to get a veggie sub then take it home and add vegenaise, "cheese", and sometimes tofurkey. So good.

snack: freshly baked banana walnut muffin
snack: a pear, peach soy yogurt

Okay, thanks. I'll remember that. Italian bread, wow. I haven't had that in a loooong time. I'm not sure if I'll like the texture, but at least it's an option.

And the sweet onion dressing is the only vegan dressing. Although in some stores you can get oil and vinegar on your sub.

the veggie patty isn't vegan. but a vegetable sub is. (lettuce, spinach, tomato, pickle, onion, olive, avocado, oil n vinegar, etc)
veggie delite is just vegetables on a roll.
veggie patty, or veggiemax, is the patty.
