1/2 quart coffee flavored Silk
gimme lean sausage on a roll with mustard
3 santa fe chicken style tacquitos
blu machine juice
I'm going to get a big salad from WFM for dinner with spinach, romaine, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, herb tofu triangles, sesame sticks, sunflower seeds and liquid aminos (probably will add a dollop of vegan potato salad and curried wheatberries and maybe a dolma or 2 with hummus mmmm yummy $12 salad ahhh)

2 medium jacket potatoes with grated nacho cheezley, tomatoes and black olives

Cornflakes
Bagel with avocado and yeast extract
Piece of roast veggie tart with raw broccoli/cucumber
Soya mince pie, potato wedges and noodles :o

today, so far

2 pieces of toast with yeast extract
Peanut butter sandwich, raw broccoli, green olives
Cocoa nak'd bar

left-over pasta from last night for breakfast. odd, i know, but i've run out of porridge oats, and bread's gone stale and i was too hungry to wait to go to the corner shop *blush*

then got embroiled in essay, so still hadn't gone to the shops and realised was hungry about 12 (had brekkie at seven), so ended up toasting staleness out of two slices of said-bread and dipped it in olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

cycled to streatham to go to bank about four and got a big salad from whole meal cafe to take home. had brown rice, with toasted nuts, red cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes, mushrooms and beans and sweetcorn, with a REALLY good miso dressing. taste-TY.

however, am now peckish AGAIN! not sure what's wrong with me...think it's cos i'm writing an essay and i'm bored. want something really tasty for dinner...think will send other half to sainsbury's to get an aubergine and some sun dried tomatoes and make imam biyaldi and pitta bread :D

BREAKFAST:

Carrot, alfra sprout and houmous wholemeal sandwhich (from boots)
Bag of ready salted crisps
Bottle of OJ

DINNER:

A bread roll & pure

3 sausages & mash with carrots, green beans and cauliflower

PAncakes and rasberry icecream (swedish glace)

(Didn't eat much yesterday. It was my mums birthday and I cooked for 7 people at her bday party....that was dinner btw. But was well impressed with vegan sandwichs at Boots. Couln't believe my eyes!)

Yesterday:

A banana blended with soya milk
salted peanuts
a little hoummous and ciabatta
Loads of tea and coffee and a ginger biscuit
more peanuts
small glass of merlot (I had less left than I thought)
a smallish tequila and fresh orange
Loyd Grossman tomato and chilli sauce with yellow pepper and onion added
with some torn up basil leaves
baby spinach leaves and organic beetroot
another ginger biscuit
more tea and a decaff tea at bedtime
I need to stop eating so many peanuts, I'll be looking like one soon

Today so far: 2 pieces of toast one with yeast extract and one with
raspberry jam and I feel like I've eaten too much!
tea and now I'm going to have another!;)

I think you eat really healthily Witchy.:)
(I forgot to say what I had eaten.:rolleyes:)

So far:
2 cups of tea and PB on w/m toast

Bar of free-from chocolate crackle
Green tea and water

I'm going to have an apple in a minute and then make some w/m pasta with broccoli, green pepper and aubergine pesto for lunch

Also crackers, mayo, soya cheese and about 3 vine tomatoes

Except the half a tub of ice cream! haha ;) I eat too many crisps too, it is an addiction. :rolleyes: That is why I avoid salt everywhere else or I'd give myself way high blood pressure or whatever it causes. lol

I eat a ton of salt and my blood pressure is always really low/ normal.
When the the doctor measures it he always says "that is perfect BP, well done" ha ha, if only he knew the truth.:D

Well, I know if I eat too much salt as I start to feel really ill, so obviously I must be ok because I've not been having the "too much salt sicky feeling" recently. lol

I'm one of those people who can listen to themselves and know what it really wants. :confused: Half the time I ignore it though. lol

I have a crush on one of my teachers who is also a friend.Consequently I sent her a suggestive email but she hasn't replied and I therefore fear I may have offended her.
So...today I'm eating my words via an apologetic text message I have just sent her.

yesterday...

breakfast: cheerios w/ rice milk, half a grapefruit

lunch: sweet potato covered w/ sloppy joe, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

snack: banana, cranberry apple tea

dinner & chinese buffet: six pc veggie sushi, three spring rolls w/ duck sauce, cabbage & broccoli, baby bok choy, green beans, spicy tofu & veggies, fortune cookie, hot tea

Breakfast: 2 slices wholemeal bread toast with margarine, 1 also with natex, the other also with meridian blueberry spread
Lunch: 2 bok choi sliced and stir fried with a packet of chilli spicy tofu pieces and a little sunflower oil and some seaweed
Dinner: a 350 gramme packet of pre-sliced stir fry vegetables from the co-op consisting of onions, mushrooms, peppers, water chestnut and greens, plus another bok choi with some more tofu pieces and some rice, fried in a little sunflower oil, and some chinese seasoning out a packet
Snacks: some green grapes and a soya yoghurt

I unhealthy, carb-intense day. I was feeling sick almost all day, so it's a good thing to have eaten at all:

2 pumpkin cranberry muffins

thai rice soup

soy flakes bread with tomato slices

1 apple

spag bol

avocado hosomaki sushi

fake chicken nuggets, southern-style chips, peas

lots of water

today:

coffee with soya milk
Coco Pops cereal with rice milk

one organic apple
bowl of chunky chips

organic spicy lentil and bean soup with organic croutons
half a chocolate bar

breakfast: grits w/ rice milk & nut. yeast, oj

lunch: cauliflower & kale soup, two pieces garlic "parmesan" wheat toast, coke zero

snack: smoothie (banana, kiwi, strawberries, oj)

dinner: falafel w/ lettuce, tomato, pickle & tahini, tabouleh, pita & hummus

after work: a few cold french fries, diet partner tea

3 w/m toast with PB and 2 cups of tea

Lots of greens and sweetcorn with noodles in a chilli sauce

Packet of crisps and small chocolate bar
2 apples and green tea

I am going to make mashed potatoes with soya cream, and broccoli, carrots and peas with vegetable gravy for dinner:)

Bananas with vanilla swedish glace

ETA - I also had a medium Domino's pizza, sweetcorn and pineapple

Lots of water
