B: Oatmeal, Strawberries, Cup of Coffee, Glass of Soymilk.
S: Granny Smith Apple.
L: Tofu, Oriental-flavoured rice, cauliflower, broccoli, squash.
S: Two mini sesame breadsticks, two baby carrots, two pieces of celery, two grape tomatoes with garlic hummus.
D: Spinach salad with yellow pepper and tomato, pita with yves salami, red onion and tomato.
Jasmine Green Tea, 2.5L water.
It's becoming more difficult to eat properly (specifically, at the times I'm used to eating) due to college.

mmm pineapple pie sounds nice roxy.
cupotea, try to make your lunches and snacks in advance and get a lunch bag to keep them cool in your bag so whenever you get hungry you always have something to eat!
jasmine green tea sounds really nice!
today:
dinner:
-2 veggie dogs (no bun)
-organic herb salad w/ extra dill and italian dressing
-veggie/bean burrito
-cup soymilk
snack:
-couple handfuls chips and some candy

Breakfast was a grapefruit and a piece of toast with toffuti cream cheese & strawberry preserves.
Lunch was tomato soup with oyster crackers.
Dinner was general tso's tofu.

an apricot cliff bar
some bread
dried peaches
more bread
quinoa pasta with soyrizo marinara sauce
a couple of vodka tonic's at the bar
oh, and im drinking a giant newcastle right now.

they're little saltine-type crackers in the shape of a stop sign (octogon?)
ha, yeah I've had enough veggie dogs for now. Had one last night and 2 today! actually thats all i've eaten today besides coffee and a handful of peanuts. it's no wonder i havent been feeling well.

Two people beat me to explaining oyster crackers! Theyre hexagonal - six sided.
JJ, it's nice to see another vegan that imbibes on a fairly regular basis. Makes me feel a bit better about my habits :)
breakfast: barbara's cocoa puffs w/ sliced banana & rice milk, oj
lunch: pressed beat & sauerkraut sandwich on wheat oat bread w/ thousand island, carrot & cucumber sticks, three mini chocolate chip cookies, red safari spice tea
snack: red grapes, coffee w/ soy creamer
dinner: cream of broccoli soup, mashed potatoes
snack (or second dinner): steamed baby bok choy, veggie & sesame fried rice, screwdriver...and some tings too. feeling munchy.

D: 2 faux egg salad sandwiches...one in between bread, one in between pita.
JJ, I feel you. I use to have major sleep problems. Sorry to all you health nuts out there, but, since I have started drinking regularly I fall asleep as snug as a bug in a rug.

Yeah, I do that. I'm just a little weary about a) eating in front of people I don't know, and b) eating in class, especially during the first week.
Today I'm going to bring a Luna Bar and some raw veggies to munch on - but I'm also packing a pita filled with veggies and some yves 'salami' slices. This way, if I have 20 minutes to relax before class, I'll drive somewhere nearby and wolf it down, haha. If not, I'll eat that after class. :)
And the green tea was incredible - the best I've ever had.

Bagel with pure spread
2 bags of crisps
Bagel with PB and a banana
Veg curry with coconut milk, tomatoes, cauliflower, brocolli, yellow pepper, carrots, cashew nuts and had it with cucumber and mango chutney.
(groan - I ate so much! - I was going to keep half for tomorrow but then ate the other half as well):o

a 'nana..15 strawberries, 2 clementines and 4 dates.
a nice cuppateeea..
packet red hula hoops..a massive red pepper, half a cucumber and a pot of auberginey dip..i made the entire room smell of raw garlic for 3 hours :cool:
just scoffing now potato, spinach and mushroom curry..lentil dahl and a wodge of lovely brown basmati rice, mango chutney and more cucumber
orange juice and water

- burrito w/ pinto beans, avocado, corn, tomato
Lots of lemon cordial throughout the day too

Breakfast
Gluten Free porridge oats, with soya milk. I added sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, ground and non ground flaxseeds, hazelnuts, walnuts and cashew nuts to it. Plus syrup to taste.
1 pint of water.
Healthy?! Not healthy?! I can't have fruit too, I'd be too full.

lunch: veggie chili w/ mushrooms, side salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette, big fruit salad, diet coke
snack: chocolate soymilk
dinner: toasted "cheese" sandwich on wheat oat bread, carrot & cucumber sticks w/ thousand island, beers

witchy are you asking if thats healthy? definitely! very healthy. and thats okay, save fruit for a snack if you cant eat it all in one go! :) and nothing says we have to have fruit with our breakfast!

Yes, I didn't know if that is what is considered a healthy breakfast.
I'm going to try and vary breakfast and my lunch too, especially when I start college Monday.

between 8:50am and 9:10am I ate:
-Three bowls each with ~2.333 servings of raisin bran each with 1.5 cups of soymilk. (for a total of approximately 7 servings)
-Three Quarters of a cup of vegan vanilla yogurt
-Two cups leftover pasta
-One and a half pieces of whole wheat toast with Earth Balance spread liberally over it.
-One cup of vegan calcium enriched pulpy Orange Juice
-Three fingerfulls of peanut butter
-3 cups of water
Now I'm ready for a snack.
