well if you hadn't already said, it is damn easy to see you've just been paid!
Big improvement, miss.
Hehe yeh I got paid on Friday and Friday night I went and brought FRESH VEGETABLES! :D Yum Yum Yum!
Anyway.....
BREAKFAST:
Bowl of bran flakes with almond flakes and oat milk
LUNCH:
Rice noodles, mushrooms, green pepper, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and soy sauce with a large salad ( iceberg lettuce with cucumber, raw red & green peppers and tomato) and two veggie spring rolls.
SNACK at about 16:00
Plain alpro yoghurt with bannana
DINNER:
Now I had to work a 17hour shift yesterday so didn't think to take food for dinner and when I got home at about 22:30 I was ready to make chips and a burger but my girlfriend had left a note saying she had food with her at the party down the street. SO I went and she gave me the best sandwich of my life:
Crusty wholemeal bread with spicey nacho cheeze, chunky pickle, fried mushroom and onion slices and iceberg lettuce! (OMG! :D:D:D)

Seeing as i have had the same as Bryan...I won't list, except that I had the nicest chocolate cake ontop of that list, it was so rich, as AMF said "gave me her first chocolategasm" I agree, well worth it, and my piece of cake was free cos it was the end piece!

I had a stripples and tomato sandwich for breakfast today. woulda been a faux BLT, however upon requesting lettuce from the cafeteria lady she responded, "There is no way I can give you lettuce. It is for lunch." (her hand was resting on the plastic wrap covered lettuce as she spoke.) The bf and I laughed really loud and obnoxiously at this... then reached in and grabbed a few tomatoes before we could be denied. That place is like the DMV. Most of the people eating there have no other option, as its a hospital cafeteria... with cheap vege food.
added:
spinach, mushroom, onion calzone.
big salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber.
lots o fries.
drinks.

left-over pasta from last night for breakfast. odd, i know, but i've run out of porridge oats, and bread's gone stale and i was too hungry to wait to go to the corner shop *blush*
then got embroiled in essay, so still hadn't gone to the shops and realised was hungry about 12 (had brekkie at seven), so ended up toasting staleness out of two slices of said-bread and dipped it in olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
cycled to streatham to go to bank about four and got a big salad from whole meal cafe to take home. had brown rice, with toasted nuts, red cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes, mushrooms and beans and sweetcorn, with a REALLY good miso dressing. taste-TY.
however, am now peckish AGAIN! not sure what's wrong with me...think it's cos i'm writing an essay and i'm bored. want something really tasty for dinner...think will send other half to sainsbury's to get an aubergine and some sun dried tomatoes and make imam biyaldi and pitta bread :D
