A little bit of mashed potato. A few spoonfuls of hummus.

A mug of Marigold bouillon.

Soya milk hot chocolate sucked through a straw.

Damn being in too much pain to eat :mad:.

breakfast: a pear, a banana, wheat bagel w/ better than cream cheese, coffee w/ soymilk

snack: gigantic peach

lunch: salad (organic baby greens, cucumber, tomato, ranch dressing), cheesy wheat rotini w/ spinach, peas & baby bella mushrooms

snack: smoothie (banana, strawberries, pineapple chunks, pineapple juice), coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

dinner: Amy's frozen meal - tofu scramble, hash browns & tomatoes

after work I will have beers.

Today:

1 cup of coffee with Silk creamer.
1 bowl Optimum Zen oatmeal with vanilla soy milk.

A few vegetable pakoras with tamarind chutney.

1 Apple Pie Larabar.
1 Jones Soda - cream soda flavour.

Veggie burger and fries.

1 glass of red wine.
2 oatmeal cookies.

sprouted english muffin w/ peanut butter and apple chunks
sprouted hemp bread w/ peanut butter
zen oatmeal
beans, veggies and salsa. damn drunk munchies! i ate three of the above sandwiches during this time

I got at 9am and played age of empires the war chiefs for like 4hours and drank a glass of oj.

BREAKFAST was at 13:30:

2 hashbrowns, 2 linda mccartney sausages, beans, potato cake, toast and veggie bacon.

It's now 17:20 and I'm still stuffed but if I don't eat something before work I'll be hungry all night so I'm gonna have an orange me thinks!

Man I've not eaten this little in my life!

Ok so I got in from work at 22:00 and was staying up late to watch the GP so had a bowl of bean soup and a glass of water.

today:
- lots of taboulé
- tomatoes and baby spinach, mashed with hummus
- 2 chocolate muffins
- 1 broken choco cookie
- some fresh dates

- small bowl of three-lentil-dhal
- some stew with pearl barley, onions, sweetcorn and mushrooms
- a bowl of pasta salad with tomatoes, spinach and chickpeas
(sound like total pigging out, but I actually only had very little of the three last items that belonged to Sunday's cooking marathon)

B: Muesli w/ rice milk
L: Salad of apple/pear/avocado/carrot/sultanas
D: Veggie sausages, roasted sweet potatoes, parsnips and onion, steamed sweetcorn and green beans, onion gravy

The gravy was so nice, I wish there was some left over, lol

Meal 1: medium-size pita bread with hummus and romaine, 1 orange
Meal 2: whole-wheat wrap with hummus and lots of baby spinach, soy joghurt
Meal 3: whole-grain bagel with PBJ, 1 orange
Meal 4: brown and wild rice with sauteed mushrooms and onion, fresh pineapple
Dessert: 1 Tofutti cutie :)

spinach and potato indian curry at restaurant
+ vege samosa and naan bread
few swigs o' iced tea
12 oz. light beer
the bf's leftover coconut tofu curry from restaurant
coupla sugar cookies w choc soy dream ice cream
3 squares endangered chimp dark chocolate :)

Just got home from an unreal Thanksgiving Dinner:

Tortilla chips with guacamole

Nut loaf
mashed potatoes
pickled beets
salad: lettuce, tomatoes, artichokes
creamed corn
breadrolls with Earthbalance
soy "chicken" pieces
cranberry sauce
herb gravy

lots of wine

apple pie with soy cream.

Ok I haven't eaten all of this yet but this is the plan for today as I'm at work for 12hours and at home awake for 4:(!!!

BREAKFAST:

Four weetabix with unsweetened soya milk and added flax

Bottle of water

LUNCH:

5 bean chilli

SNACK: Green grapes with plain soya yoghurt

DINNER: Vegan Roast (Cuz I didn't get one yesterday) - Roast parsnips, roast potatoes, brocolli, cauliflower, carrots, sage and onion stuffing, two veggie sausages and gravy.

Too much alcohol to be listed on here.:o

Today:
6 (yes 6) pieces of w/m bread with natex
Mashed potatoes with marge and salt and a bowl of sweetcorn and peas
Beans on toast with flax
Raw carrots, jalapeno chillies and plamil mayo
Sweetcorn and pineapple pizza

Lots of lemon squash and two cups of tea

-leftover pakoras w/ mango chutney
-bite of steevs endangered species bat dark chocolate bar
-pomegranate smoothie drink
dinner: (thanksgiving omg sooooo good. me and steev both looked pregnant after LOL it took us over four hours but was well worth it!)
-double stuffed twice baked potato (steev makes these, theyre AMAZING)
-tofurky
-yorkshire puddings
-potato cranberry apple dumblings
-corn
-candied carrots
-bit of onion poppy seed baguette
-roasted veggies (carrots, celery, onion)
-cranberry sauce
-stuffing
-gravy
-sparkling apple grape juice
-1 shot of whiskey with steev
-a wish stick (tofurkey jerky)
late night snack:
-a vanilla soy yogurt

omg it was so good. unfortunately some of it didnt stay down :(

Wow, Canadian Thanksgiving sounds awesome! Looking forward to ours.

yesterday...

breakfast: raisin bran w/ rice milk, a banana

lunch: sandwich (five grain bread, tofurkey slices, tofutti mozzarella slice, tomato, lettuce, dijon mustard), baby carrots, coke zero

snack: strawberries, peach soy yogurt

dinner: salad (baby greens, cucumber, tomato, ranch dressing), cheesy wheat rotini w/ spinach, peas & mushrooms

after work: tortilla chips w/ salsa, bbq chips, beer

Breakfast: porridge with Vanilla Alpro, sunflower seeds and blueberry spread, a pot of tea with fortified soya milk
Lunch: huge salad box from Gourmet Grub-iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumber, white rice, spring onions, purple onions, roasted red and orange pepper, purple cabbage, beetroot, sweetcorn, celery, to which I added my own topping of Herbamare, Engevita, lemon juice, lots of Udo's Choice, and Plamil organic mayonnaise, with a mug of soup made from Marigold reduced salt bouillion and some miso.
Dinner: Kidney bean, red pepper and carrot chilli with rice, leftover from the weekend.
Snacks: lots of pistacio nuts.
