I ate a ton of food today because I was HUNGRY lol :D

2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.
2 pieces of organic multigrain toast with Soy Garden buttery spread & superfruit spread.

1 wholewheat pita (warm) with organic hummus.

3 squares of dark chocolate.

5 pieces of candy.

Toasted sandwich (organic multigrain bread, Tofurky deli slices, organic tomato slices, Tofutti cheese slice).
A few organic sesame tortilla chips on the side.
Glass of strawberry/banana soy milk.

Salad: organic mixed leaves, organic cucumber, mixture of stirfried Yves veggie ground "chicken" & organic yellow pepper, cranberry viniagrette, wonton strips.

cup of organic chamomile tea.
2 Wildberry Buckwheat waffles with maple syrup.

Porridge with hazlenut/almond milk

About to eat roasted veggie tart (courgette, red & yellow peppers, red onion, pesto, tomato & herb sauce in wholemeal pastry case) with loads of veggies on the side

crap kids cereal and rice milk
cranberry juice that was soo tart it almost took my head off :eek:

repeat of yesterdays lunch - tartex butties (today with the exciting addition of tomatoes)
water..

spinach pasta..leftover roast veg (aubergine, courgette,sweet spud,red onion) and leftover tomato sauce and a bit too much engevita.

going to have some red wine as it's been 13 days since my last lot..moderate swigs and all that..yupyup. :cool:

edit..toast..just had a craving for it..raspberry spread..got naff all will power..nice tho!

coffee with soya milk
Mesa Sunrise cereal with dried blueberries and rice milk

vegetable samosa
edamame and green bean salad with chilli dressing

glass of apple juice

'chicken' pieces with pesto, green salad and cherry tomatoes
3 teeny tiny chocolate peanut butter cups

lots of water all day

today:

coffee with soya milk
apple and raspberry cereal bar

green salad, cherry tomatoes and houmous
packet of reduced-fat crisps (they were yucky)

yeast extract sandwich (sounds appetising hmm?! but it's not Marmite!)

water all day

i'll probably have a bowl of vegetable soup in a minute cos it's so cold and miserable.

I had a trifle, shop bought sponge mix made with noegg, strawberry jelly with fresh strawberrys in it, vanilla flavoured yoghurt stuff (didn't have any custard) and spray cream on top, lovely :)

1 piece rye toast with 3 tomato slices, beans w tvp,
stripples (fake bacon)
3 soysauges
coupla samples at farmers market (raspberry flavored dehydrated cranberries, lemon almonds, white peach)
bottle of wine
a bunch of salted peanuts in shell
few bites of bf's cereal
gonna get a sub on the way to work-- italian bread, avocado, lettuce, spinach, tomato, onion, olive, vinegar

B: blueberries, half a grapefruit with a bit of brown rice syrup and flax seed; iced coffee
S: raw carrots, snow peas, broccoli and hummus
L: kale, sprout, lentil, sundried tomato, portabella salad with a miso dressing
D: pita stuffed with scrambled herbed tofu and braggs sauce, olives, swiss chard and orange juice

Guys, I just have to share my own creation dessert. It's very simple, you only need a mashed banana, a little coconut milk (the creamy top layer) and a few sprinkles of cocoa. It's not something you want to serve at a dinner party of course, but it's great when you just want something sweet and fast.:)

Oooo that sounds good Kriz!

I went to a Malaysian restaurant tonight and as well as a few glasses of wine I had 4 curry samosas, steamed rice and a coconut vegetable curry. Was soooo good!

Good for you, Roxy.;) I had a creamy veggie pasta with lots of garlic and olives.

Sauce - baby broccoli, mushrooms, roma tomatoes, peas, zuccini, carrots, kalamata olives, garlic, coconut milk, and a 1/2 vegetable bouillon cube.

Pasta - whole wheat spagetti

My eating habits are going to get worse and worse now as I've just taken on my third job. Thats two part time and one full time - I'm at the full time one now lol! (Really have got to pay off my overdraft!)

BREAKFAST:

Roast potatos, onions, peppers in a spicey tomato sauce

LUNCH:

Lentil soup with two slices of wholemeal bread and spread

DINNER:

SPicey chic pea channa - which was too spicey and even with the addition of LOTS of mayo, was still too spicey.

I threw it away :( and had a rice and lentil snack pot and a bowl of corn flakes with oat milk!

Breakfast: cornflakes, earl grey tea

Lunch: pitta bread/salad (chick peas, peppers, aubergine, couscous, tomato, potato, green beans), apple juice, water

I had a bite from one of the veganstore peanut butter cups but had to spit it out because it was horrid !

Dinner will be quick and easy - Linda M pie, mash and salad - we have several teenage girls staying for dinner, hope they like it !!

snack: banana w/ pb

dinner: chips w/ salsa & guac, burrito w/ grilled onions, peppers & mushrooms, spanish rice, refried beans

after: two glasses red wine

today steev is buying me dinner because its our cheat day and im sick :D

-bowl of brown rice
dinner:
-gluten free rice crust pizza w/ vegan cheese (1 will have veggie ham and pineapple, and the other will have veggie hamburger veggie pepperoni and caramelized onions)

Oh man this is baaaad:

BREAKFAST at 9am:

Baked beans and plum tomatos on white toast with ketchup

LUNCH at 13:00:

Jacket potato with beans, ketchup and large ass salad

DINNER at 23:00

Can of vegetable soup with wholebread bread no spread

Was at one job for 12 hours and the second for 4...I am dead and feel like crap cuz I ain't eating properly. Don't have the time to make good food :(
