I haven't finished eating yet! That was just breakfast, a snack and lunch. I will eat about 3 more meals today and add it on later.:D

Bag of kettle chips (that I didn't eat yesterday !)

2 burgers (potato/lentil/onion/courgette/chilli/loads of herbs & spices) with salad

So far today:

Bowl of cereal (Koala Crisp and corn puffs) w/ soy milk
Cup of coffee

Foot long veggie sub w/pop and chips

Cup of tea
Vegan "jell-o"

I plan on eating tonight:
Lentil and pasta soup
Salad
And some fruits

All I'm gonna say to you guys is bread.....at least a whole 3ft baguette and various fillings. I feel so unhealthy :eek:

Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.

2 pieces organic multigrain toast topped with mashed organic avocado, salt & pepper.

3/4 cup strawberry soy yoghurt with fresh organic raspberries.

tamari flavoured crackers with hummus.
1 glass of white wine.

Organic salad: mixed leaves, satsuma mandarin segments, tomato, cucumber, orange pepper, avocado, Yves teriyaki veggie chicken pieces, cranberry dressing.
A few plain potato chips on the side.
Another glass of white wine.

1 cup organic peppermint tea.
3 chocolate coated macadamias.
2 pieces pecan fruit bread with Soy Garden Buttery Spread.

What about your protein Aph?

It's weird actually, I never give a second thought to whether I eat enough protein or not. I'm not even sure how much you need in a day.:confused:

2 w/m toast with houmus and cucumber and green tea
2 kelp tablets and 6 brewers yeast tablets

Crisps:rolleyes:

Red and yellow pepper stuffed with rice, tomatoes and olives

Raisin and cinamon bagel with PB

Making a veg curry now, potatoes, broccoli, carrots and peas with coconut milk and going to have it with cucumber and mango chutney.:)

FlapjackI never think about protein either Aphrodite!! I think about fruit/vegetables and that is it. I know I need more nuts/grains/seeds etc though. lol

What are brewers yeast tablets for Aphro ?? Six - wow !

I used to obsessively chart everything I ate each day to make sure I got enough protein and B12, over the course of a week I'm pretty sure I do okay now :)
The only thing I have a problem with is getting enough iron (I'm seriously anaemic, but always have been !)

Today, so far:
1 tbsp blackstrap mollasses in hot water with lemon juice
Cornflakes
Bagel with yeast extract/huge bean & lentil salad
Few figs

breakfast: two multigrain cherry cereal bars

lunch: cheesy rotini w/ mushrooms, spinach & peas, diet coke

snack: cranberry trail mix

dinner: chips & salsa, bean burrito topped w/ guac, lettuce & tomatoes, beer

Breakfast: bowl of Co-op bran flakes with soya milk;
Lunch: 2 slices Co-op wholemeal seeded bread with margarine and a large organic banana mashed on top;
Dinner: vegetable stir fry with brown rice
Snacks: a free biscuit a the hair salon, some red grapes and and alpro yoghurt

B - Pumpkin Spice Bread
S - Banana
L - 2 Veggie Dogs with lots of banana peppers (mmmm, spicy)
S - Mandarin orange
D - Steamed broccoli, coconut scented Thai rice, roasted corn chowder
S - Popcorn, soda and candy (Friday night is junk food and movie night at our house!)

BREAKFAST:

Baked beans on wholemeal toast with two grilled tomatos

LUNCH:

Vegetable soup with a crusty white roll (shared this with Emily whilst nursing her hangover)

DINNER:

Stuffed butternut squash: stuffing of crispy tofu, peas, carrots, cabbage and leek and then I drizzled the whole lot in "cheese" sauce and had some mock parmezan on top. YUMMY!

Today:

2 pieces pecan & fruit loaf with Soy Garden Buttery Spread.

1 cup of Blue Lagoon tea.
4 ginger spice cookies.

Home-made organic pasta salad: wholewheat rotini, corn, orange pepper, tomato, cucumber, Yves teriyaki veggie chicken pieces, poppyseed dressing.

1 glass Malibu & pineapple juice.
A bunch of potato chips with hummus.
2 macadamia cookies (made by my mum and I brought em home from Australia :))

Breakfast: Sultana Bran and rice milk. Big cup of coffee.

Lunch: Hot baguette with mushroom, onion, tomato and loads of melted "cheese".

Dinner: TBD. Probably something quick and easy as I'm feeling pretty lazy today, work has been well hectic so I have nothing planned for the weekend about from lazing around, listening to music, a bit of coding and maybe a bit of TV.

More coffee needed now...

breakfast: grits w/ rice milk & nut. yeast

lunch: veggie chili, english muffin, diet coke

snack: two prunes, cranberry trail mix

dinner: two big pieces of pizza w/ spinach, mushroom, tomato, onion, broccoli & garlic, two beers

out: half a chocolate chip cookie, a couple potato chips w/ salsa, three more beers

Cup of green tea

2 w/m toast and a cup of lentil soup

Chips and a bread roll
Cup of black tea
Glass of freshly squeezed orange

Crisps and a vodka and coke

Lots of tomatoes with the rest of my houmous and tons of crackers

Chocolate Soya Milk
Gluten Free Pretzels and Organic Olive Houmous
Salt and Pepper Potato Chips
Chips and Tomato Ketchup
Mashed Organic Potato and Organic Parsnip with Pure Margarine
Chocolate Buttons
Tinned Lentil and Vegetable Soup (peas, sweetcorn, red lentils, carrot, potato etc)Not in any order.

I still haven't eaten those damn gross green things!
