Brekkie = 1 weetabix and few cornflakes with soya milk
Lunch - lentil curry with rice and salad, apple and banana
Snack = apple, slice of toast, cup of tea, glass of orange juice
Dinner = jacket potato and veg and a corn on the cob.

I feel really bloated. Too much fried food. If I have anymore snacks tonight, I'll try to make it something light.
Breakfast:
Panda Puff cereal with banana slices and soy milk
Cup of coffee with soy milk
Lunch:
A Middle Eastern dish called "mah loobie" which basically rice cooked with fried vegetables (cauliflower, potatoes, carrots, eggplant), chicken (we omitted this :p), and lots of spices
Large amounts of salad (romaine lettuce, tomato, broccoli, green pepper, red pepper, cucumber, bac'n bits, olive oil, acv, mint)
Snack:
Cup of tea with agave nectar
Supper:
Bowl of "mah loobie" with tomato slices
Dessert:
1/2 banana

Is that one of the leftover ones I gave you or have you finally found them there?
I found them here. :) The health food store, Root Cellar, downtown sells them now. I was last there this summer and they didn't have them. The Root Cellar also sells some vegan make up that the Superstore doesn't sell (vegan lipbalm, Ecco Bella mascara, nail polish, etc).

dry oatbran and oatmeal with flaxoil. cauliflower.
work break meals:
dry oatbran and peanuts
after work:
lentils and canola oil. cauliflower.
late night:
dry oatbran, oatmeal, wheat germ with canola oil.
i added the lentils. it's a start! ;)

Breakfast (10:00):
Green Tea and Soya Milk
Handful of almonds
Teeny tiny bit of cantaloupe melon I had whilst feeding the birds
Quinoa Porridge, made with Quinoa, soya milk, maple syrup, sesame seeds, linseeds, sesame seeds and chopped walnuts
Snack (18:00)
Popcorn
2 hot cross buns
Ready Salted Crisp
Small Rasperry Jelly
Now thats what I expect a breakfast to be like, this only eating fruit for breakfast is starting to get to me!!

bfast: oatmeal, banana
lunch: veggies in a pita wrap w/ rasberry dressing; handful of walnuts, apple
snack: odwala bar
snack: soy banana smoothie
dinner: about 8 pieces cucumber and avocado roll
snack: steamed vanilla soymilk topped w/ cinnamon

breakfast: two pieces wheat toast w/ earth balance & strawberry jam
snack: banana
lunch: 12 pieces carrot, cucumber & avocado roll, baked salted pita chips
snack: tortilla chips w/ salsa, an apple
dinner: salad (leaf lettuce, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, cucumber, sprouts, shredded carrots, and balsamic vinaigrette), two small rolls w/ marinara
snack: a beer and more baked salted pita chips

I couldn't eat only fruit for breakfast. Ugh. Hello heart burn and nausea!

Breakfast: weetabix-esque cereal and soya milk, cup of black coffee and a cup of tea
Lunch: (caramel flavour) soya dessert yoghurt
Dinner: Big bowl of baked beans, some corn, and half a (fry's I think) slicing "sausage", I didn't know how to cook it so I just grilled it :confused:
coffee and peppermint tea.

was up at 5 for crew, had back to back classes, then straight to see my new dietician so no time for breakfast!
l: blackened tofu over a bit of sauteed zucchini slices
dessert: some vegan choc. mouse w. strawberries and a sprinkle of granola
s: few handfuls of PB Puffin cereal

@purple.cow: Why don't you have protein and carbohydrates together? There is no point in eating them separately from a scientific point of view. Not that I want to give the impression of lecturing you, I'm just curious.

Yeah, that is the reason, I tried it, I ate some carb foods, then ate protein straight after, and I got bloated and stuff, so she knows what she is talking about sometimes!!

- chunk of dark chocolate
- brown rice with a yellow pepper, tomato-chilli sauce, tahini and onion salad crispies. :cool:
as dessert more tahini and onion crispies :p

I thought carbs help the absorbsion of protein? :confused:

Breakfast: Oatmeal with brown sugar and soymilk
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Lentil soup; cooked broccoli and onion mix; 1 c soymilk
Snack: plain soy yogurt with stevia; 2 graham cracker sheets with 1/2 T peanut butter
Dinner: Salad with rasp. vinaigrette dressing; terriaki tofu; millet; Chocolate Tofutti soy ice cream
Snack: Asian pear

Today:
2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.
2 slices of wholewheat toast with Earthbalance and a cup of creamed corn on the side.
5 small vegan shortbread cookies that I bought from the dollar store :D
1 cup of vegan chilli with 30g organic corn chips.
1 Yves lasange bowl.
1 cup of guava juice.
1 cup of Throat Tea (I have a dry throat from sitting inside with the heating on all day).
Some chocolate :D
