Well apples are said to be the fruit of October in many a pagan story I have read. They give you great protective power....probably cuz they are soooo yummy :D

BREAKFAST:

Mango and Pineapple smoothie with almond milk (I found frozen fruit in my frezzer...RESULT!!)

Scrambled tofu with red pepper and garlic ( found this at back of cupboard!)

LUNCH:

Half of a 14" pizza from supermarket ( Lady at the making point was so helpful with the ingredients I couldn't believe it!) Pineapple, red onion, green and red peppers and sweetcorn with a dash of garlic oil!

Some lime and corriandor crisps

DINNER:

I was on call all of yesterday so I got back well late and all I fancied was toast. So I had two slices of thick granary bread (homemade!!!) one with peanut butter and the other with blackcurrent jam

Can of beer
