today so far:

1 carrot

1 apple

some chocolate

throughout the day: 3 bowls of chickpea noodle soup

something yummy to follow at/after tonight's moonlight shopping hopefully!

-Peanut butter and pickle sandwich
-orange slice, 2 apple slices, 3 grapes
-small coffee with organic vanilla soy milk (i work at starbucks)
-black bean sauce udon noodles
-and I plan on having fried tofu, rice, kimchi (no fish sauce!), and perhaps some toasted seaweed sheets for dinner.

Breakfast: A couple pieces of toast with Peanut Butter and a glass of OJ.

Lunch: Mac and Nutritional Yeast "Cheese".

Supper: Haven't decided yet. I'm thinking probably squash.

Yesterday:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
2 maple cinnamon waffles with maple syrup and 2 pieces Yves veggie bacon.

1 cup pomegranate green tea.
1 organic banana.
1 home-made choc chip cookie.

Home-made organic pasta salad: wholewheat rotini, cucumber, avocado, red pepper, carrot, Yves teriyaki veggie chicken pieces, poppyseed dressing.

A few tamari flavoured crackers.

1 soy hot chocolate
3 home-made choc chip cookies.
2 maple cinnamon waffles with maple syrup.

ooo yey! Hopefully i shall be a new addition to this topic....i need to get back into habit of keeping a food diary as it helps me to assess how much i've eaten!
Breakfast -
Bowl of muesli (homemade check me out!), 2 weetabix with soya milk and chopped banana
1/2 avocado on one slice of wholemeal toast
Small glass of orange juice with echinacea
Midmorning -
Fennel Tea.
Lunch -
50g cous cous with peas and sweetcorn and 1 fake soya sausage
1 golden delicious apple
1 nutty cookie
Afternoon snack -
Pear and custard
Peppermint Tea
Dinner -
Squash and Tofu curry with 50g brown rice and 3 lettuce leaves
Handful of mixed nuts and 1 cube of dark chocolate
Supper -
1 piece of white toast with marmite and a herby oatcake.

Yikes it seems like i eat loads compared to all you guys!!
I should cut my food intake down cos i have but on a couple of kg in the last few months.....still only bmi of 18.9 tho...

Breakfast: Sultana Bran with Oat Milk. Coffee.

Lunch: Jumbo hot-dog (crusty baguette with two Fry's "Original Hotdogs", onion, mustard, ketchup).

Dinner: "Potash" (Sliced potato and onions cooked in a mixture of Marmite and Worcestershire sauce)

A pack of those yummy Co-op Iced buns with Jam in.

bah. i've never found any of those iced buns in any Co-op i've ever been in.

today all i have eaten is:

2 veggie sausages
a grilled tomato
some baked beans

Today:

4 pieces sourdough rye toast with Soy Garden spread & strawberry jam.

1 home made choc chip cookie.

1 Amy's shepherd's pie.
3 small organic potatoes roasted with italian herbs.
Organic salad: mixed leaves, cucumber, tomato, avocado, Sheese, cranberry viniagrette.
1 glass of white wine.

1 mug of soy hot chocolate.
2 home made choc chip cookies
1 maple cinnamon waffle with maple syrup.

breakfast: english muffin w/ pb & strawberry jam, an orange

lunch: 12 pcs veggie sushi, stir-fried mushrooms & brussel sprouts

snack: pretzels, coke zero (forgot to bring snack from home and had to go to gas station...)

dinner: southwestern corn casserole, cole slaw w/ apples, raisins & pecans, cold french fries (I brought pumpkin cake for me and my coworkers but ants got to it before we did and so I ate the french fries out of frustration.)

after work: two glasses red wine

It only seems that way because of the way you have set it out and don't worry, most of us like our food on here anyway...especially CAKE!

BREAKFAST:

Weetabix and unsweetened soya milk

10 Grapes and 10 pineapple chunks

LUNCH:

LEft over wholegrain rice with steamed veggies, soy sauce and crispy fried tofu from yesterday.

SNACK:

Bannana & a whole small bar of Green & Blacks 70% bittersweet stuff

DINNER:

Homemade pizza with masses of tomato base, green peppers, sweetcorn, pineapple and onion with some oven chips.

Yesterday I had:

3 cups of tea
Banana
2 crumpets and pure
Veggies and rice
Portion of chips
Cider
Kids pizza from Dominos with sweetcorn and pineapple

(Mmm healthy:rolleyes:)

Today:

2 cups of tea
PB and crackers
Making lunch now, I'm having roast potatoes, roast parsnips, carrots, broccoli and gravy

Your food diary reads very well and I don't think you ate too much. Some people have posted that they think many people who post in this thread don't eat enough. So don't compare yourself with others!

very late "breakfast" with flatmates:
soy cappuccino
coconut pancakes with banana slices + blueberries

afternoon:
rice cakes + yeast extract
apple, tangerine

dinner to come:
cabbage leaves filled with spelt + veg
possibly some marzipan chocolate later

tea, fresh OJ, lemon/caper spaghetti squash w/bell pepper, onion, garlic & fresh cherry tomato, later will have large salad, and maybe a fuji apple. :)

How come when I need good nutritious food I can't be bothered to cook?

Breakfast

Gluten Free Crackers with Houmous
Peanut SnackLunch

Falafel with Houmous/Ketchup x 6
Organic Sweet Potato with Pure Margarine x 2Dinner

Gluten Free Pasta with Organic Onion, Organic Cabbage, Organic Mushrooms, Gluten Free Soya Sauce, Organic Garlic and PepperSnack

Handful of Organic Sunflower Seeds
Gluten Free Bread with Chocolate Spread x 2I still have carrots, onions, sweet potato, courgettes, potatos, mushrooms, beetroot and cabbage to use. Plus I actually have some non-organic kidney beans, and some butter beans!

coffee with soya milk
toasted cinnamon and raisin bagel with soya margarine

carrot and chick pea soup
yeast extract sandwich
glass of apple and blackberry juice

spelt spaghetti with tomato and lentil sauce
rice pudding

Breakfast and Lunch:


Small slice of cheesecake (coconut and lime i think).
Peanut Butter on toast.Dinner:


Potatoes, beanburger, brocoli, gravy and mayo.
apple strudle.And that is it so far, I don't eat enough, it's bothering me, I am losing weight really fast and don't know really how to put it on, my BMI (not that BMI's are amazingly accurate) has gone down to 16!!
Bryzee tries to feed me and does well, but i just really struggle to eat.

Before bed I will have a few biscuits and a hot chocolate. I wanna force myself to have something else too!

Korean noodles with black bean paste and grated carrots

bok choy/TVP "chicken" stir-fry with rice

2 bowl of broccoli-potato soup
