I put myself on a low fat meal plan (20g a day) and today is the first time I cheated in a while.
Breakfast: green tea
Lunch: bagel with pickles lettuce and a ton of mustard, and some corn
Dinner: Taught myself how to deep fry tofu! I took the tofu out of the pan, degreased, and ate immediately. Hot tofu = sooooo oooooo good. Had those with Szechuan broccoli and garlic stirfry.

Breakfast (09:30) - Apple, green tea and soya milk
Early Lunch (11:45) - Few handfuls of brown rice, 5 mushrooms, a handful of soya chunks, beansprouts, with Peanut Butter Sauce for flavouring
Snack (04:00) - Gluten Free Roll, with Avocado, Beetroot, Mayonnaise and Nori Flakes and a bad of ready salted crisps...no idea what this is going to taste like, but I'm hungry, and I fell asleep so had no dinner!
This eating carbohydrates and proteins separately is starting to annoy me a little...lol

yes, it tastes dry, but i like it. i have it dry because i think it takes longer to digest and keeps me satiated longer. i'm also a lazy person so i don't like to cook, lol. :)

hehe, thanks roxy! they seem normal to me, but i guess that's cause it's my life...lately i've been ordering takeout a lot because i'm sick and don't have the energy for grocery shopping or cooking. thus the mexican feast last night. i made the boyfriend go in and get it while i waited in the car :)

Well I'm about to go grocery shopping in a couple of hours, so if you weren't so far away, I'd pick up lots of good yummies for you too! :D
