- 2 slices of toast w. orange marmalade. mandarin green tea.
- pineapple chunks
- mixed bean & vegetable soup. coke.
- strawberries
- vegie stirfry w/ brown rice.

Saturday...
lunch: spring rolls w/ duck sauce, sweet plantains, cabbage, broccoli & carrots, spicy tofu, bok choy, white rice, orange slices & hot tea
snack: banana, peach, 2 graham crackers, diet pepsi
dinner: tempeh, onions, peppers, lettuce & tomato over brown rice topped w/ hot sauce, sweet potato fries w/ ketchup
out: beers, then wheat rotini w/ basil marinara & a handful of peanuts
yesterday...
brunch: banana, strawberries, roasted potatoes w/ dill, spanish rice, coffee w/ vanilla soymilk
snacks: chips & salsa, beers, a couple french fries, a plain hot dog bun
dinner: half a medium pizza w/ mushrooms & red & green peppers

today i have mostly been eating leftovers..:rolleyes:
crust bit of toast..spread and yeast extract..pitiful
leftover bean chilli and the ghastly (yet delicious) white basmati rice
water
leftover sunday lunch stuff: mashed spuds, roast spuds, sweet spuds, carros, brocolli, s/corn, stuffing, gravy
the glorious flapjack and vanilla rice dream x 2

* Smuckers Uncrustables PB&GrapeJelly .... the only vegan entree in the cafeteria. well, as far as i know.

coffee w soy milk
little bit of pasta salad and fattoush salad
some angel hair pasta with veges
chunk of sweet potato with brown sugar
vege pot stickers w yummy sesame soy sauce
a dill pickle spear
5 brussel sprouts
waiting on pizza delivery (extra $8 for vegan cheese :eek: and $12 for delivery :eek:)

looks good to me :) I don't know about the calcium ingredients. I thought there was whey or something similar in it, but i guess not.

yeah. im not sure where all the calcium comes from... but i'm trying to look it up. i hope its not from milk... it's got alot of soy products. so maybe thats it.

Today:
1 cup of coffee with Silk creamer.
1 grilled sandwich (organic wholewheat bread, Tofurky deli slices, Tofutti cheese slice).
A few pieces of candy.
Subway: veggie delite sub on Italian with sweet onion sauce.
A bunch of plain Lays.
Bowl of carrot, ginger & cashew soup with wonton strips sprinkled on to.
Glass of wine
And probably a few more pieces of candy while I'm watching Grey's Anatomy.

This was yesterday...
breakfast - Dorset Cereal (Super High Fibre one) with soya milk, cup of tea, glass of orange juice
lunch - nut roast and gravy hot sandwich, crisps, apple, bottle of water
dinner - chow mein (made myself) with rice noodles... followed by four squares of chocolate :o
snacks - none - but squash and redbush tea drunk throughout the day.

Obviously fruit was not eaten with the toast.

Yesterday I had a baked potato and salad. Today I have had (or rather am currently eating) a bowl of lentil soup and two rounds of toasted soldiers (that's the bread variety, not human ones. That'd be too filling).

snack: blueberry bagel, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer
lunch: fajita salad (leaf lettuce, sliced seitan steak, peppers, onions, mushrooms, salsa), spanish rice
snack: smoothie (banana, strawberries, strawberry banana soy yogurt)
dinner: chips & salsa, salad (romaine, tomatoes, guacamole), bean burrito, glass of red wine
