- oatmeal. green tea.
- banana
- (lunch at dads) - a couple of falafel balls, 2 slices of bread w/ hummus, a bit of bean salad and a bit of pumpkin chickpea salad. lots of mango. coke. oh and 1 walnut :rolleyes:
- vegie burger in bread w/ heaps of ketchup, TONS of avocado, tomato.

Eaten more weirdly than usual as it is wedding anniversary. (I don't know why that makes any difference, all I've been doing is talking online to other people all day.:rolleyes:)

2 bananas
2 glasses choc soya milk

2 toasted bagels with curly lettuce, vine tomatoes, mayo and natex:)
Salt and vinegar crisps

I'm going to make w/m pasta with broccoli, black olives and aubergine pesto
and have some red wine as well

yesterday...

breakfast: two pumpkin muffins, fruit salad

lunch: split pea soup w/ a couple club crackers, pita w/ lettuce, tomato, cucumber, shredded carrots, sprouts & balsamic vinaigrette, diet coke

snack: small bowl tofu & veggie stir-fry, fruit salad

dinner: raw veggies w/ cilantro jalapeno dip, sloppy joe on wheat bun, sugar cookie

out: beers

I'm still hungry.

Breakfast:
1 large apple
1 cliff bar
2 vegan poptarts

brunch:
double size tofu with veggies and sesame sauce (at chinese restaurant)
4 glasses of water
3 vegan rice crispie with peanut butter squares.

Lunch: I'm searching my fridge. I'm famished.

lunch: sloppy joe on wheat bun, raw veggies w/ cilantro jalapeno dip, coke zero

snack: red grapes, almonds, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

dinner: split pea & carrot soup, english muffin w/ marmite (that stuff is weeeeeird!)

snack: nori rice crackers, diet partner tea

BREAKFAST:

Baked beans mixed with some veggie mince, avocado and iceberg lettuce - tucked inside a wholemeal tortilla with lots of bbq sauce!

LUNCH:

Two crumpets - one with jam and the other vegimite!

DINNER:

Salad - Iceberg and flat leaf lettuce, avocado, wholemeal pasta, chicken snitzel (cut into strips), mushrooms, sweetcorn, red and white onion with garlic 5cal dressing!

Two glasses of pineapple juice

Big bowl of oatmeal with dried blueberries, raisins, cranberries & waluts
small glass of sugarfree choc. soymilk
Snack:
Fistful of organic fruit 'leathers'
Lunch:
Pita with hummus, tomato, and peppered tofurky slices
Snack:
half of an odwalla juice and a piece of peanut butter bread
Dinner:
salad with baby greens, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds and (vegan) creamy kalamata olive and caper dressing, kalamata olive bread, bruschetta, steamed broccoli and cauliflower
Dessert:
Fabe's mini double chocolate cookies

I am now in a food coma!

a couple of biscuits
a packet of dried apricots and raisins

mixed bean salad
eta: one very large pear

more biscuits :o

faux-fish fingers, southern fries and peas

roasted veggie tart (red onion/white onion/tomato/red, orange & yellow pepper/pesto/courgette) with raw broccoli and cucumber on the side

Today:

L: Tortilla with chickpea stew with potatoe, spinach, red bellpepper
D: Will be pizzasnails and a carrot

2 w/m toasted sandwiches with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and natex

Packet of crisps

I made a cottage pie type thing with red lentils, carrots and chucked in some leftover baked beans. I mashed up the potatoes with some soya cream - it was delicious:)

Bar of free from chocolate
Lots of red wine!

Breakfast: 2 slices of Bergen bread and margarine (toasted) 1 with blueberry spread and the other with Natex;
Lunch: spinach pasta with zest pesto, engevita, tofu pate, tomato puree, sweetcorn, peas and more spinach, mixed with some chopped cucumber and 3 chopped Taifun cocktail sausages;
Dinner: Neatballs Luccanese (see italian recipe section) with sweet potato and rice.

3 American hard gums, 1 ginger nut biscuit

Drinks:
1 cup of tea, 1 glass of water, 2 bottles of mulled wine.

I just had black bean veggie tacos with soy cheese, salsa, and cilantro-lime rice. It was yummy!

i forgot to say i threw up the sandwich, and wanted to add that i only ended up having a few bites of the salad and no popcornso heres my revised version:
