Porridge with soya milk, flaxseeds and a sliced up pink lady apple
2 cups of tea
Veggies and brown rice in a peanut and chilli sauce
(I would list the veg but I am on a veg kick and it would take too long.:))
White wine.:rolleyes:
About 5 glasses of of choc soya milk

Breakfast: blueberry soy yogurt, two pieces of flax-wheat bread, coffee w/ soy milk
Lunch: curry tempeh, vegan pizza with roasted veggies, yellow rice with veggies, water.

hash browns w/mushrooms and chopped up spicy black bean veggie burger
corn flakes w/raisins and soy milk
tofutti cream cheese (love that stuff!), tomato, and cucumber on whole wheat toast
cajun oven baked french fries
stir fry w/noodles, edamame, carrots, bell pepper, and mustard sauce
soy mint chocolate ice cream
YUM.

- 2 slices of toast w/ ornage marmalade. citrus green tea, black coffee.

- pumpkin soup, vanilla green tea

Breakfast- 6.30 am):
Porridge with oatmeal, soya milk, raisins, cinnamon and Blueberry spread, an Innocent "breakfast" smoothie, some more raisins and pistacio nuts and lots of tea
Lunch -1145 am: A ready to eat Dalfour whole grain with beans snack pot mixed with iceberg lettuce, a large tomato, some cucumber, some vegan mayonnaise, some engevita, and a mug of reduced salt marigold bouillion (trying to avoid drinking tea with meals).
Dinner (about 5.30 pm)is going to be some chickpea, carrot and cauliflower curry which I have taken out the freezer with some brown rice.
Supper: Alro yoghurt and Banbu drink with soya milk

Since reading "Breaking the food seduction" I have been having porridge for my breakfast and it is really filling me up, it's strange
2 glasses choc soya milk
Porridge with soya milk, cinnamon, a chopped up apple and banana
3 bean, yellow pepper and lettuce tortilla wraps
Plate with cashew nuts, olives, crisps and a sliced nectarine (it may sound a weird combo but it was nice)
White wine and green tea

yesterday...
breakfast: banana walnut pancakes, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer
lunch: six inch veggie sub w/ sweet onion sauce, big cup of fruit salad (canteloupe, honeydew, strawberries, grapes)
snack: romaine leaves rolled w/ roasted garlic hummus
dinner: two burritos (refried black beans, lettuce, salsa, guac, hot sauce), peach sorbet

Since reading "Breaking the food seduction" I have been having porridge for my breakfast and it is really filling me up, it's strange.
i love porridge but it always takes me so long to make and eat it, i wish i had time for it! :(

Gorilla - it only takes about 5 mins prob. I know what you mean though when you are rushing in morning, it seems like an effort.
I just throw in a big handful of oats, some soya milk and stir it a bit and then cut up fruit whilst I am waiting for it to cook.
It doesn't get me excited like toast and marmite does though, but I am going to persist with it. My blood sugar was haywire and I needed to do something about it. :rolleyes:

I do it in the microwave, takes me about a minute.
I put the plain porridge oats, some cinnamon, raisins and some soya milk in a small dish, microwave on full till it bubbles up, then remove and stir in the blueberry spread and a little more soya milk. I think there is something about the special sort of carbohydrate in oats which release very slow burning sugars.
Plain oatmeal is also very cheap.

Yesterday
Breakfast-cup of soymilk, Lemon Zest Luna Bar
Lunch- leftover Simply Asia kung pao noodles with tofu and steamed broccoli added
Snack- raspberry dried fruit bar, cup of orange juice
Dinner- BBQ tempeh on a toasted wheat bun with tomato and avocado plus some extra avocado slices

yeah but mine always explodes in the microwave and it takes me ages to eat it because it's so hot, i can't just gulp it down like i can with cereal. meh

lunch: "blt" (toasted millet bagel w/ bacos, romaine, tomato, red onion, vegenaise & spicy mustard), cream of broccoli soup
snack: orange blossom luna tea cake (not as good as I had hoped), coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer
dinner: pita & hummus, tabouleh, falafel w/ tahini sauce, lettuce, tomato & pickles
after work: sleepytime tea

BREAKFAST:
Bowl of wholewheat corn flakes with oat milk
LUNCH:
Soya sausage roll
a couple of sticks of raw carrot
DINNER:
Vegan chilli - mung beans, kidney beans, sweetcorn, leeks, onion, garlic, veggie mince and wholewheat rice. I also had a rather large raw carrot salad on the side.

organic tea
baked potato & salad
2 small naan breads toasted
homemade date & pineapple bar
stir fry & noodles (carrot, beans, broad beans, onion, garlic,cauli,zucchini, tofu, chilli, tamari, massel fake stock, lemon juice).
