Haven't been too active today so it feels like I've eaten loads!
Breakfast: half a pear, porridge w/ rice milk and sultanas
Lunch: 2 Redwood's fish style fingers, steamed veggies (broccoli, sweetcorn, carrots)
Few squares of Green & Black's 85%
Dinner: Baked beans topped with cheezly, and a pitta bread filled with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and olives
A frozen banana :D

today:

tomato salad, seitan o'greatness and fresh baguette with hummus

blueberry soy yoghurt

1 chocolate muffin

1 pear

2 bowls of barley-corn stew (finally, all gone!)

2 wholewheat sandwhiches with hummus, spinach, tomatoes, cucumber and mango chutney

yesterday:

1 whole-grain vegan bagel with 1T PB and 1T jam; 1 orange
1 cup fresh pineapple
whole-wheat wrap with hummus and baby spinach; soy joghurt
brown and wild rice with kidney beans, frozen mixed veggies and curry sauce; soy protein powder mixed with water
1 Tofutti Cutie :)


today:

1 cup Trader Joe's organic cheerios with 1 sliced banana and 1 cup soy milk; 1 apple
1 carrot; 1 orange
PBJ sandwich; 1 cup grapes
1 cup fresh pineapple; 1 piece toast with earth balance
chopped salad (1/2 cucumber, 1 carrot, 1/4 onion, 1 cup cherry tomatoes); 1/4 pound tofu scrambled with onion, mushrooms, green pepper, and cheeze
1 Tofutti Cutie :)

BREAKFAST:

Bowl of fruit and fibre with unsweetened soya milk and flax

Apple

Bottle of water

LUNCH:

Seeded (seaseme and pumkin) bagel with sage and onion stuffing, lettuce and ketchup

Bottle of water

DINNER:

Potato bake with steamed leeks, brocolli and two frys sausages. This was covered in dairy free cheese sauce and of course I had ketchup!

For desert I had a chocolate cookie covered in single cream. Was yummy and my mrs cooked it all!

today:

lunch:
-plate of thanskgiving leftovers
snack:
-bbq cracker things
-some rice milk chocolate our friend got steev for his birthday
dinner:
-3 slices vegan meat lovers pizza (steevs birthday dinner)
-1/2 very thin slice of vegan cake (it was a chocolate cake with a layer of coconut cream stuff in the middle,chocolate frosting and was sprinkled with coconut.)
-lots of natural apple juice (the cloudy kind mmm)

Munchies when I got back from work: half a tin of sweetcorn

some fruit juice
soy strawberry/banana smoothie with daily vitamin boost
like a pound of lemon herb tofu with green onions and celery
small portion roasted harvest vegetables
bottle or so of wine

I'm rather bored and therefore eating more:

whole-grain vegan bagel with 1T PB, 1 banana
1 large vegan banana-bran muffin
1 orange, whole-wheat wrap with 2T hummus and baby spinach
1/4 cup dried fruit (raisins, apricots, mango)
1 cup raisin bran with soy milk

it's only 1530... more food to come

2 bagels with pure spread

Very big bowl of tomato, veggie and olive pasta
Few squares of mint choc and crisps

Bagel with PB and banana
Apple, peanut and cucumber salad with mayo:)
Half a bowl of cold rice pudding:(

LUNCH:

Seeded bagel with peanut butter and jam

A pomegranite

Bottle of water

DINNER:

Veggie burger in a pitta bread with salad, chips and a corn on the cob

A pint of sprite

SNACK:

Popcorn at the cinema

(Hmm I think that was abit of a naughty day for me. Do any of you think I have a shitty diet, which will explain why I'm slightly overweight, or do you think I eat ok...other than today obviously!!!)

you eat the same way as me frosty lol. i usually eat really simple and basic like that.

today:

-amys rice bowl
-apple juice
-cracker things

i did eat pizza but it didnt stay down.

:( I'm sorry you couldn't keep your food down, I know it's quite hard sometimes with certain foods. I hope you're feeling okay now. Maybe you should try and take something else in before you go to sleep, even if it's only something small. x

Stir fried, tofu, peppers and mushrooms with noodles and soy sauce.

Refried bean buritto with chopped up hash browns.

Four mugs of tea, three pints of cider, one bottle of wine and a banana.

Thank you... it was the easiest thing ever.. Just cooked a whole celery in som stock/bouillon.. Then blended it with some cream, salt and pepper, it should be very thick... And sprinkled with chives... cant be easier

mmm stine this looks fab. after im done with my tofurky ive got no use for my celery so im going to make this. do you mean a whole celery as in a whole head of celery or just 1 stalk of celery? and did you blend your celery with the stock or just by itself? :) thanks!
