dinner: amy's frozen meal - meatloaf w/ peas, mashed potatoes w/ gravy
Hi jamboxrock
I don't mean to sound like the Vegan Police, but I just wanted to let you know that that Amy's meal contains honey. I just wanted to bring it to your attention, incase you didn't know, and if avoiding honey is important to you, you may want to know. If that makes sense lol.

yup! i melted it and poured some on top - it was pretty good though i think I like the EB a little better the soynut butter is probably healthier.
I've never tried soynut butter, but I have some almond butter in the fridge that I was trying to think of something interesting to do with...maybe I will try it on popcorn this weekend.
Breakfast: Cream of wheat made with soymilk; an apple
snack: a pear; small handful of almonds
Lunch: Tofurkey sandwich on multigrain bread with a little Nayonaise
pretzels
container of strawberry soy yogurt
Dinner: homemade tofu fried rice
4 medjool dates
I'm still a little bit hungry, so I may have a bowl of cereal or something in a bit

Ooohh Almond Butter - I had cut out most nut butters after the holistic health nutritionist last year and so I switched to soynut butter - but I do miss almond butter. and cashew nut butter on medjool dates. you could also use it for them!
cereal is my new obsession - probably bc whole foods stopped stocking pink lady apples and I don't know why - maybe I should try a different market. But regardless - I use to not like keeping it around and now I love it and couldnt be without it! Ive been mixing and tryin different kinds too - its awesome!
