mmm stine this looks fab. after im done with my tofurky ive got no use for my celery so im going to make this. do you mean a whole celery as in a whole head of celery or just 1 stalk of celery? and did you blend your celery with the stock or just by itself? :) thanks!
Its a whole head of celery and you blend it with the stock... So you dont want to cook it with to much stock... :)

Boy! Vegans eat a lot during the day, hah! Me too. This morning I had french toast, then for lunch I had cut up yellow apples and spread crunchy peanut butter on the slices of apple, and as we speak: I'm making saucey tofu tacos...later I'll probably have something else as well. Hah.

Bran flakes with a banana and soya milk
2 w/m toast with pure
Lovely cup of tea
(you know when you have a really lovely cup of tea, it is so unusual like a lovely bath, the conditions/temperature have to be just right, hmmm anyway...)
Lunch will be homemade carrot and lentil soup with soya cream and flaxseeds and an oven baked baguette:)
Dinner was chips from a chip shop - tut tut!
I might still have tomato, veggie and olive w/m pasta with olive oil as well.

Ha ha, well get used to it, in fact I'm sure I will add extra food to my list later in the day.:D (actually it probably will be junk food, my day is seeming suspiciously healthy so far.)
(My husband eats nothing, literally one meal a day, he never gets that hungry. I cannot understand it myself.)
