Breakfast; Half bowl of soup at 6 a.m, Small glass of orange juice, one slice of wholemeal bread
Lunch; Strawberries, Cup full of plain popcorn




Diet Coke too :)

Dinner; ? Dunno yet, it's not dinner time! :D

yesterday:

tierra cafe for breakfast:
tofu scramble w red onion, mushroom, spinach and soy sauce.
1/2 croissant with veggie bacon and cheese.
coupla bites of bf's french toast.
coffee w soy milk

diet sodas x2
lite beers x6

bowl of fruity cheerios w soy milk

I was a fat fat b*tch yesterday!!! :p

BREAKFAST:
One carrot and corriandor sausage chopped up small, onions, mushrooms, tomatos....covered in mild salsa and then poured over crispy buttered toast.

LUNCH:

Bannana, strawberries, blueberries, peach soy yoghurt and flax seed

SNACK:

Two crumpets - one with lime and lemon marmalade and the other with dairy free chocolate spread

DINNER:
Sweet and sour stirfry with tofu

SNACK:

Ok I had like 8 bottles of beer and was playing some old skool mega drive at 3am and had the munchies so bad.....

4 crumpets - one with vegemite, one with choc spread, one with jam and one with peanut butter

GIVE ME A SLAP NOW!

applepie, i dont have a choice about how much i eat. i have major health problems (nausea and vomiting being one of them) so what i need to focus on is keeping anything down, and that is what i do. keeping down one meal is a big feat for me. sometimes i cant eat at all. and i dont get enough energy. lol. i was very proud of yesterdays dinner because i ate a lot of things. i almost threw up after eating the broccoli and juice but i kept on going and managed to keep it all down.

three nectarines
1 banana

2 slices of bread with blueberry jam

bowl of rice with bok choi + mixed sprouts stir-fry

lots if chamomile tea

So far:

Vine leaves stuffed with rice, tomatoes, onion and spices.
A glass of Innocent Superfoods detox smoothie.
Two avocadoes.
One glass of orange juice.
And a strawberry, grape and banana smoothie.

I'll probably have a massive salad later.

... i though it did.. cause you know, that was tested on animals.

Whoop now today is over I can write what I ate muhahaha! ( I swear my life revolves around food and when I can't have good food I am unhappy!!)

BREAKFAST:

2 Carrot and corriandor sausages, tomatos, beans, mushrooms and two wholemeal slices of toast and butter

LUNCH:

Spinach, gem lettuce and iceberg lettuce with, mango, sweetcorn, tomatos, spring onions, carrots, chicpeas, 3 fishless fingers (chopped into chunks), one tofu wiener (chopped into peices) with tomato and basil dressing.

DINNER:

Leftover salad and brocolli korma and wholegrain rice.

Today:

2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.

1 toasted sandwich: organic wholewheat bread, organic avocado, Tofurky deli slices, Tofutti cheese slice, organic tomato slices.
A few plain salted kettle chips on the side.

1 cup of Blue Lagoon tea.
1 oatmeal raisin cookie.

28 organic red grapes
1 6oz container organic blueberry soy yogurt.

I have dinner planned out for after my Yoga class tonight:

Salad: organic mixed leaves, organic tomato, organic red pepper, wonton strips, "chicken" filets in a zesty lemon herb rub, organic raspberry viniagrette.

1 bottle grapefruit spritzer.

3 maple cinnamon waffles with maple syrup.

breakfast: two banana nut muffins w/ eb

lunch: sundried tomato wrap sandwich (hummus, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, shredded carrot), fruit salad w/ lots of different fruits

snack: iced oatmeal raisin luna bar

dinner: fajita salad (leaf lettuce, refried beans, sliced seitan steak, onions, peppers, baby bella mushrooms, guacamole), spanish rice

before bed: sleepytime tea

argh my stomach hurts! today was defintly a junk day, urgh, gross. i go to a college where "vegan" isn't really an option, so its quite a struggle to find good food. mostly all i eat are salads w/ chickpeas! yeah, i know, it gets old. so today my "Junk-vegan food" i ordered from online came, and lets just say i enjoyed it a little too much...so here it goes

-vegan donut holes, bluberry, so yummy! (12)
-whole pack of lemon wafer cookies
-chocolate (almond-butter cup, m and m like things,little chocolate balls w/soccer ball wrapper)
-one big bowl of air popped popcorn
-peas
-orange
-water
-a couple handfuls of goji berries

okay i feel huge. :mad:
