Today:
2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl Mango Peace Cereal with vanilla soy milk.
A few glasses of water throughout the day.
1 cup Pomegranate Green Tea.
2 slices pecan & fruit loaf with Soy Garden Buttery Spread.
Organic veg stirfry with Yves teriyaki veggie chicken & sesame seeds and organic jasmine rice (veg = carrot, broccoli, green beans, orange pepper).
3 glasses of white wine.
1 cup of peppermint tea.
3 dark chocolate coated macadamia nuts.

I was at a demo yesterday so eating was a little scattered throughout the day with a crappy meal when I got back.
BREAKFAST, LUNCH & SNACKS throughout the day:
Peach Alpro Yoghurt
Fry's Hotdog with onions and ketchup
Vegetable samosa
Whole bottle of water
Leftover chilli from a last nights dinner (brought it as a packed lunch)
Breakfast pasty (mushrooms, beans and soy sausages)
DINNER: (I'm laughing as I write this. This is something me mum would have fed me when I was growing up. Soooo crappy lol!)
4 vegetable fingers with half a tin of value spaghetti and potato wedges. Lotsa ketchup.

Breakfast:
2 slices wholemeal toast with natex and blueberry spread;
Lunch: 1 russet apple cut into pieces, 1/4 pack of redwoods cheezely cut into pieces, half an avocado.
Dinner: chick pea, carrot, lentil and tomato curry (see new recipe in the asian section) with 1 and 1/2 baked sweet potato and some chutney.
Snacks: some green grapes

Yesterday was porridge with chopped banana for breccy, lunch out shared nachos starter and 6 bean chilli with rice and few fries, glass of wine
Slice of toast with yeast extract in the eve, lots of water
Today - porridge
Just making a vegetable soup for lunch and going to have pitta bread with hummus, salad and alfalfa sprouts in:)
Dinner will be red lentil and vege bake with potato topping (just go to decide if it needs mash or sliced potato topping?
Mum and me having a healthy vegan day today! Unless i decide to make cookies or a pud?

Today:

2 pieces organic multigrain toast with Soy Garden Buttery Spread.
1 cup pomegranate green tea.
3 slices of pecan fruit loaf with Soy Garden Buttery Spread.
Organic vegetable stew (potatoes, carrot, green beans, orange pepper, onion garlic)
Served ontop of organic wholewheat pasta.
1 glass of Malibu and organic pineapple juice.
If I have anything else later, it'll be a cup of tea and some chocolate coated macadamias. :)

BREAKFAST:
Two slices of wholemeal toast with bean pate spread on them and then scooped up with some cold baked beans.
LUNCH:
Bowl of spicey tomato and red lentil soup
Two slices of wholemeal bread
DINNER:
My gf's specialty potato bake:
Releat mince with cauliflower, brocolli, peas, carrots, leeks and mushrooms in a tomato sauce, topped with crispy potato and rosmary slices...and then some sprinkles of cheezly. I also had some lettuce and cream cheeze on the side cuz I like different textures. (I'm gonna get a pic up soon!)
SNACKS:
A peach alpro yoghurt
Three small slices of pizza ( housmates got some and I burnt my whole nose with a jalepino...ouchies!)
I was up very late last night hence late night snacking which is naughty

Breakfast: Rum'n'raisin cupcake made by my friend (under my instruction. "you will make cupcakes...YOU WILL MAKE CUPCAKES..." :D)
Lunch: Puy lentil, mushroom and veg Thai style curry.
Dinner: More of the same, made into a soup with the crafty addition of some soya milk.
Drinks have been coffee and water. Kind of a boring (though tasty) day, but it's so rare I get to eat other people's cupcakes when I'm not at a party that I thought I'd document it :)

cup of nettle tea with soya milk
One of the guys who lives on our building says if I bring some egg-free mayo he will make a coleslaw for me that I wont be able to stop eating. He used to be a chef and is always making vegan dishes for me. :)
My trousers are starting to feel a little tight around the wasteline. :o

My diet is better than it was when I first went vegan, probably because I've learnt how to cook vegan I think.

wheat pancakes with a dab of lite syrup
Lunch:
granny smith apple
ear of corn
tofu & lima bean salad
two "pet greens" (IOW, 2 blades of grass) :)
(anticipated)Dinner:
rice noodles with broccoli, tofu, red onions, green, red, & orange bell peppers and peanut sauce. There will probably be some broccoli left over; if so that will be the side dish.

B: an apple, some frozen vanilla soy milk and some prunes
L: baby spinach w/ mushrooms, tofu, chick peas, a few black olives, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, grated carrot and just a drizzle of olive oil. (i was feeling creative at the cafeteria's salad bar :))
S: frozen pineapple chunks and a few celery sticks w/ 1 tsp peanut butter
D: a bit of broccoli. and some soy nog. and then a few raw nuts. it didn't stay down. bad night.
i'm trying a healthier, more raw plan, and it's helping me eat better so far (except for dinner). Any tips for healthy raw veganism?

Today:

2 pieces organic multigrain toast with Soy Garden Buttery Spread.
1 cup strawberry soy yoghurt.
12 fresh organic raspberries.
1 Cocoa Larabar.
A few cups of water during the day.
Sandwich: organic multigrain toast, Yves veggie bacon strips, organic tomato slices, organic mixed leaves, organic red onion, hummus, ketchup.
A bunch of plain potato chips.
1 glass of Malibu & organic pineapple juice.
1 glass of white wine.
2 slices of pecan fruit loaf with Soy Garden Buttery Spread.
3 chocolate coated macadamias.

BREAKFAST:
Left over pizza - black olives, red & green peppers, mushrooms & lots of garlic sauce.
LUNCH/DINNER:
Hearty Winter Stew - Homemade herby sausages, red lentils, cabbage, carrots, peas, brocolli, cauliflower, red and white onions and leeks in a mild curry powder, veg stock and gravy sauce. (Was so yum everyone had at least two bowls!!!)
SNACK:
Bowl of wholewheat cereal with soya milk and a dash of golden syrup (cuz I have a sweetooth!)
