yesterday:
coffee w soy milk
pb&j on wg bread
onion 6 grain bagel with black bean hummus
vege chicken on wg roll w tomato, onion, pickles, lettuce
bowl of mexican garbanzos with some kidney beans
tiny salad with a couple leafs herb greens, about 1/8c each sliced mushrooms and baby carrots, with mushroom vinegrette
homemade 3 bean soup served over wg garlic toast.
too many diet cola and vodkas.

Two Gluten Free Rolls with Organic Avocado, Cucumber and Mayonnaise (with added flax oil)Dinner

Butternut Squash Soup (http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1145/1469378204_9b8e2473a4_b.jpg)(Organic Butternut Squash, Organic Onion, Organic Garlic, herbs/spices, Gluten Free Pasta)I have so not eaten enough! I want to eat super healthy and super nice food to prove a point if I have to write up a food diary for the week!! lol

I have carrots, onion, potatoes, red cabbage, avocado and chard to use up by Thursday.

I will probably make vegetable soup, vegetable hot pot and...? :confused: I'll think of something! lol I hate waste so try and use stuff up.

I think chard tastes gross, so bitter and kale as well!!!:D

lol yeah, I actually don't like kale that much...but I'll get back to you on the chard stuff. lol If I ever work out what to do with it! :confused:

Hot barley with soymilk
2 slices wholemeal toast spread with pesto and slices of avocado, loads of black pepper
1 slice wholemeal toast with mum's homemade damson jam
Jacket spud with coleslaw, glass water
1 pear
Chilli beans and turmeric rice and salad
Buckwheat pancakes with sugar and lemon
Small bar Maya gold

Writing it down makes me realise i've eaten a lot more than i thought

breakfast: canteloupe, oat bran flakes w/ sliced banana & rice milk

bento-style lunch: three pieces fried eggplant w/ mustard sauce & chili sauce, iceberg salad w/ mango dressing, "fish" filets, spring roll, white rice, sesame ball

snack: two plums

dinner: general tso's tofu w/ broccoli & brown rice, diet pepsi

snacks: tortilla chips, individual apple pie

bowl homemade 'chicken' noodle soup- vege 'chicken' better than boullion, bowtie pasta, big chunks tofu, broccoli and cauliflower.
bowl of homemade 3 bean soup- vege 'chicken' better than boullion, kidney beans, pinto beans, black beans, barley, onion.
half a pb&j sandwich

- 2 slices of toast w/ orange marmalade. citrus green tea, black coffee
- apple, banana
- pumpkin soup
- 5 corn thins (I think it was around 5 :confused:)
- vegie stir fry w/ brown rice

BREAKFAST:

Two slices of toast - one with strawberry jam and the other with vegiemite

An Apple

LUNCH:

Wholemeal roll with sage and onion stuffing and iceberg lettuce

Large orange

DINNER:

Rice with brocolli, cauliflower, carrots, chopped up redwoods sausage and soy sauce.

(I think I ate too many carbs :( I don't get alot of time for exercise so carbs and fat have to be quite low!)

yesterday - quite an unhealthy (but yummy) day:
coffee with soya milk
Coco Pops with rice milk

some garlic flavour rice crackers

leftover tomato pasta with a Japanese tofu and vegetable burger

a few jelly sweets

Chinese mock spare ribs, special fried rice and mock crispy duck in fruity sauce :)

today:
bran flakes with soya milk
coffee with soya milk

some mixed seeds and dried fruit

1 piece of baklava

Greek salad (green salad leaves, chopped red onion, cherry tomatoes, vegan feta cheese)

...won't have much time for dinner, i'll probably have some pumpkin soup and maybe a sandwich later.

2 toast and marmite and a banana

Tortilla chips, salsa, chopped tomatoes and jalapeno peppers:)

PB sandwich, a packet of crisps and a nectarine

Made the most luscious thing for dinner - an onion fried in olive oil and then add mushrooms, veg stock and soya cream and have it with w/m spaghetti! Wow!

Cider!!!

cup of nettle tea..

juiced carrots (3), apples (2), ginger, celery, parsley, kale

some of that kale chip stuff that tina's raving on about
(kale, bit of salt/pepper, apple cider vinegar, olive oil)

watercress, rocket, more flippin' kale (i've bags and bags of the stuff), baby plum tomoatoes, cuke, red onion, avocado, all shaken up in a box with a bit of flax oil.
i'm trying to rid me of feeling crap with the power of veg.:confused:

lol emma, that tinas raving on about. if you all knew me a couple years ago, i never even knew what kale was hahaha. thank god i get some greens these days. my diet used to consist of potatoes and ketchup and pop. ew.

Spicey rigatori pasta with some spinach, tomato and cucumber

DINNER:

Rice and mixed salad beans in a tomato sauce (not eaten it yet!)

2 x weetabix with mixed dried fruit and soya milk for lunch, and if I ever leave work I shall be having some noodley soup that I made yesterday for my dinner. Yum yum! :)

Home-made rolls with meridian yeast extract.

Pinto bean, pea and sweetcorn curry with sunflower seeds, and crushed flax seeds and garlic - that should take care of my protein, omega and vampire worries for today :D

Not sure what dinner will be, probably more curry.

D: Brown rice with a spicy lentil-y gloopy mess that I made from various random ingredients, was yummy :D
