That isn't bad for a busy person! At least your not chowing down meat pies and hot dogs!

- Oatmeal w/ blueberries & banana. vanilla green tea. black coffee.
- a few chips
- bread roll filled w/ avocado, tomato, cucumber, carrot & mixed leaves. pineapple chunks (went on a picnic :))
- vegan lasagne & steamed spinach. 2 glasses of soda :o

Tina, what's a 'cheat day'? It kinda sounds somewhat debaucherous :P

I think it is supposed to be a day where you allow yourself to indulge in less healthy foods ;)

Okay I am trying to eat a bit better - so I overdosed on healthy food today.

Baked beans on w/m toast with flaxseeds

I made a chilli con carne with veggie mince, tomatoes, kidney beans, a red pepper, 5 carrots. (I ate two big bowls of it.)

PB and tomato sandwich
Veggie sausage sandwich

Handful of goji berries
Handful of walnut halves
A chocolate bar
Water and green tea

pasta..spag bol type veg sauce blitzed up to disguise mushrooms

this is a terrible foody day
tomorrow i'm going to eat loads of berries and be virtuous and ace

breakfast: a pear, wheat bagel w/ better than cream cheese

snack: potato chips, diet coke

lunch: gardenburger on a millet bagel w/ romaine, tomato, red onion, ketchup & spicy mustard, steamed brussels sprouts w/ cajun seasoning

snack: smoothie (banana, mango, kiwi)

dinner: quinoa, black bean, corn & cilantro salad w/ chipotle lime dressing topped w/ chopped avocado

after work I will drink beers.

Today:

2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.
2 slices organic multigrain toast, with Soy Garden buttery spread & Superfruit spread.

2 organic gala apples.

1 cocoa Larabar.

1 Jones Soda - vanilla cola flavour.

1 cup steamed jasmine rice.
Organic stir-fry (yellow pepper, red pepper, red cabbage, broccoli, smoked tofu - all in a nice thick teriyaki sauce).

1 cup organic chamomile tea.
3 squares dark chocolate.

lunch:
-2 pieces of pizza
dinner:
-organic herb salad w/ chickpeas and italian dressing]
-lime slushee that steev got me as a surprise. i love all green things :D (good on the throat too!)

i might have more pizza.

a trip to the farmers market this morning on such a beautiful, crisp morning made my whole day sparkle...:-)
breakfast: irish oatmeal w/ fresh raspberries and frozen mango
snack: apple w/ some delicious organic/natural peanut butter
lunch: sprouted wrap w/ organic refried pinto beans, salsa, and spinach; diet coke
snack: warm cup of vanilla silk soy milk
dinner:carrots and salsa, air-popped pop corn;water

- potato, leek & cauliflower soup, pink grapefruit juice
- vanilla coke, some pineapple & some strawberries

- Vegie burger & fries

I've been so hungry all morning, haha...

-Oatmeal, blueberries, three cups of coffee.
-Raspberries.
-Mini cucumber and a small tomato.
-A serving of Brown rice.
-1/2 cup of Lentils

Later (throughout the day) will be 2 cups of salad (juuust raw veggies; mixed greens, grape tomatoes, onions, peppers, cucumber, etc. No dressing), a granny smith apple, a pita with peanut butter and some raw baby carrots, celery, cauliflower, broccoli and peppers.
Maybe some Green & Black's organic dark hot chocolate, too. Hehe :)

That equals...
3 grain servings,
2 meat alternatives
And 9 or 10 veg/fruit servings, haha.

Packet of salted peanuts
Pineapple Bacardi Breezer (I think that is vegan?:eek:)

Falafel, avocado and salad wrap with this spicy Carribean sauce, which was lovely:)

i've had toast and mushrooms and tea..yum

sweet potatoes, carrots, brocolli, stuffing, gravy, veggie sausages,peas!!

chocolate/almond cupcakes..not that ace. <-- :(

Breakfast : Rice crispies and cornflakes mixed together. Never done that before but it was quite nice...and of course a cup of tea (caffeine free).

Brunch: 1 veggie sausage, 2 bits of veggie bacon, 3 1/2 hash browns, about 5cherry tomatoes cooked with olive oil and herbs
Apple and pear juice
Another crispy cake
A spoonful of chocolate spread
Another crispy cake
Urm...another crispy cake! And more tea.
Dinner: Aduki bean and carrot shepherd's pie
Swedish glace with ice cream and chocolate sauce and 2 pieces of organica minty chocolate.
Cup of tea.

In my defense, I think I have PMS :o

bfast: rolled oats which i cut up an apple and mixed in, sprinkled w/ cinnamon(actually bit off chunks and put them in the oatmeal, because i dont have a knife in my dorm room hahaha)
lunch: lentils mixed with dark greens and salsa; vanilla soymilk
snack:apple and peanut butter
dinner: a HUGE carrot i bought from the farmers market yesterday, and some frozen mango chucks (also known as "heaven" :-) )

Today:

Toasted sandwich: organic multigrain bread, Tofutti cheese slice, organic tomato slices.

1 organic peach.

1 organic gala apple.

1 Jones soda - cream soda flavour.
1 cashew cookie Larabar.

1 can Amy's No Chicken Noodle Soup.
1 toasted sandwich (same as at breakfast)

3 squares of dark chocolate
4 oatmeal cookies.
(Those were at the moon ceremony)

1 cup organic chamomile tea.
1 wholewheat pita bread.
2 tablespoons organic hummus.

i couldnt eat very much today, everything sounded gross to my stomach.

a couple of hazelnut cookies

3 grilled veggie sausages with potatoes in a spicy tomato sauce, sweetcorn mayo and green salad

brunch: biscuits & soysage gravy, a banana, coffee w/ rice milk

snacks: wedge fries w/ ketchup, two plates of peach cobbler (that my friend made vegan just so I could have some!!!), beer

dinner: penne w/ marinara & broccoli, two breadsticks
