banana on the go

an apple in between lectures

starving, thus had lots of sunflower seed bread with yeast extract + tomato slices

soy cappuccino

couscous, carrot + coconut milk bake

1/2 small cantaloupe melon

Gluten Free Rolls with Cucumber and Mayonnaise (with added flax oil)
Butternut Squash Soup and Gluten Free Pasta
Carrots x 4
Crisps (chips)
Maple Flakes with Soya Milk
Green GrapesNot much, I just can't be bothered. :( Only like four of my eight a day...no grains...no nuts and seeds.

I did take my multi-vitamin and iodine supplement.

Tomorrow I am going to make coleslaw, purple to use up the cabbage, and a vegetable hotpot to use up the potatoes and carrots...chard...no idea what I'm gonna do with it. :(

Witchy - chard goes nicely with chickpeas, onions and tomatoes. You can add a bit of cumin powder and salt and pepper as well. Good stuff :)

today:

dinner:
-halved cherry tomatoes w/ fresh dill, pepper and italian dressing
-fried mushrooms
-baked potato w/ v. butter, curry and garlic powder, nut. yeast, russian dressing and v. bacon bits sprinkled with pepper
-probably a cup of soy milk

cant wait for dinner. i am STARVING.

i ended up eating only a little bit of each. got too full too quick.

1/2 cup ezekiel cereal with 1/2 cup soymilk, warmed

slice of sprouted bread with a california burger and 2 tablespoons of "40-spice hummus"

hemp tortilla with sprouted-almond-pumpkinseed-veganaise pate and sprouts
(wasn't very good, i didnt finish it bc I could taste the flax in the tortilla....)

1 cup of hempmilk

I think I will cook some brussel spouts now! with some oil and salt...

Oh boy...I'm having issues in my late-night dance classes (hip hop and modern) because I don't get enough protein...I'm totally drained...

B: Oatmeal and blueberries. Two coffees with soymilk.
S: Small Apple.
L: Pita with spicy hummus, two yves veggie turkey slices, mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumber, yellow pepper, red onion. A few mushrooms and carrots on the side.
D: Salad (lettuce, grape tomatoes, green pepper, cucumber, lentils), pita with spicy hummus.
S: Luna Bar.

Ten onion rings with ketchup.
Pomegranate juice.
Salt and vinegar crisps.

Linda McCartney pie, boiled parsnip and swede, steamed peas, carrots and broccoli.

Peppermint tea.

Mixed bean salad with more parsnip, swede, peas and carrots.

Rooibos tea with soya milk.

breakfast: canteloupe, oat bran flakes w/ sliced banana & rice milk

snack: spoonful of pb, two prunes

lunch: general tso's tofu w/ broccoli & brown rice, berry pomegranite luna tea cake

snack: two plums, strawberry banana soy yogurt, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

dinner: amy's non-dairy pot pie, baked sweet potato

before bed: peach tea

- 2 slices of toast w/ marmalade. citrus green tea, black coffee
- 3 home-made avocado nori rolls w/ soy sauce.
- 2 choc-mint biscuits & a bottle of coke :o
- lentil & vegetable shepherds pie w/ lots of ketchup :p

No fruit today...oh well :D

2 toast and mar mar mar... you thought I was going to say marmite but I had marmalade!
2 glasses lemon squash

Packet of crisps
Whole packet of salted peanuts (only over 1000 calories in the packet:rolleyes:)

3 wraps with fried onions and a red pepper with jalapenos and chopped lettuce and tomato :) (my hat is off to the inventor of food - thank you)

2 x weetabix with mixed dried fruit and soya milk for lunch, and if I ever leave work I shall be having some noodley soup that I made yesterday for my dinner. Yum yum! :)

Same again today. Yes, I am that boring :rolleyes:

Well some bugger has been eating mine! I bought a box of 24 and only had six, and I've just thrown the box out. Humph! i might buy another box and wee on the biscuits, that'll show them!!

lol frosty i think you are going to kill me one of these days. lol. im goona lose a lung one of these days at your posts.

can everyone not post all my favorite foods! omg!!! hotdogs, onion rings, chips/crisps, omg.

im going to venture around the house and hope to find all these things on a plate ready cooked for me some how. hahaha.

all ive had so far is thai hot and sour soup but its not sitting well. :| not sure what ill havefor dinner. id love onion rings!

Two raisin and cinnamon bagels with Pure spread, two sliced bananas and agave nectar. Cup of rooibos tea.

Tinned spaghetti hoops, two Linda McCartney sausages, one fried tomato. Cup of peppermint tea.

A slice of toast with Pure spread, Natex spread and spaghetti hoops. Packet of stompers.
