Monday thru Friday unless it's a holiday or I'm on vacation I have a sliced banana and nuts, usually almonds with soy milk in a bowl and oj on the side with tea spiced with 5 or all spice and lemon for b-fast. Lunch is usually leftovers from dinner the night before. Tonight the dinner is still on the stove. Spiced riced salad.

it's always a bit problematic eating on the road because of staying at other people's houses but I did alright today.
Ate some leftover lo mein for breakfast. Had some ziti w/bread and lettuce for lunch and had a chipotle hummus wrap for dinner. All in all, not too bad.

After homemade soup and homemade pizza for lunch the nice food continued - made puy lentil cottage pie for dinner with lots of veggies (cabbage, carrot, courgette, green beans and brocolli)
Also made apple and pear crumble but too full to eat that, and we are out of glace:rolleyes:
I feel very full but all the food was tasty and healthy, would love more time to cook all my meals from scratch but only managed today as i was off work!
