there's a thread about Wetherspoons here (http://www.veganforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1352), the last couple of pages document the whole veggie burger saga. it seems they thought it'd be a great idea to put cheese in it, and despite lots of complaints i don't think they've announced a change of heart yet.
anyway...
yesterday i ate:
lots of sushi (cucumber hosomaki, avocado hosomaki, tofu nigiri)

This Fall like weather inspired me. I made some tempeh chili and it was so freakin good. I ate it with corn chips :)
I never made homemade chili before and I used no recipe I just started throwing stuff in and it was fun. I also have never tried tempeh before so this was a experiment gone right all the way.

tofu, beans of any kind, dessert tofu thrown into a smoothie, nuts/seeds, peanut butter, any other nut butter, soy milk (i find soy milk the easiest sometimes if i didnt get enough that day because its got 7 grams per cup, have a couple cups with a cup of baked beans and youll get nearly 30 grams of protein!)

lunch:
-6 veggie dogs, 3 eaten each time, kind of like two lunches, by themselves with ketchup, mayo and mustard
dinner:
-cup of amys no chicken noodle soup
-baked potato
-cup of hemp chocolate milk

i might have a cup of tomato soup if i get hungry. oops too many fluids today.

I just got myself a 2.5+ lbs deep fried bean and rice burrito (Chimichanga) with a bunchof avocado guacamole and tomatoes poured on top and ate it in about 7 minutes.
That was a perfect mid morning snack. Now for lunch.
