2 bananas and an apple
Porridge with soya milk/ flax

I was hungry when I got in just now so I ate loads in a row:

A packet of crisps
3 crackers with cashew nut butter
Salad with apple, lettuce, tomato, cashew nuts and cucumber with "mayo"
Veg pate sandwich with w/m bread

I am going to my friends tonight and she is making me vegetable pasta for dinner.

Lots of water

yesterday...

breakfast: canteloupe, oat bran flakes w/ blueberries & rice milk

lunch: taco salad (romaine, chili beans, corn, cucumber, mushrooms, avocado, crumbled blue corn chips, salsa), coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

snack: pear

dinner: chips & salsa, burrito w/ grilled mushrooms, peppers & onions, spanish rice, refried beans, beer

1 cup of Breathe Easy tea.

sooo hungry today due to a crazy wk, so i finally had time to EAT!

breakfast-GIANT bowl of rolled oats w/ vanilla soy milk
snack-two oranges
lunch-amy's barley and vegetable soup and an "amazing grain" burger from nature's bakery (organic brown rice, organic millet, carrots, onions, celery, apple cider vinegar, wheat-free tamari, almonds,, non-GMO soy oil, fresh parsley, herbs, spices)
snack-soybeans and green beans (GIANT bowl, again haha)
dessert- vegan marshmellows that i froze, soooo good, but way to much sugar!
i feel pregnant now :-(

Greek salad with tomatoes, cucumber, olives and red peppers

Swedish Meetballs + pasta from "Cozy Inside"

2 slices plum tart

2 plums, a couple of fresh dates

thai tomato soup with coconut milk and chopped peanuts

very, very late dinner: portabello "burger" on wheat bun w/ grilled onions, roasted red peppers, guac & spinach, corn nuggets w/ ketchup, another beer

today im pretty proud of myself. i ate more than i usually do, and i didnt eat flour. steev went to subway and usually when that happens, i want to eat gluten, and i didnt this time.

today:

breakfast:
-cup of tomato basil soup
lunch:
-small bowl of brown rice w/ soy sauce
dinner:
-subway salad (lettuce, cucumber, green pepper, banana pepper, olives, onions, tomatoes, pickles and sweet onion sauce. omg the subway salads are so good and filling i was really surprised. and it felt really good to eat a big ass bowl of raw veggies.)
-baked lays
-diet iced tea

Chard is evil!

I fell off the wagon quite spectacularly last night with 1/2 a bottle of vodka.

Today:

About 12 crackers with marmite
A packet of crisps
5 glasses of apple juice

I am cooking veggies, brown rice and lentils at moment just so I don't fall into a sugar induced coma.:rolleyes:

2 sunflower seed bread with jam
Rock n roll cone
Cashew nuts
Mango juice

Yesterday I kind of binged on cashews, and the day before that I had late-night pasta and corn... My tummy is looking pretty jiggly, haha...Back on track today/mini detox I guess:

B: 2 coffees with soymilk, oats, an apple.

L: Brown rice and lentils with tomato slices and steamed baby carrots.

D: Brown rice and lentils with broccoli and cauliflower.

Tons of water and green/herbal tea.

If I need a snack, I'll have grapes or a bowl of brussels sprouts. I need groceries badly, hah. I went for a good run this morning :)

yesterday...

breakfast: smoothie (two bananas, mango, kiwi), coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

lunch: general tso's tofu w/ broccoli & brown rice

dinner at an oktoberfest party: tofurkey beer brat on a bun w/ spicy mustard & sauerkraut, pieces of a huge soft pretzel, cabbage-goulashy dish, potatoes w/ celery, carrot & acv, black forest cupcake, coffee crumb cake, lots of german beer

Yesterday:
- 2 slices of toast w/ orange marmalade. citrus green tea. black coffee
- 1/2 bag plain salted popcorn
- avocado & salad roll.
- the rest of the pop corn
- burrito w/ avocado, mexican chilli beans, corn kernels & tomato.
- stickydate muffin w/ maple icing.

Today:
- 2 slices of toast w/ ornage marmalade. citrus green tea.
- apple
- 2 big bowls of pureed vegies (I made it for the babies and I ended up eating most of it :o)
- coke
- dinner will be vegie stir fry and brown rice.

Today:

Was a crappy day because I need to go grocery shopping, which will be tomorrow night.....

1 and a half cups of Breathe Easy tea.
2 Wildberry Buckwheat waffles with maple syrup.

1 organic gala apple.

1 cashew cookie Larabar.
1 Jones Soda - cream soda.

25g chips.

organic baked beans with 2 slices organic wholewheat toast and Soy Garden buttery spread.

Another 2 Wildberry Buckwheat waffles with maple syrup.

1 cup Breathe Easy tea.
3 squares dark chocolate.

im proud of myself again. i ate healthy and i ate more! it was hard because i am trying really hard to not vomit, but we wont think about that. well think about how yummy food is.

today: i slept all day so i only had one meal.

dinner:
-1/2 the kale chips
-bowl of organic herb salad w/ extra dill and italian dressing
-1/8th of a whole container of thai hot and sour soup
-berry juice
snacks:
-handful of walnuts
-vega in oj w/ calcium

the walnuts were really hard to eat. i dont like them. but i know that theyre good for me so i choked them down with some juice.

Yesterday was abit of a junk day, but I was out and about most of the day and when I was at home I was watching movies, just chilling out - which I haven't done in ages!

BREAKFAST:

Vegetable samosa with a carton of fresh apple juice

Bag of tomato and basil handcooked crisps

LUNCH:

Redwoods bacon, lettuce and tomato wholemeal bap

Glass of pepsi max

DINNER:

Roastie - Steamed carrots and brocolli, sage and onion stuffing, 3 redwoods sausages and mashed potato. Lots of onion gravy!

Pint of water

SNACKS THROUGHOUT DAY:

Two oranges

A chocolate cookie
