...so much crap that im actually embarrassed to post it...heh...the nicest of a bad bunch being a big bowl of soya hot choc in clements in belfast - mmm!!

What did I have today? I can't qute remember as far back as breakfast (my memory is like a dead parrot's. It ceases to be.) I know that I just had mixed veg dal on brown rice and that I had a big wodge of choccy cake with alpro cream.

BREAKFAST:
Wholemeal tortilla with bean pate, mayola and three cheatn "turkey" slices
orange and an apple
LUNCH:
Hummus, tomato and spinach sandwhich (brought from my canteen at work of all places - spoke to chef and they are gonna make vegan food for me hehe!)
Tofu, carrots, peas, leeks and cabbage drizzled in ketchup and garlic sauce.
(it sounds alot but the tofu dish was very very small and left over from yesterday!)
DINNER:
Homemade herby sausages with a mixed bean salad and red lentils
Vanilla and chocolate swedish glace with strawberry sauce
SNACKS:
Few cans of beer

OMG I ate sooo much today too! Like JJ I went to a vegan potluck.
This morning I had:
2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
2 pomegran plus waffles with Yves veggie bacon slices and maple syrup.
At the potluck I had a little bit of each:
chili
hungarian casserole
green bean casserole
mushroom & leek risotto
chickpea & spinach curry
rice stuffed pepper
couple of pieces of sushi
apple & rhubarb crisp
fruit salad
a cinnamon roll
:D I'm soooo full now!!

I'm not gonna be at home for a few days and I can't remember off the top of my head. I got it from Morrisons and it's not their own brand...that's all I can remember.

B: Porridge with banana and cinnamon
L: Curry leftover with tofu, beans, chickpeas, carrots, potatoes and coconutmilk + brown rice
S: orange + walnut bread
D: Brown pasta with tomatoe azukibean sauce
S: Popcorn

So far:
3 cups of green tea and w/m toast and pure.
Crisps, small choc bar, crackers and a glass of coke.
For lunch I roasted half a butternut squash with olive oil and had it with broccoli and gravy.
It was delicious, I think it was because it was organic.:)
2 bagels with cashew nut butter

Chocolate Soya MilkI like having Stir Fry's as I can just chuck loads of vegetables in. :rolleyes: When my new cookbook comes I'll be cooking lots of new things! lol

Ok I'm posting what I ate today because I'm not gonna be online for a few days:
BREAKFAST:
Four slices of wholemeal toast - chocolate spread, jam, peanut butter and then pb&J together.
SNACK: Apple
LUNCH:
Orzo, parsley, sundried tomatos, raw red onions, chopped up frys burger
A small bar of green & blacks
SNACK: Another apple
DINNER: Well it's gonna be in two hours time after I drive to crawley...prob will be beer and fajihtas yum yum yum yum!
(Love you guys and gonna miss you over the next few days...eat well :D)

1 tbsp blackstrap mollasses with lemon/hot water
Cornflakes (was too lazy to make porridge, although I really did want some !!)
1 1/2 bagels with yeast extract
2 slices fruit cake
Veggie curry (potato, sweet potato, courgette, onion, cauliflower, green bans, red & green chilli, parsnip) with basmati rice
More fruit cake and vanilla ice cream :o

2 pieces organic multigrain toast with Soy Garden spread and strawberry jam.
a bunch of tamari flavoured crackers with hummus.
1 chocolate Larabar.
Vegan truckers dinner lol: 2 pieces fried organic tomato, 2 pieces Yves veggie bacon, organic baked beans, toast, scrambled tofu with organic onions, organic orange pepper and organic corn kernals.
1 glass of organic pineapple juice.
1 cup "Cold Formula" tea.
2 Pomegran Plus waffles with strawberry jam.
1 chocolate macadamia.

Toasted bagel with pure, natex and 2 sliced tomatoes
Crisps, soya chocolate bar and 2 satsumas
2 jacket potatoes with tomatoey, green peppery, lentily gloop on top:)
Have lots of nice food not sure what to have for dinner...
Lots of green tea and water

Yesterday I had some wholemeal toast with sliced tofu (because I needed to use it up) mayo and fresh spinach - it was surprisingly nice!

yesterday...
breakfast (at 1PM): pb & banana sandwich on wheat bread, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer
early evening meal: mini waffle w/ syrup, biscuits & soysage gravy
late evening meal: six pcs veggie sushi, two spring rolls, cabbage, baby bok choy, spicy tofu & mixed veggies, hot tea
