- oatmeal w/ banana & cinnamon sugar. vanilla green tea. coffee.
- apple
- salad roll w/ tons of avocado. vanilla coke.
- burrito w/ mexican chilli beans, a whole avocado :D, corn kernels & tomato, plus extra beans that wouldn't fit in :p. Pineapple & orange chunks & 2 medjool dates (gooeey caramelly heaven)

I have gone avocado crazy lately - craving it like hell and eating tons of it everyday

Breakfast: Toast with Tofutti "cream cheese" and half a mango + chocolate soymilk and espresso

Snack: A carrot

Dinner: Mashed butter beans, roast potato and sweet potato and cooked broccoli

And lots of water through the day

lots of random stuff as the last day with the fiance

tofu, edamame, and some oven roasted veggies
vegan banana nut muffin
pomegrant berry sorbet (yum!)
avocado/guacamole sandwich and a couple tortilla chips with the guac
pineapple! (my mom sent a fruit basket)
some cereal and a tortilla
100 calorie popcorn

haha sooo randommm - back to structure tomorrow though! although going out to eat most meals or cooking amazing meals at home was a nice change of pace

Let's see if I can remember it all...

B: Smoothie: 1 cup orange juice, one medium banana, one cup blueberries.
Coffee with soymilk. Jasmine Green Tea.

S: Oatmeal and soymilk. (Then a few mushrooms and baby carrots when I was chopping veggies for the weeks' lunches)

L: Two slices Yves veggie salami, big fruit salad (cantoloupe, strawberries, honeydew, watermelon), one rye cracker.

S: Granny Smith Apple.

D: Brown rice with gardein 'chik'n', broccoli and baby carrots.
Cup of Vanilla Apple white tea and two oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.

Water. Second cup of coffee at some point as well.

2 mediterranean pizzas
raw veggies (broccoli, zucchini, carrot, spinach, red pepper) with sesame shitake dressing
black bean hummus on pita
soda
pan fried tofu on ww w bbq sauce and veganaise
handful fried potatoes

Today:

2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.

3 pieces of organic sprouted grain toast with Soy Garden buttery spread and organic raspberry jam.

1 small piece vegan chocolate banana cake.

A bunch of organic baked tortilla chips with organic mango salsa.

1 cup of coffee with Silk creamer.
1 raspberry jelly bar.

1 bowl of cashew, carrot & ginger soup.
1 toasted "cheese" sandwich (organic multigrain bread, tofutti slice).
A few salted kettle chips.

Just about to have a cup of chamomile tea and probably a couple of cookies ;)

Saturday...

brunch: pb & banana sandwich on wheat toast, coffee w/ soy creamer

snack: nectarine, a third of a mealy pear

dinner: stuffed grape leaves over rice w/ tahini sauce, tabouleh, pita & hummus, diet coke

snacks: potato wedges w/ ketchup, beer, ruffles chips


yesterday...

breakfast: barbara's cocoa puffs w/ sliced banana & rice milk

after that I kind of constantly ate for the rest of the day: coke zero, raw veggies (broccoli, cucumber, green pepper & carrot sticks) w/ onion dip, thousand island & agave mustard dressing, jalapeno kettle chips, french fries w/ ketchup, chocolate cake, beer, two veggie dogs on buns w/ sauteed onions, ketchup & mustard, saltines, beer

we're leaving for the mountains for 2 days!!
so everything is already bought.

breakfast-- pitas toasted over the fire with avocado and black beans.
coffee.

snacks-- salted peanuts in shell. baby carrots.

lunch-- pita w hummus and spinach.

dinner-- fire roasted tomatoes, corn on the cob, red bell peppers and tofu.

soy yogurt, banana + cranberry muesli

multiseeded bread, yeast extract + tomato slices
salad (radicchio, rocket, cucumber, tomato, pepper, carrot)

coffee + soy milk
apple, 2 plums

courgettes cooked in the oven with pine nuts, raisins + mint
herby millet

will have some dark chocolate with pistacchios in it later

grrr... ok

make that just coffee and pita w avocado so far.

dont know about the rest yet, although those portabello caps are marinating so i'm sure we'll have those.

Toast and pure

I made a weird lunch where I just threw in lots of stuff together - kidney beans, lentils, greens, brown rice and mixed it with chilli paste and olive oil
(:o It was a bit odd, I think I need to buy myself one of those cook book things!)

Crisps and Chocolate

Sandwiches - avocado and tomato and then PB and banana

I had about six pieces of 'buttered' toast! Three for breakfast, three for a snack now. Then for lunch pasta in tomato and herb sauce with seitan chicken (my first attempt at making seitan, didn't go well!) and mushrooms. I also had some absolutely delicious raw vegan organic chocolate ice cream I bought from my local health food shop made using date syrup, cashew nuts and cocoa powder, beautiful!

BREAKFAST:

Vegan sushi from Waitrose

LUNCH:

one Peach

A tortilla with braised tofu and ketchup

DINNER:

Gem lettuce, spinach, iceberg lettuce, spring onions, baby plum tomatos, oven chips and a monster mushroom filled with basil, extra virgin olive oil, onion and chive powder and burger relish.....all dressed with tomato and basil dressing

B - nothing, had to hurry and get to school.
L - small plum, side salad with raspberry dressing.
D - this thing I made... tofu with mushrooms and yellow peppers. Cooked in a little bit of olive oil, and seasoned with organic red pepper and a little bit of mustard. (i put mustard on pretty much anything.)
S - and then I had an apple.

brekkie: 2 org. fuji apples

lunch: nothing but air and light (haha, a breatharian lunch)

dinner: potato, bean, and soy cheese casserole or "kugel" if you're jewish. (it was lovely but I had a lot of leftovers, and potatoes never refrigerate well, so, I added vegannaise and mustard to make a salad out of the leftovers.)

Yesterday:

B: Oatmeal with banana, coffees with soymilk.

S: Grapes.

L: Pita with lemon dill hummus, salad: Spinach, tomato, yellow pepper, mushrooms, chickpeas, olive oil & balsamic vinegar.

S: Crackers.

D: Amy's Black Bean Vegetable Soup, baby carrots, slice of toast with margarine.

About four small cups of organic hemp coffee and a raspberry ice crush. Lots of water.

dinner: toasted beet & sauerkraut sandwich on wheat w/ thousand island, raw broccoli & carrot sticks w/ onion dip & agave mustard dressing, two mini chocolate chip cookies, two graham crackers

after: beer, popcorn, big chocolate chip walnut cookie

lunch: frozen meal - bean masala & brown rice pilau

snack: tings, two graham crackers

dinner: big piece of pizza w/ spinach, sun dried tomatoes, sliced tomatoes & tofu, side salad (leaf lettuce, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, cucumber, alfalfa sprouts, chickpeas, agave mustard dressing), two small rolls dipped in marinara

before bed: peach passion tea
