yesterday...

breakfast: cocoa krispies w/ rice milk, a banana, oj

lunch: baked sweet potato w/ black bean chili

snack: strawberry banana soy yogurt, navel orange

dinner: wakame salad, pho chay (spicy soup w/ rice noodles, tofu, bean sprouts, cilantro, lemongrass, scallions & mushrooms)

2 w/m toast with natex and a cup of tea

Veggie noodles with peas

Crisps and green tea

Enormous bowl of h/m lentil/ carrot soup with flaxseeds with 2 bread rolls
(That soup is sooo nice I cannot stop making it, I'm going to look for a bean soup recipe actually)

2 crumpets with cashew nut butter :) and a small choc bar

Lots of water

Stine - it's really simple that's why I like doing soup.:p
(Red lentils, veggie stock powder, 5 carrots cut into coins, drained tin of tomatoes. Cook for 30 mins. Whizz with hand blender and then add flaxseeds and/or soya cream before eating.)

I can't find a bean soup one, I will have to make one up.

mmm sounds good... I love making soups as well.. Just my kind of cooking on a buisy day.. Just put on the stove and wait :)

D: Soyboy ravioli with spaghetti sauce from a jar, banana
S: Honey wheat crackers w/natural peanut butter

Too much processed food and not enough fruits and veggies....

Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.

2 pieces organic multigrain toast with Soy Garden Buttery Spread and strawberry jam.

1 sandwich: organic multigrain toast, hummus, ketchup, Yves veggie bacon, organic tomato slices, organic red onion, organic mixed leaves.

1 cup of Blue Lagoon tea.
4 ginger spice cookies.

Home-made tofu & organic vegetable coconut curry (veg: broccoli, carrot, onion, orange pepper, garlic).
1.5 cups basmati rice.

1 glass of white wine.
3 chocolate coated macadamias.

1 cup of organic peppermint tea.
3 slices (the last of the loaf) of pecan & fruit loaf with Soy Garden Buttery Spread.

BREAKFAST:

Wholmeal tortilla topped with iceberg lettuce, ketchup, garlic sauce, baked beans and homemade herby sausages x2

Orange & pint of water

LUNCH:

Two slices of wholemeal toast with cream tofutti and poloni slices dipped in ketchup ofcourse!

DINNER:

Vegetable korma - Leeks, red and white onions, chic peas & green lentils in meridian korma sauce with wholegrain rice.

yesterday...

breakfast: wheat bagel w/ better than cream cheese, banana

lunch: couple bites of applesauce, bit of leftover pho, cauliflower kale soup, "clean out the cupboard" banana muffin

snack: peach soy yogurt, apple, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

dinner: baked sweet potato w/ black bean chili (couldn't finish it for some reason, which is odd for me. it just wasn't sitting right.)

after work: another banana muffin, diet partner tea

So far:

Bran flakes with soya milk and raisins, satsuma and a glass of orange juice

Crisps (a lot!)
2 slices of baguette with pure

2 pitta bread with houmus, 2 tomatoes, half a sliced cucumber and olives

Glass of wine

Huge bean/lentil salad with cucumber/tomatoes/courgette/sweetcorn
4 pieces of chocolate marzipan
Dinner will be roasted veggie (red onion/courgette/peppers/tomato/pesto) pie/flan thing with new potatoes and salad

Debating whether or not to eat bag of kettle chips now !!??

Tikka Sauce with Gluten Free Pasta, Peas and Organic CarrotEggplant went wierd...ugh...I also have some courgettes (zucchinis) to use too! Ew! :( lol I hate both! :confused:

lunch: two veggie dogs on a wheat hamburger bun w/ relish, ketchup & mustard, raw broccoli & green pepper strips w/ balsamic vinaigrette, pickle spear

snack: apple, mixed nuts, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

dinner: frozen meal - asian noodle stir fry w/ tofu & veggies

snack: banana, tandoori spiced papadum chips, diet partner tea

1 tall pumpkin spice late.
4 ginger spice cookies.

1 can Amy's no chicken noodle soup.

1 sandwich: organic multigrain bread, hummus, organic avocado, organic tomato slices, Yves veggie bacon slices.
French fries on the side.

3 chocolate coated macadamias.
2 slices pecan fruit loaf with Soy Garden Buttery Spread.
1 cup organic peppermint tea.
