I didn't have porridge today  (I never tire of my ability to contradict myself.)
Wholemeal toast and marmite
2 bananas
2 packets of crisps
Little choc bar
I made a lovely lunch - I made curried potato and spinach and then I spread mango chutney on 3 tortillas and wrapped up the curry veg and some chopped cucumber in it.:) Yummy!
Bowl of nectarines and peaches with soya cream
I've eaten loads and I'm still hungry. I did do over an hours exercise today though.
PB and banana bagel
Green tea and water

yeah but mine always explodes in the microwave and it takes me ages to eat it because it's so hot, i can't just gulp it down like i can with cereal. meh
Aha, maybe you cooked it too long, it shouldn't explode (I know what you mean about stuff exploding in the microwave).
If you watch it when it starts to bubble up then once it starts to climb up the side of the bowl and threatens to bubble over the side of the dish its time to switch off. The addition of the fruit spread and extra soya milk cools it down enough for me to eat straight away!
I don't like cold cereal anymore.
Today I had a similar breakfast to yesterday, except almonds instead of pistacios for the nut part (I have been told Iam deficient in protein so am having nuts with breakfast).
At the gym I had some water with a bit of leftover smoothie mixed in, and a pistacio LaraBar. Lunch was miso and boillion soup, with banana on wholemeal village bakery toast, plus some almond and raisins.
Dinner will be mushroom and chinese vegetable stir fry with brown rice. I will probably have an Alpro yoghurt for supper.

Emzy - it is pretty much how it sounds, I just peeled and diced potato and boiled it and then chucked in some frozen spinach near the end and then drained it and stirred in a spoonful of curry paste from a jar.:o I'm not really a chef as you see - it was very good though. :)
(I was actually thinking of buying fresh mushrooms tomorrow and making some pasta or risotto thing with the 1/2 carton of soya cream I have in fridge hmmm.)

i put aubergine in it too (the vegetable, not the forumer..ha ha )
perused the coop wine/beer aisle earlier and resisted..so yay me and all that.

It sounds odd, but it tastes divine. Basically, you cook sweet potato cubes. Then you sauté red and green pepper and garlic, add the banana and quickly sauté as well, and mix with the sweet potato cubes. Add some freshly made croûtons and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Some chives on top, and enjoy!
