The vegan Scampi tastes like the vegan fish fingers which I think taste and smell like the real thing. I asked my omni friend to try some of my scampi and she liked it but said scampi was more slimey and that they tasted more like fish fingers than anything. I don't have it often! The only reason I brought it was cuz it was on offer at H&Bs. I've never tried the real thing cuz I would die due to a severe seafood allergie!

Aphrodite - 15 cans of beer is alot for me to drink in one night. Over a festival I might drink 20cans a day, out drinking my male friends. However normally I might enjoy a bottle with dinner or at the pub. Maybe why I have such a high tolerance.

BREAKFAST:

Releat mince, chopped tomatos and chilli powder on toast

LUNCH:

Wholemeal pitta bread with peanut butter and reduced sugar jam

LUNCH 2 : (This was about an hour later when I went to see my mum) Some fake beef slices with mustard and ketchup on a wholemeal seeded (mmm pumpkin seeds) bagel.

DINNER: I dunno yet! I just got home and to be honest I'll prob just have pasta. Get to go shopping tomorrow. Bring on the fresh food and no more canned stuff....well at least till the end of the month when I run out of money again :(

Yep...it is worse if you have a lot of ready made stuff, it costs a lot more I think.

But I think some people always think they have to have some sort of ready made thing at every meal...it is a lot cheaper to make your own sauce etc I find.

fruity muesli with vanilla rice milk

some berry juice

1 choco muffin

raspberry-peach smoothie

some leftover risotto

chickpea-bulgur patties with huge salad (cucumber, tomato, romaine lettuce, baby spinach), hummus, tomato mustard (O_O yes, it's tomato mustard!) and fresh baguette.
I'm so stuffed right now... and not even halfway through the patties.

Ok, if you like chickpeas (who doesn't?), try them:

I had almond milk for the first time today and it was absolutely yummy. I also had some little cakes I made from rice crispies, mint vegan chocolate and I added sesame seeds to give a nod to healthy eating!

Aye, I'm good ta :) Just got a silly tummy I think. Wanna come and kiss it better? ;)

Ugh, see a doctor!!!

I've been to my doctor and been to the hospital many-a-time. There aint much they can do it seems. There is one medication that gets rid of the stomach cramps, so I tend to stick to that.
