i admire the choices of korean food...sounds like what i eat on a regular basis!

I've eaten a bagel with mustard for breakfast.
Peanut butter and pickle sandwich for lunch.
Rice, kimchi, and toasted seaweed sheets with soy sauce for dinner.
And I may have some dessert....

- Plain Oatmeal. 2 cups of Green Tea.
- Pear, 4 Medjool Dates :p
- Bowl of Plain Brown Rice
- Butterbean Soup

Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 Think Organic bar - apricot coconut flavour.

1 organic banana.

A bunch of tamari flavoured crackers with hummus.

1 bowl organic carrot, cashew & ginger soup.
1 toasted "Sheese" sandwich on sourdough rye.
2 extra pieces sourdough rye toast with Soy Garden spread.
A few sesame tortilla chips.

About to have a cup of peppermint tea and 4 ginger spice cookies.

Good thing I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow night - we're just about all outta food here!

apple peels that would have been discarded! :eek:

potluck lunch:
panang red thai curry w brown rice
brussel sprouts w almond glaze
mushrooms with bulgar and spinach
apple strusel goodness yum

steamed sweet potatoes & grilled portabella yummness!

yesterday...

breakfast: an apple, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

lunch (second thanksgiving): stuffing w/ mushrooms & pecans, maple-roasted acorn squash, green beans, beets, fruit salad, piece of apple pie, peach iced tea

dinner: more stuffing, green beans, fruit salad & apple pie, a couple beers

snack: popcorn

BREAKFAST:

Cereal and unsweetened soya milk

Bowl of grapes and pineapple

LUNCH:

Leftover pizza and massive salad and a few chips

DINNER:

Roast dinner with a chickyn snitzel, roast parsnips, cauliflour, brocolli, carrots and lots of gravy!

Crackers with natex
Green tea

I'm hungry but we don't have hardly any food in the house, I will have to look properly when I get in again.

I'm turning into a fatty from eating unhealthily recently, so today for my lunch I had two toasted pitta breads with hummous, cucumber and rocket. Was reet tasty.

I've eaten Weetabix with soya milk today.

I feel crap so I can't be bothered making dinner.

I'm turning into a fatty from eating unhealthily recently, so today for my lunch I had two toasted pitta breads with hummous, cucumber and rocket. Was reet tasty.
And just eating dinner:
Pasta with carrots, green pepper, mushroom and tomato.

coffee + 2 chocolate biscuits

leftover spelt + veg filling from yesterday's cabbage rolls
carrot + celeriac salad

tofu cubes sauteed with fresh spinach eaten with salsa
veggie sausage and hash browns
root beer
hummus and avocado with lettuce, tomatoes, and massive quantities of pickles on foccacia
strawberry wine

theres a veggie hand roll, dragon vege roll, and teriyaki in the fridge waiting for dinner.

around a million medjool dates (more like 10, but still...)
two handfuls of peanuts

a cup of white bean and escarole soup

organic apple

i was travelling nearly all day, and the juicy dates were my only available food! i ate far too many but i don't regret it a bit (little pieces of heaven, they are) :)

3 maple cinnamon waffles with maple syrup.

1 cup mushroom & herb couscous.

Home-made salad: organic chickpeas, organic tomato, organic shredded carrot, poppyseed dressing.

1 bowl carrot, cashew & ginger soup.
2 pieces organic wholewheat toast with Soy Garden spread.
1 cup organic pineapple juice.

About to have some organic popcorn and another cup of pineapple juice while I watch a movie.

yesterday...

breakfast: multigrain cherry cereal bar, half a grapefruit

lunch: mushroom & pecan stuffing, green beans, roasted acorn squash, coleslaw, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

dinner: caesar salad w/ sunflower & sesame seeds, veggies & thickened broth over brown rice

dessert: fruit salad, piece of pumpkin cake

Breakfast - green smoothie made with: 1 cup fresh OJ, 1 cup water, handful of parsley, 1 cup frozen raspberries & strawberries, 1 teaspoon of raw cacoa powder, 1 tsp of agave.
Snack - chai tea
Lunch - chips & salsa
Dinner - large salad made with romaine, arugula, grape tomatoes, red bell pepper, olives, sweet pickle, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, with Goddess dressing.

Breakfast: Raisin Bran with Chocolate Rice Beverage (I'm out of Regular).
Lunch: Vegan Chili.
Snack: Some oatmeal-raisin cookies.
Supper: Not sure yet. Thinking probably left-over Cous-Cous.
