For tea just now I had waffles with melted cheese (Cheesly cheese obv) and baked beans. Thanks Bryzee!

interesting... hmmm

coffee w soy milk
acai smoothie
split some dishes w the bf from a vege chinese place
"sausage" with broccoli and mushroom
tofu with mixed veges
"pork" with broccoli and brown sauce

probably leftovers for dinner

Slice of toast with pure and peanut butter + cup of darjeeling & lemon

Homemade sunflower & almond burger in a bread roll with ketchup and large side salad of watercress, avocado and spring onions

Made a batch of potato pakoras and ate nearly all of them, with mango chutney and pickles

Made more muffins this evening, choc chip this time. Ate three

Drank lots of water today

Blueberry yogurt

Apple
Grapes
handful of peanuts
some popcorn

tons of green beans
a scoop of edamame

lots of tea

more fruit or soymilk later.

i just tried making dorm banana ice cream by steaming a banana with some vanilla soymilk in the microwave, (sort of) mashing it with a spoon, and putting it in the freezer. If it works, that will be breakfast :)

two pieces of toast (dry as i was running out the door late for work, as usual)

a cup of choco soymilk (after a 9 hour day with NO BREAKS!)

some cashews and sesame sticks

i just snuck some corn while i was making kates food. (i have an affliction that makes me love canned corn...:o)

and im making a thai curry (panang with coconut milk) with zucchini, sweet potatos, and broccoli... i know, wierd combo... but its what i had! :p

over brown rice. obviously! :D

breakfast: organic mini-wheats w/ sliced banana & rice milk

lunch: spaghetti squash w/ marinara, mushrooms, broccoli, nutritional yeast & toasted pine nuts, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

snack: navel orange, raspberry soy yogurt

dinner: sweet & sour mock duck, zucchini, carrot, bell peppers, baby bok choy & pineapple over brown rice (holy crap this was sooooo good)

snack: tandoori seasoned papadum chips, peppermint tea

BREAKFAST:

Two crusty white rolls - one with vegimite and the other jam

LUNCH:

Jacket potato with baked beans and a large salad

(Can you tell I'm eating lunch and breakfast at the free canteen at work by the poor quality of what I am eating lol!)

DINNER:

Stirfry - Red onions, bean sprouts, cabbage, mushrooms, red peppers and wholemeal rice topped with soy sauce and a garlic paste sauce thing I made.

(Was so yummy I had two massive bowls full!)

SNACKS:

Apple & Some cashew nuts!

baked beans, tomatoes and stripples on rye toast.
hashbrowns, side of soysauge and stripples
rootbeer
peanut butter and jelly on w/g flax bread
coupla handfuls pnuts
mixed greens, mushrooms and raw walnuts with sesame shitake dressing

sometimes i make icecream by putting a ziplock bag with soymilk and flavoring (like maple syrup or vanilla- but banana would work) into a bigger ziplock bag filled with ice and salt placed in the freezer. the salt makes it colder and work fast. if you move the bag every thirty minutes or so its creamier.

a blueberry-corn muffin

1 satsuma

fussili with veggie pasta sauce (eggplant, zucchini, capers, black olives and of course tomatoes)

B: Bran flakes with rice milk and a banana. Coffee.
L: Wrap with veggie sausages, cherry tomatoes, spring onions, salsa and humous.
D: Left over curry (kidney beans, black turtle beans, mushrooms, red and green peppers, onions, chillies, garlic, assorted spices) from last night and rice.

Will probably have some Swedish Glace Neapolitan ice cream (just discovered this in a local supermarket and it's ACE! :)) later.

A big bowl of cereal with soy milk and prunes! (wow, I sound old!)

Fried rice & rice paper rolls w/ lemongrass kejap manis, chinese cabbage and thai marinated bean curd. Mmmmmm....... yum yum yum!!

No dinner as of yet but am planning a big veggie roast with rosemary and seitan steaks all topped with the best vegan white sauce in the world.

Heres the recipe for the best 'Cheesy' Vegan white sauce in the world ;)

three tablespoons nuttelex melted on low heat in saucepan
one tablespoon white flour (self raising or plain- doesn't matter) stirred thoroughly into melted nuttelex.
Once this is a smooth paste add VERY slowly one cup of warmed soy milk (the creamier the better). Just add little bits at a time and CONTINUALLY stir until the sauce gradually thickens.

Add as much savoury yeast flakes as you want- Just taste as you go and add more if you please.
For salt i use vegeta or any veggie salt/stock. Lots of cracked black pepper and BOOM! Sexy white sauce without a trace of cow puss!

Experiment and add things like garlic of fresh shallots- Try it!

breakfast: wheat bagel w/ better than cream cheese, half a grapefruit

lunch: same spaghetti squash dish as yesterday plus seitan-roni, two prunes

snack: smoothie (banana, kiwi, mango), coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

dinner: sweet & sour mock duck, veggies & pineapple over brown rice

snack: popcorn, sleepytime tea

Vegetable noodles with two slices of w/m toast
Ready salted crisps
2 cups of tea

I am ploughing my way through a very large bowl of w/m pasta with tomato and olive oil sauce with green pepper and sweetcorn

ETA - Also a small chocolate bar and more green tea and water
Also may have some lemon sorbet in a minute, I'm not particularly hungry but I'm sure I can force it down and some peaches as well maybe.:cool:

vodka with root beer.
going out with a friend for dinner. dont know where yet.

tofu scramble w/ baby greens and 1 piece of whole wheat toast

s: (another) soy latte inbetween classes ...

d: stew with kuzu broth, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, onions, shitake mushrooms, & ginger.
brown rice w/ soy sauce & sesame seeds
mu tea

s: 1 whole wheat tortilla w/ hummus
glass of pom juice

water ....

and now im going to the farmers market to hopefully find (a friend and) some apples & various other vegggies. im dying for good apples as the ones in the stores all suck right now.

Dinner: Forgot.

Drinks: Three cups of tea, one glass of water, two and a half bottles of red wine.
