yesterday:
soy peppermint mocha
hummus and avocado (lettuce, tomato, pickle, s&p, vinegar) on 9 inch foccacia roll- half for breakfast, 1/2 for lunch
2 large triangles grilled teriyaki tofu
gardein rosemary breast on ww roll w vegenaise
2 bottles strawberry wine

Today:
B: Oats with vanilla soy yogurt and strawberries
S1:1 Apple
L: 2 sushi rolls (vegan of course)
S2: A handful of cashews
D: Green salad
S3: Vegan banana cake
Drank lots of water, and plenty of green tea.

L: Ryebread with tartex tomatoe
S: 2 clementines.. bought a huge amount of them mmm
D: Didn't have dinner
S: stewed apple + 2 clementines + a handful crisps/chips

- Plain oatmeal. 2 cups of green tea.
- Banana, Apple
- Pita Wrap filled w/ avocado, alfalfa, tomato, carrot & mixed leaves
- Vegie Stir-fry w/ Brown Rice :)
EDIT: got a hankering for some vegie bar choc cake with soy ice cream so we made the trip and indulged. NOTE TO SELF: No more soy as you are allergic and suffered all night :D My skin is now raw, eczemarised and itchy :(

im eating like im hungover today. wich i am not.
i had a bowl of roasted red potatoes for lunch
and cookies with soymilk for snack
and chips and salsa for dinner...

Bottle of veggie-fruit juice
Curry and rice (same as yesterday's dinner)
Glass of orange juice
Cup of coffee
And I feel like munching on something right now but I don't know what yet.

2 w/m rolls, one with pure and one with PB and a tomato
2 beanburger rolls with ketchup
I have so much veg downstairs I think I am going to do a big veggie stirfry with olive oil and chilli sauce and noodles.
ETA - It was delicious and eating lots of veg always makes me feel very virtuous.:)
Also vanilla SG and 2 bananas

lunch: beanie weenies, seared brussel sprouts, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer
snack: smoothie (banana, blueberries, peach soy yogurt, soy milk)
dinner: plantain chips w/ black bean dip, guac & mango salsa, soft tacos w/ nori-wrapped tempeh, black bean dip, mango salsa, lettuce & sriracha
waaaaay too much soy today!

Ok Monday:
BREAKFAST:
Two slices of toast - one with peanut butter and the other with chocolate spread
LUNCH:
Fajhita platter ( see pictures of good vegan food thread) and bannana split with two pints of beer
SNACK:
Chocolate cake from IDYEA
DINNER:
3 Sausages, mashed potato, brocolli and carrots with lots of thick gravy!
TUESDAY
BREAKFAST:
Left over fajhita mix (that I couldn't eat at the George but it was soo good so I put it in a tub and took it home) on toast.
LUNCH:
Frys burger in a bun with ketchup and mayola
DINNER:
You guys are gonna think I'm turning into a fajhita but..........
I had fajhitas with mango chutney and a big salad

Boca burger with mustard and ketchup.
tortilla chips and salsa.
pina colada.
veggie fajitas with lemon and tapatio, refried beans (no lard), guacamole, flour tortillas, fresh salsa.
organic apple juice and bottle of strawberry wine.
So far today:
organic apple juice
coffee w soy milk
pumpkin mulligatawny (pumpkin, apples, onions, coconut milk, celery, carrots, potatoes, flour, vege stock, curry powder) yummy
bringing field roast grain meat sausages (http://www.fieldroast.com/utilities/sellsheets/ss_sausages.pdf) and big fresh vege and tofu salad to work with me for lunch and dinner.
