this is a pizza pop: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pizza_Pops steev cant eat them cause they have dairy (it makes him sick) so i made him vegan ones :)

-bbq rice crackers
dinner:
-stuffed mushroom caps
-"pizza pop"
-apple juice
-long island iced tea

ETA:

-mock subway salad but only 1/2 of a small bowl
-a few fries steev made

4 crumpets with pure

Packet of crisps

Big bowl of w/m pasta with chilli, tomato and broccoli and flaxseeds

I am making curried potato and carrots and will put it in tortilla wraps with mango chutney for dinner - yum:)

Too much fizzy drink
Green tea and water

im still drinking long island iced teas, except now im doing shots of the mix.

aphrodite youd be proud. its primarily vodka! LOL. :D

Today i've had fried sausages in a white bread roll with tomato ketchup for breakfast, then fries for lunch. Two cups of tea.
I'm still struggling to eat well now its colder, i've gone off my daily salad, all i want is carbs, carbs....... and more carbs

Breakfast: porridge with vanilla soya milk and blueberry spread as a sweetener
Lunch: a lot of little apples from my friend up the road 's garden with chunks of cranberry cheezely
Dinner: homemade chickpea and spinach curry with some of the apples chopped up and added, also some sprouted mustard seeds added. With brown rice.
Snacks: red grapes, almonds, an orange, roasted channa dahl.
Drinks: lots of tea, herbal and the plain kind. Some organic orange juice with the curry. Some bambu drink.

caramilsed onion houmous sandwhich, weatherspoons veggie burger and a westerns cider. Perfect food for travelling across the country hehe

WolfRain - I don't think the Wetherspoon's burger is vegan anymore. I know it used to be.:(

Herbwormwood - cranberry cheezly sounds yummy.:)

Oh yes Foxy - I actually looked up what goes in a Long Island Iced Tea cocktail - lots of alcohol! I must try one.:D

Thanks furrytips.:) I have some more Halloween pictures that I will try out in the lead up to Halloween.

i felt like i ate tons yesterday but when i type it out its not as much as it felt ...

b: vegan (macrobiotic) blueberry & walnut scone
small iced soy latte

l: salad of pickled and cooled veggies. white rice. (99% of the time only eat brown rice but they only had white ....)
water

snack: 2 pieces of toasted flaxseed sprouted bread with agave nectar

d: vegan "bowery burger" with whole wheat vegan bun, garden tomato and ketchup. not quite sure what was in the patty but i know it was vegan, and not soy based, but with nuts and seeds and veggies, etc ...
curried mustard greens with cashews and onions

mystery soda (it was pure carbination and water really) and 1/2 of a dark chocolate bar at a midnight showing of night of the living dead .. :D


today !

b: toasted vegan orange and cranberry scone w/ strawberry jam and veg margarine. so amazing.
huge soy latte

l: a gazillion and 1/2 red grapes. i couldn't stop eating them and thus, all i had for lunch ...

d (will be): roasted sweet potato and vegan sushi (nori, brown rice, carrots, tofu, pickled beets, chives)

and i imagine some hot chocolate (w/ almond milk) with peppermint oil will be in there somewhere.
as well as some pomegranate juice (my new addiction) ...

edit: ok i didn't have the hot chocolate, but i had 1/2 a thing of pom juice and wayyyy too much dry organic apple cinnamon granola ...

aphrodite youd probably like them, theyre really tasty. they remind me of the simpsons episode where marge drinks her first long island iced tea and then loves them so much she drinks like 10 more and gets wasted lol!

but next time i drink im not going on the forum LOL. i dont even remember last night or what i was typing. i dont even want to look back at my posts!!

all i could eat today was crackers and a burger and fries. i needed grease so bad. lol.

yesterday:

fruity muesli with oat milk

1 banana

brown rice with stewed okra

2 slices sunflower seed bread with mustard and tomatoes

2 bowls vegetable soup mom-style (celery, leek, carrots, green beans, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, potatoes and sausage meat balls [first attempt ever with sosmix])

Bowl of peaches with vanilla soya custard:)

A jacket potato with organic baked beans and lots of salad

Yesterday i was in indian restaurant and i ate: Noodle wok with tofu, Laddu (dessert made out for souflour) and coffee.

Today i started morning with tea, oatdrink, bread, vegan cheese, hummus and ryecereal. After that i ate todays lunch: rice, cauliflower, carrot, tomato, soy groats, onion and sunflower oil. :)

b: HUGE bowl of sprouted flax cereal and apple cinnamon granola mixed up w/ rice milk
iced soy latte

s: bit of ginger ale
spoonfuls of roasted garlic hummus

d: whole wheat wrap with roasted hummus, baby romaine, arugula and a bit of annie's goddess dressing
glass of pom juice


going to probably have a piece of sprouted toast with jam in a bit ....
and maybe hot chocolate....

oh gutting...when did they bloody change that???? and why, for heaven's sake...

was nice to be able to eat something in a 'normal' pub...looks like jacket and beans for me from now on...

YESTERDAY
- english muffin w/ blackberry jam. vanilla green tea
- roll w/ avocado & salad. coke.
- lemon callipo frost. more coke.
- vegie burger & fries

TODAY

- english muffin w/ blackberry jam. 2 cups of vanilla green tea.
- banana
- strawberries
- pumpkin soup
- spaghetti w/ lentil bolognaise.

BREAKFAST:

Roasted potato and rosemary slices covered in veggie mix (carrots, a whole green pepper, a whole yellow pepper, baked beans and onions) and then wrapped in a tortilla wrap and dipped in BBQ sauce.

LUNCH:

4 slices of white bread - each seperate one - peanutbutter, lime marmalade, chocolate spread and veggiemite.

DINNER:

Vegetable Bhuna (brought from an Indian takeaway) mixed with garlic sauce and ketchup.
