I tend to eat little meals every 2 - 3 hours ... I find that this works much better than three big meals in keeping my blood sugar level. This is my plan for today.

Breakfast:
1 cup cereal with 1/4 cup craisons and 4 oz. soymilk

morning snack:
same as breakfast

lunch:
1 cup of butternut/carrot soup w/2 pieces of bread spread with nutrional yeast and margerine

afternoon snack:
1/4 cup of almonds

Dinner:
1/2 acorn squash stuffed with a veggie rice curry

evening snack:
a bite of dark chocolate :-)

Today I had a cup of coffee.

Then a mini garlic and coriander nan with a yellow pepper and some lemon and coriander houmous.

Then I had a cup of chai tea with carrot cake from Fresh & Wild.

Then I had a portion of West African Stew from PeppertonUK with spinach and a glass of wine.

- plain oatmeal, 2 cups of green tea.
- banana, apple
- salad roll w/ avocado, tomato, lettuce, beetroot, carrot & cucumber. coke,
- 6 medjool dates (really gooey ones too :))
- pumpkin soup w/ 2 slices of bread.

Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
2 pieces sourdough rye toast with Soy Garden spread & strawberry jam.

2 open face grilled Sheese sandwiches.

1 cup Blue Lagoon tea.
3 home-made choc chip cookies.

Home-made organic salad: mixed leaves, satsuma segments, cucumber, tomato, avocado, cranberry viniagrette, topped with a mixture of stir-fried Yves Asian Ground Round, carrots, orange pepper, red pepper & garlic.

1 glass of wine.
1 chocolate coated macadamia (they're all gone now :()

Soon I'm going to have a soy hot chocolate & 3 or 4 more of my home-made cookies :D

breakfast: piece of wheat toast w/ soysage gravy, half a grapefruit

lunch: caesar salad w/ blackened tofu, roasted garlic croutons & avocado

snack: banana w/ pb

dinner: half a gigantic wheat calzone w/ mushroom, green pepper, spinach, zucchini & marinara

before bed: diet partner tea

I didn't have lunch yesterday as I spent the whole day in the hospital with my gf.

DINNER:

Vegetable biriani with veg curry, salad, veg samosa and an onion barji

Noodles with lots of veggies

Crackers and natex
Bar of soya chocolate and packet of crisps

Eaten really weirdly today but I'm not really that hungry
I might have a salad with some cashews and olives later

Today:

1 organic banana.

1 Think Organic Bar (like a Larabar) chocolate coconut flavour.

2 Yves veggie bacon.
2 large slices fried tomato.
2 pieces sourdough rye toast with Soy Garden spread.
Scrambled tofu with carrots, garlic, Sheese and ketchup.

1 mug soy hot chocolate.
3 home-made choc chip cookies.

tofurkey roast with spicy "gravy" and carrots, asparagus & portabella (i had two pieces cause it was so damn good! :D)
1/2 a baked potato
green bean and kale salad
fresh cranberry sauce


a piece of sweet potatoe pie (two pieces again :eek::eek:)
a cupcake

BREAKFAST:

Bannana and hazelnut butter on two slices of wholemeal toast

Glass of oj

LUNCH:

Packet of cashew nuts and a bannana (was out on the road at lunch time)

DINNER:

Chic pea, black eye peas, onions, red pepper and chopped tomatos made into a chilli with brown rice and some toffuti sour cream.

(You can tell that I'm comming up to pay day as things are getting more bland and unhealthy cuz I'm basically living off frozen and tinned stuff...which is why I buy it and stock up...for the end of the month!! I get paid on the 30th - two days before the Xmas fayre YAY!)

havent had much of an appetite the past few days.

yesterday...

breakfast: a pear, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

appetizers/lunch: crackers, cucumber & celery w/ white bean pesto dip & roasted butternut squash dip, couple glasses red wine

thanksgiving dinner: southwestern corn casserole, baked onion w/ wild rice & kale stuffing, apple, pecan & raisin cole slaw, cranberry sauce, bok choy, garlic eggplant, more red wine

dessert: two pieces pumpkin spice/cranberry/apple/pecan cake, a beer

Breakfast: Sultana Bran with Oat Milk. Coffee.

Snack: Rice cakes with seeds and peanut butter.

Lunch: Baguette with grated carrot, onion, mushroom and tomato. Salt 'n' shake Crisps and a couple of picked onions.

Snack: 4 Satsumas (I'm addicted to them! :D)

Dinner: Something gloopy somewhere between a soup and a dal (red lentils, onion, carrot, celery, ginger, paprika) with a crusty baguette. It was good despite looking like orange wallpaper paste. :)

I like gloop too.:)

Crackers

Green tea
Lots of veg and noodles

Fruit, crisps and cider:D

Will have something more in a bit maybe

Chickpeas and tomato pasta sauce in a tortilla warp.

Steamed broccoli, spicy chickpeas, brown rice and quinoa.

More brown rice, quinoa and spicy chickpeas.

The most edible looking piece of fruit in the fruit bowl, a sour satsuma.

A banana for breakfast

alpro strawberry shake

peanut butter and jam sandwich

water

spaghetti with chunky veg and Meridien sun dired tomato sauce (it wasn't very god - I won't be getting it again)

2 biggish slices of my homemade coconut and lime cheesecake. t was WELL good.

lunch: blackened tofu caesar salad w/ roasted garlic croutons, three dried apricots

snack: a banana, strawberry banana soy yogurt, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

dinner: the second half of the gigantic wheat calzone w/ mushrooms, peppers, spinach, zucchini & marinara

after work: two glasses red wine

BREAKFAST:

A bowl of bran flakes with raisens and unsweetened soya milk

A fruit bowl of grapefruit, melon and pineapple (from work canteen)

LUNCH:

Wholegrain rice, 2 chopped veg sausages, spicey & fruity cous sous, sweetcorn, tomatos, cucumbers and raw onions with a little drizzle of soy sauce. (From the work canteen!!!!)

DINNER:

Wholegrain rice, steamed brocolli, carrots and cauliflower with crispy fried tofu and some more soy sauce. (got a real love for soy sauce at the moment...don't know why and should probably cut back because it's soooooooooooo high in salt!!!)

SNACK: I was on call last night from 17:00 - um NOW! So I had to munch something so I had a bannana and an onion bajhji from a petrol station :(
